The new owners have had 2 meetings with the residents prior to COVID-19. This was after someone was shot at and wounded while being car-jacked right by our office at about 11:00 am. We were promised 20 new street lights by the end of last year. They have, as of this post date, yet to be installed.The new property manager, Jeremy, has been aggressively removing the old unoccupied trailers, most of which were about 60 years old. Right now, the newer places look out of place and do not have patios. Most of the newer places that I have seen have only stairs to enter the trailer, which is not wheelchair friendly. I wonder if this is a sign of our community opening for a wider age group.In an earlier review, I rated this community with one star, because there was no way to give negative stars! I have increased my star rating to two, largely because of the property manager, Jeremy.

I live here. And must admit that they are very caring and helpful. The manager Christine is willing to work with you in times of hardship. Overall, I recommend that living here is safe and quiet. Well, its been home for over 2 yrs now. We are under new management and new owners. Things here get better with time and people working together in a positive manner. Everyone here seems pleasant and happy. We have a neighborhood watch which helps also. All in all, I would recommend living here for all seniors!

Its ok at best I feel sorry for my mother n brother you talk about a lemon it was a lemon tree this trailer is falling apart at the seems and unfortunately they bought the trailer my brother n mother so all repairs are on them the home owners and there extremely low income its a shame because its a 55 and older park so there taking full advantage of elderly folks

This place really seems to have it all. Im not a resident, Im only a visitor. I could imagine what being a resident here would be like. Great! All kinds of events to participate in. They even have ice cream socials. I dont even know what it is but Im sure its great. If I was 55+ I would love to live there.

I would stay away like the plague. No security, had many item stolen and management is only good at harassing people living there. Dont let the gates fool you, they dont work half the time and are left open during the night. Worse place to live. Cost of living just keeps going up at no additional benefits.

Im so happy with my beautiful home and the staff is Aces in my book.

Have family that lives there and they always complaining about harrasment from management. They also let other people get away from adding additional porch shed that is cover to prevent people from stealing and rest are S.O.L so they get their property stolen.

Great community for 55+

Sure, it looks nice when the sun is out, but come sundown, you better get your gun and be ready to put out the trash! I would feel safer in a cemetery full of murdering ghosts!

Its a quiet,neat mobile home park but they are commanding over $630 a month for rent,water and trash, not sure if thats a good deal...

Enjoyed a long weekend with my husband, we had a great time. Long talk about the rest of our future together thank you Lord for another day. .

Nice retirement community. Lot of road noise. Fast cars racing by on camelback. Glendale cops could make a lot from speeders.I sold this house quick.

The only good I can say about this place is the neighbors are nice. LongHaven through various names sell these mobile homes which are unsafe to live in to senior citizens. Basically ripping off seniors. The homes they sell have major structural damage, major termite damage, major electrical issues and plumbing issues. They band aid up the place to look nice and sell it. And because there is no law to protect mobile home owners and buyers, like normal homes, they take full advantage of that. Some have black mold growing in them. The manager every year raises the rent by twenty to thirty dollars but never fix or improve the park. They expect the home owners to pay for it! All the office cares about is how much money they can take from the seniors. Yes it is a gated community but there is ZERO security here. Once again the office don’t care. Tell them some one broke into your car or home, they tell you that it is your problem. If you want to know how true this, talk to the residents here. Don’t talk to the office, they will lie and blow smoke up up your butt! I, like many residents have pictures and proof of all this. And if you become a resident here, be warned that if you do anything to to get help for something that isn’t right with your home, they will make your life miserable. I for one tried to get help with my mobile home when I found out that I was sold a unsafe place. The roof was and still is falling in. Which was hidden from sight. Unless you tore walls and ceiling apart. Now we and anyone who is our friends are harnessed by the office. Example, our patio, we are being threatened with eviction because they say are patio doesn’t comply. But there are many patios and yards way worse than are is. Like I said great residents, very bad management!I am going to add to this review: as of April first 2019, things in LongHaven have only gotten worse. February the rent went up another $30.00. Now we pay almost $600.00 for rent. They tore up our streets and left them like that. M.R. Tanner came in and ground down the old asphalt and ripped up the back security gate wires and now the back gate is stuck open. There’s gang bangers and druggies coming through here all the time. The reason the paving crew left was because after they ground down the streets, they discovered that what ever they bid was not going to be enough to do the job. So they quit. And the owners and management won’t pay what it costs to do the job right. So we have tore up streets. People with disabilities can’t get around safely. And if it should rain, cars will get stuck. The office claims it is because of rain they stopped. Which is a lie. Rain had no issue with there quitting. There trucks sank in the dirt because of how bad these streets are. I saw this and there was no mud! Just soft dirt. And the office refuses to fix the back gate. And repair these streets. Really bad

I like it here. It is quiet and clean. The new owners seem to be making a lot of improvements and that is always a good thing. I like Christina. She is always pleasant and professional when I come to the office to pay my lot rent or answer any questions or concerns.

This is a nicer gated senior mobile home communities in Phoenix. I have several friends who live here as an economical alternative to apartment living, and the property offers many amenities as well such as heated pools, on site laundry, a lending library, fitness center with weight and aerobic machines, dog parks, a clubhouse that has daily activities such as bingo and karaoke, etc. Small pets are welcome.

Streets are clean,bushes and trees are trimmed neighbors are friendly, management is very caring and understanding and they always have a Saturday breakfast or potluck party but best of all its quiet and peaceful it,s like an Oasis in the desert.

Now that Douglas is the Manager the place really has improved. He really seem to care about the community and good job with the speed limit signs!! Oh and if you get mad because you get towed for parking on the streets, dont park on the street!!!

MY DAD IS TRYING TO SELL HIS MOBILE HOME AND HE FOUNDED A PERSON thats interested to buy the mobile home the only thing she needs is a income or pay stubs she told the office lady she gets pay cash and checks and show a letter from her boss saying she was working but only got pay cash or checks crystal is not willing to work with us am pretty sure theres something she can do if she has no pay stubs but crystal is not willing to be professional and help out i call CRYSTAL SHES REALLY RUDE I TRY TALKING TO HER SHE GAVE ME A BIG ATTITUDE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE when I only ask what else can she do I CALL BACK AND I SAID TO HER LOOK AM TALKING TO YOU NICE THERES NO NEED FOR YOU TO BE RUDE SHE SAID HUNNY I TOLD YOU theres no way for her to be aprove if she has no income and I told her am not your hunny have some respect for me just like am respecting I ALSO RECORD THE WAY SHE TALK AND HOW UNPROFESSIONAL SHE IS WITH HER TENANTS I HOPE THE MAIN BOSS READS THIS SO THEY CAN FIRED HER FOR BEEN SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WISH SOMEHOW VICKI CAN HELP OUT WITH THIS

They are very dishonest, they lie about things and they charge way too much for things. In 2 years they changed names and there are 4 owners to this trail park.

Could use some updating and security. There was no one available to talk to about lots and prices. I would not consider moving here.

They made my mother buy an old dilapidated 2 bedroom trailer,charged her 550.00 for the trailer payment and 350.00 for the space a month.If she moves out or dies, they get the trailer back.They like takin old retired peoples social security checks and not everyone who lives their is age 55 or older.Seems they make exceptions for certain people.Rude office people too.
