While I was there the screen stopped working and the dude working there has to call customer service. Luckily it was Comcast customer service so it only took 3 hours, multiple calls, and I think the dude unwillingly upgraded his tv package. The best part wasnt his call it was the fact that they had to send out a technician and in true Comcast fashion he was only available from 5am to 7am on the first Monday of each month. As bad of an experience I had I still cant say I didnt have the true Comcast experience as it felt just like trying to fix one of my cable boxes back home.

Free 10 minute show that happens every hour on the hour on the video wall for the holiday. Good to see once if youre in the area.

If youre in downtown Philadelphia make sure you stop by here and spend 15 minutes. There was a nice Market Cafe downstairs plenty of restaurants. Grab your food and sit down by the bench and watch the short clips and videos on this huge gigantic video screen.Dont forget to try some desserts at the Termini Brothers Cafe downstairs. You havent seen an indoor giant screen until you see this one. This is how movie halls and cinema were meant to be.

I just received my bill and noticed a long list of bogus fees that were charged to me. They charged a $10 late fee. I have never been late paying bills. I was charged $25 for returning a piece of equipment. I have not turned anything in. Our phone, internet and tv’s went down. I was promised no charge would be given to me. They lied! I was billed $30. The first service man was incompetent and left without fixing the problem. In fact it all went down. Another came out and fixed the problem temporarily. The tv still freezes up. The strangest fee was the $5.99 fee for having a tech do something to our system over the phone. These clowns are criminal. Their equipment they should have to service it. I would feel better if they used a gun. If it not for a cousin living here I would go with someone else.

I think this was a neat concept and the statues on the beams were cool. I just wished the screens were playing the whole time.

Its a bit underwhelming, but its nice that such a controversial company is offering the opportunity to see some of their wealth. It would be great if they added some wayfinding or signage to describe exactly what is so special about the Comcast Center.

This is the out front, lobby and under ground selection of the Comcast tower. People like to meet here because its the tallest building in the city and corporate HQ for comcast. There is a wall of 4k TVs which cycle through 3 min high def videos. Below is a food court, small shops and access to Septa Suburban Station.
