I enjoyed the guided tour of the mansion. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the house and the vast collection of artifacts that are in the house

Very nice! It’s almost strange how it sits there and plays on your imagination about how things were! I never been inside. Last summer I walked around the house. The gate was open so I walked around in the yard it’s really decent. They also have bees kept on the side of the yard. Cool place to look at! This is in the beautiful Fairmount Park, Philadelphia pa.

Our tour guide was so thorough and friendly, and the collection of everyday objects from the colonial era was fascinating.

What a fabulous experience. For all the years I have in the Philadelphia area, I am not sure why I have not visited the charms earlier. Our tour guide, Christine, was outstanding. She welcomed questions, was knowledgeable about the mansion from every angle, and clearly was enthusiastic about her role as guide! Make a point to stop here and learn more of Philadelphias storied history.
