This is a cute little place to stop by if you like history and antiques. I love old history but if this isn’t your jam, you would think this was dry and boring. It was free, worth a short visit, and the volunteers are super sweet although the subject matter can be dry.

Great little museum, with good interpretation, about a little known sliver of American history. Like many sites, it acknowledges Washingtons slavery, but does not explore it too much. The presentation on the Battle of Germantown is well done.

A more better alternative for indigenous African Americans in a targeted nutritional deprived environment!
