The roads are filled with potholes and cracks, the speed bumps might as well be like driving over curbs, the gym is only machines and half are straight up broken, the water is shut off for the entire park for 8-12with sometimes nothing but a same day notice on a monthly basis, their grass is invasive crab grass and youre going to be picking it out of your yard every week (else you get a fine), the staff is more focused on policing & fining every little thing wrong with your property rather than fixing their own, theyre also incredibly rude & Ive been hung up on / left on hold on the rare times they even answer the phone. You apparently cant have a car with outdated registration on your property even though legally you can in Arizona, they walk through your property all the time without notice or care for the homeowners. And all these features for the low land rent price of $600/m.

Clean and was extremely impressed!

The community is very beautiful and all the home appear to kept up very nicely. Theres a large grass field where Ive seen families having a picnic under the trees and a pool and hot tub that always looks inviting! The people that Ive met in the community have been very friendly when Ive met them. Its very noticeable that this community is run by people that care.

Harrass tennants .. Surprised nobody has reported the office people

This is my first time writing a review for anything as i find it a great waste of my time but this is worth it. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING CONTROLLED AND RIPPED OFF. i would give examples but unfortunately the list is just too long. Please just save yourself the trouble of dealing with management thats being replaced every 6 months because of how bad they are. These people are always looking for trouble. Cant believe how much better life is after moving out of this dump.

Our water has been turned off the last 3 days the only notice you get is them taping a note on your door 2 hours in advance. They also refused to knock on the door and give a warning to anybody that inside their home. Because apparently we have X-ray vision and can see the note outside. Also to say this is the worst property management team I have ever encountered is putting it nicely.

It seems that several Harvey J miller owned parks have the same problems. The fish rots from the head. If any Bonaventure park residents, past and present feel they have been wronged and would like news on a possible class action lawsuit regarding the Boulder Vista Village park, they should reach out to us. This is my home! I love the people who run the office! They are helpful and do care! But know this abide by the rules and have open communication! This is a family park and this is my family! I love where I live!!!

I dont ever recomend to purchase or live in this place all managment are very poor and rude receipcionist at office and their giving 14/30 notice trying to evict you for a very small thinks for some scars on our home paint and for some weeds on yards or one chair on front of home and try to keept your home so they can sold your home :(

Wish I could put less than one star. Maybe I’d someone would actually respond when I go to the office door and the sign clearly says they are open M-F 8-5 and it’s 3:45. Tried to go give them great news and even though they saw me outside in 107* weather they ignored me.

Still causing my family alot of stress we do everything the office says and they just stab you in the back. Dont live here unless u want to feel hopeless and broke! They want to buy our trailer to sell. Karma comes around and I have god by my side good luck people who work there im sorry for you.

Beautiful trailer park great price nice people

It a quiet place to live nice area. Only issue me and some of my family was trying to swim and our first time visiting the pool and gym area at 8:50 they close 9 and a blue car with a bald head Mexican chubby, claimed he was a manager stoped us and watched us I think he took pictures then got out of the car and said he thought we were trying to break into the pool and gym. I feel very offended and discrimination

Nice community. The reps in the office are very accommodating. And Steve Stone is a good agent. Im hoping to get everything approved and move in !

Wow i just need to said that i am very dissapointed with this communityand the office worker,,the lady with the blonde hair and glasses So VERY rude to me, when i went a few weeks ago she was so rude and i cant belive she is allowed to work there, from what i am told, I heard she is mean to the employees and to a lot of the tenants tooi will not move there i have decided to buy a home in a nother park a few blocks away

Horrible staff attitudes. Dont let them send their own crew to do repairs. They lost my payment and lied about completing the job . Fought for 6 months to get the money backNow grass & weeds are sprouting where they didnt put down the lining and bricks. Taking me to court for failure to resolve the problem.They are evicting me from the home i purchased through their authorized agent. The court awarded them my mobile home that i owned in full. They had no right to my home & have done this to more than 60 people since 2017.

One of the nicest parts in the Phoenix area I agree with rules and regulations that keeps the park clean. And who wants to live next-door to a possible serious criminal I believe in having all occupants criminal background done keeps our family safer The streets are newly and nicely done the gym has been remodeled the pool area is beautiful with all new pool furniture so I highly recommend this park for anyone looking for a quality location with quality homes for Your family

I have been in this mobile home park since 2004. Whenever Ive had any sort of a problem the office has tried to handle it and in most cases fixed the problem.

To be honest worst place to live in. Even worst than appartments. The office people are the worst. They don’t take the rent money until all their wishes on the house is fulfilled. No this and no that. If I could have given them no starts then I would’ve. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Not to mention the speed bumps, just ruins your car.

Large park, upkeep is pretty solid.

10 yrs ago my nana & papa were looking for a nice community to move to. My aunt (their daughter) kept showing them place after place but it wasnt until she took them to Bonaventure that they not only fell in love with the house but the community as well. Unfortunately my nana passed away almost 3 yrs ago but my papa still lives there & still loves it.

If I could rate negative stars I would . Living here is hell due to management. They constantly harrass you. They are worse than a HOA . no parking on the street or u get threats of getting towed. Dont let grass or weeds get to high or you get threatened with eviction. Overall Id say dont live here in this community or your life will be hell due to little people driving around in golf carts looking for problems so they can threaten you with eviction more.

This is a great place to live when you dont have a lot of money

Employees are not well informed.. was told to repair some cracks in my mobiles homes skirting which was wood so we started repairing it, then a neighbor told us that they only want vynil skirting so we asked the office and all of a sudden they want us to replace the whole thing. It went from repairing it to replacing it only because I double checked... if only we were told to replace it in the first place we wouldnt have wasted time and money on the replairs..

I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. Management is RUDE, does not work with you to solve any issues. There are stray cats running everywhere and they dont to anything about it. And on top of it the corporation who owns it, is exactly the same and just as unpleasant when you try to resolve an issue directly with the owner Harvey Miller inc all you will get is a big fat no from the receptionist she wont even let you speak. Think twice before you live here. I would have given it 0 stars if it let me.

To many tenants useing visitor only parking to stash their extra carsin for 3 and 4days at atime...no no...

This is the worst trailer park and the management are disrespectful and treat the tenants horribly as well as children. Wouldnt suggest buying a modular home on their property because they will revoke property agreement without reason in order to gain a home.

Workers in the office only stay about 6-8 months and then are replaced and hassle people with 14/30 to appease the owner so they dont get laid off.

Quiet, safe, family park of almost 300 spaces. Lots are much larger than most parks & even larger than most house lots! Management is very strict on qualifying to live here (All adult occupants get credit checks, % of income, criminal check, etc). You are not allowed to rent your home, period. Even if you want to just rent a room out, the renter has to be cleared by mgmt. Water & trash are private and MUCH lower than city rates. Park is ~45 years old, so rules as to what you can & cant do to your home have varied. You cant assume that bc your neighbor has done X that you can, too. Depends on the date you moved in.I didnt know much about the park when I moved in 7 years ago - didnt even know what I didnt know. But I was lucky & glad I ended up here.

Management requires secret criteria to qualify prospective buyers of mobile home sellers. Management then reports to seller that any and all prospective buyers Are not qualified, even where buyers Credit Ratings are 765-825.Management, then scams seller by consoling seller that the Park owner will buy their mobile home for 5% to 35% of their homes appraised value.This strategy makes the Park owner richer, makes sellers angry, distrustful, trapped and hopeless, and makes prospective buyers purchase elsewhere or be called later by Management to return after Park owner has purchased the desperate sellers mobile home.

Quiet. You can hear the coyotes south of us at night, creeping through the wash, yi-yi-yiing with their eerie vocalizations. North mountain is ironically far south of bonaventure, but close to winco, frys grocery, & the good walmart up on happy valley, a sharp contrast to the bell & 19th location, crawling with wandering sunny sloppians, false smiles beaming out at the world, smiles that try to hide the hard eyes, constantly cataloguing, calculating how far they can push their luck with us so called utopians, scottsdale snobbery fully in effect, even though, technically, we are actually phoenicians, albeit phoenicians with an above average income according to a fiscal map divided by zip codes. A slightly different atmosphere than, say, 15th ave and camelback. Wild wild west, indeed!Lol

Place never updated street only get sprayed instead of replacing it. The speed bumps are so high and narrow it hurts your suspensions
