Such an amazing experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. I made our reservations during sunset (7p.m.) and the scenery was breathtaking.The staff was super friendly and the ride was very relaxing. We took our own bottle of wine and they provided us with cups and ice. There is parking everywhere which is very convenient. They also provided us with a complimentary picture which I thought was very sweet. Overall, it was a very romantic and relaxing experience!

I would suggest that this place update the accommodations a bit, but that seems to not be a big deal when compared to the outstanding service and care provided to me and three others during our 8-day stay. Wonderful, helpful service. Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Housekeeping is EXCELLENT. Such a pleasure to deal with this staff. I think and speak very highly of them. Thank you!

We stayed in the studio room which had a small kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, dishes, microwave) in a otherwise normal hotel style room. It served all our needs. The pool was wonderful (once a day reservation due to covid). The location is great but not within walking distance to the main shopping district (the other worldmark palm springs is). The staff atfront desk were friendly and helpful. Overall I will stay there again.

We decided to stay on this resort for 2days during weekdays. Everything turns out nice & smooth during check in. As we go in our room evrything is in place, clean & decent. There’s only one concerned when I used the bathroom coz it cant be locked. I called to let them fixed it but they said that they couldn’t do the maintenance to repair until it is unoccupied as part of there added COVID procedure. The other issue that I notice is they don’t have a waste disposal on their kitchen sink. What if it will accidentally clogged the sink how can you wash & used it. I’ve been in various resorts & there’s always a waste disposal. The issues is only a minor one but will create an inconvenience.

Very nice resort. At present there are some restrictions using the facilities due to covid but staff quite pleasant and friendly. Rooms and resort are clean and setting is beautiful.

It was filthy dirty. I can’t believe Wyndham associates with the Worldmark because their property was disgustingly filthy. The website says they offer multiple amenities but they do not. The pools are very very small the rooms are outdated with nasty carpeting and the patios are not landscaped they were absolutely horrible. The outside furniture was molded and not even worth sitting on. I have pictures if you want me to prove it.

Grrreat place for that getta way weekend, the cleanup crew is friendly and on hand to suit your needs, all the staff and crew at the plaza resort and spa practice and are aware of ppo and social distancing regulations; plus the rooms go through rigourous Disenfecting and cleaning so no worries, theres a good supply of fresh clean wash cloths and and linen towels just give the front desk a buzz and theyll send back a fresh supply.Great location for a weekend round of golf a swim in one of the three pools and yes tennis too, for you adventurers just up the street are hiking trails open 24 hrs its a steep hike so take plenty of water. If your driving an electric vehicle theres a charging station in the parking lot cool right and lastly for you casino divers just a mile a way are the casinos in downtown palm springs oh I forgotten to mention take a drive downtown in the evening the outside dinning is grreat.From Room 117 Thanks to the whole staff I had an awesome stay and planning on coming back soon keep up the good work.

Perfect location for our plans, close to theatre, restaurants, nice view from balcony. The kitchen had all the things needed for preparing meals. Golf course right next door. Easy parking.

I found all the staff to be very helpful and the palm-studded parking lot was beautiful especially at sunrise. The amenities left much to be desired though. The jacuzzi and sauna were lukewarm and not worth using. Our in-unit coffee maker didnt work and wasnt replaced after we notified the front desk. The indoor hallways smell and feel musty. And I heard another visitor say he had to microwave his chicken after the outdoor grill failed to reach an appropriate temperature.

Nice apartment style condos well located on a golf course. Dog and people friendly! Clean and comfortable. Not fancy. Walking distance to stores & restaurants. Weve stayed there in January for the past 3 years.

The staff is attentive to any needs that pop up. They are friendly and helpful during check-in and checkout. Full kitchen, dining table, couch and great bed. Would recommend to couples and families. 2 pool and jacuzzi.

This property was fantastic. Our condo was perfect for our family and had two patios. It was right around the corner from our family we were visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes etc. All the amenities of home. I cant say enough about this property. We will definitely return.

Very pleased with our stay Plaza Resort & Spa in Palm Springs. Our 2nd floor room had a beautiful view of the golf course. Room was clean with nice decor. Stayed in a studio that included a couch as well as a kitchenette. Perfect size for two!! The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are 2 sparkling clean pools and 1 perfectly hot jacuzzi! The actual building is older, although still nice and rooms are great inside and the price per night is excellent. I would recommend staying here and we will stay here again.

Beautiful location & friendly service

This location needs to be renovated. The room smelled the bacon the whole time we were here. Th carpet in the hallway smelled like mildew. The picture are very exaggerated. See pictures

Great staff, clean/everything maintained well and spacious rooms. I prefer firmer pillows-otherwise all was very good.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. The sleeper sofa was even worse. For all the money we paid as owners, youd think they worldmark would invest more money on better mattresses. The staff was nice though.

The suite was well-equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the kitchen facilities available.

Great place friendly staff very accommodating. We need some new towels because went to the pool too often and they were still damp they brought for dry ones within 2 minutes of the phone call. Great rooms we were in a mini studio with a small kitchen so we could barbecue at the barbecue at the pools and then eat a home-cooked meal it was great.We were part of the WorldMark group.

I would recommend. Its a studio like place with 2 pools hot tub,sauna, work out room. Wish the workout room would open earlier instead of 8am

The Plaza Resort and Spa is in a great location. Its a short drive from a Vons grocery store, and many other stores. A golf course runs along one side of the resort, which makes it feel more secluded. The rooms are very spacious, and include a small kitchen. The kitchen has a range with two burners, and plenty of dishes. There is no dishwasher and no oven, so while it will allow some meals to be prepared at the resort, I would recommend planning on eating out at least some of the time. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of amenities. Including a tennis court, pools, hot tub, laundry room, exercise room, and sauna. The service was friendly and helpful. It is a non-smoking hotel, which I liked. They do have a smoking area by the tennis court. They have security, and at night while the front desk is closed security can help you with things you might need. I was very happy that my husband and I chose to have our honeymoon here.

Plaza Resort was in a convenient location. Our room overlooked the golf course. They were installing all new air conditioning in the rooms. It was a little warm but with the new air conditioning it will be great next time we go.

The room has everything from cookware to blenders etc. the refrigerator is big. I just didn’t like that there was no oven

Awesome resort! Family oriented staff. Theyre really excellent on prices of rooms as well. Full on kitchen and supplies. You can rent movies, play tennis, ride bikes, go swimming or to the jacuzzi, etc... Everything is very clean and cozy as well. Free coffee and water. I wish they made breakfast and did massages too. But they have everything else and centrally located next to all the great spots in Palm Springs. Love this place!

We always enjoy our stays at The Plaza, it is clean, staff are always courteous and friendly. The rooms have been updated and are very comfortable and spacious; and in addition, the kitchen has all necessary items available for 8 people.The location is close to downtown Palm Springs, grocery stores and other shopping.

The best resort and spa ever! I got a body wrap, I bbqd, and met new people that were super friendly! My room was immaculate, very spacious and clean. I shopped daily because the shops were close. The restaurants were nearby and the food was great! It was too much to explore there and I hated to end my stay! The bed was a bit too firm and the water pressure in the shower was a bit too low but I still give them 5 stars. It was a nice experience in a great environment! Theyll see me again real soon! I love the place!

Highly underrated - lots of hidden amenities - its worth staying here

The resort is a wonderful place to relax. The room I stayed in was well kept and updated, with a nice layout and good furnishings. It was also nicely updated, with a kitchenette that included everything except a dishwasher and an oven. The resort has lots of amenities, including a good workout room, a pool and hot tub, DVDs to check out, and cable with on demand movies available (the on demand is pricey, but has new releases including some still in theatees options). The main activity in the area is golf, which I didnt participate in, so I dont know how it is. There are lots of malls, theaters and restaurants close by, so the location is good. The only downside I can think of is the lack of covered parking, which is troubling with how hot it gets in Palm Springs. The staff we encountered were very helpful and polite, and are available from 8am to 11pm. Security is available when needed after hours. Overall, the resort is great! I really enjoyed my stay there and would go again in a heartbeat.

A bit shabby and away from downtown but great people and good size rooms

Our room is nice, although no dishwasher. The view from our room overlooks the golf course. Perfect place if you have pets. Its old, but well kept. Convenient to everything.Sept/Oct 2018 - As an owner for more than 30 years I’m disappointed with the resort and how we were treated. As an owner I would expect some preference to our room location. We had asked, more than two weeks prior to our stay for a first floor golf course room. Instead we are on the parking lot. The A/C is not working well enough to keep us comfortable, which meant we had to ask for a floor fan. We had asked for a king bed, but upon arrival we were told the studio rooms do not have king size beds. We realize this place is old as it was built in the late 50’s, but the odor within the building is awful. We noticed it last year and it’s just as bad this year. We were told the A/C is being updated and the carpet is being replace. Time will tell if things get better.On the positive side. The staff is great!

Certainly not luxury but a very spacious and clean space. Had a 1-bedroom suite. Outdated but like I said clean and tidy. An excellent value for the money. Pool was also small but clean and suited our needs. Be aware there is no onsite restaurant or breakfast only coffee in the lobby, front desk not open 24 hours though there is security overnight, and no daily maid service just as needed. Very convenient to a wedding we attended at the Cree Estate.

Stay is great so far. Studio room has plenty of space for our family with two little ones. Balconies with views of golf course or mountains is nice. Kitchenette has fridge/freezer, stove top, mkcrowave, and sink and has all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils that you could need. Used their gas grills out by the pool today which were clean and easy to use. Tennis court is great and parking is plentiful. Have a time share here and have always had a great experience.

Resort us good. However check in process is hit and miss. Myself plus some others I heard that if you did not have your confirmation number. It was hard for them to find your room.

I travel a ton with my family and stay in beautiful resorts! This hotel room was one of the cleanest and biggest I have been in. The one bedroom condo is HUGE!!!! the kitchen and cookware is wonderful! Only thing I will complain about is the bed. It was really hard. I like mine a little softer but the pull out couch was memory foam and comfortable. Overall highly recommend this hotel and I will come back!

Just ok ! Friendly staff. 2 small pools and hot tubs. The sauna is in the 2nd floor fitness center rest rooms. Surprisingly nice. Traffic noise and airport noise here. The golf course is....well.....sub-par

A nice and quaint place to stay in Palm Springs. Not as nice and modern as other hotels in the area and is a bit dated. Nonetheless it was a great hotel and I would stay there again.

While the rooms are large enough and nice enough, apparently my room is in the old section and doesnt get very cool temperature wise. My daughter is in a different room and hers is cold and comfortable while mine is barely cool and disappointing.
