Based upon my 2 phone calls to this place to stay over the long weekend, we are not staying. Being hung on once, then having absolutely no friendliness or empathy with the second associate, we will be staying and spending our money elsewhere. Its too bad as this is a newly remodeled place.

Poor excuse for a resort. Very mediocre service especially wait staff at the pool. Small room, lots of noise coming from facility units outside, bedroom did not have lightbulbs and maintenance team was not able to find replacements. Very unclear signage from COVID expectations to directions.Felt more like a motel. I would not recommend - spend your money elsewhere.

Nicely renovated. Large with lots of amenities.Service wasn’t great. We had to ask three times for a crib. Also the guy on checkin was extremely rude and condescending. Luckily the manager was much more pleasant and personable.

We had an injury while hiking, and the staff was very accommodating and made the remaining stay as comfortable, and convenient as possible! Including extending our checkout time by 3 hours.

Saw the few reviews online about the thin walls and the fact that they are still remodeling. And two months after the review was posted it’s still true. You can hear all the freaking footsteps of the children above us.

When you book a hotel that offers a pool and pool side amenities, those amenities should be available or the price reduced. None were available. The fire pits were under water. The pool side bars were closed, the doors to the outdoor facilites were locked.

Nice pool scene/lobby but rooms are OLD & DATED. No longer a marriott property... i can see why. At check-in they were not even able to guarantee me the room type i had booked.

It was too cold didn’t get to use the pool and we still got charged for resort fee I didn’t like that and they also charge a room service fee. The beds are old and not comfortable.

Parking was a little hard to find our first night, then someone totally blocked us in! So security director got other car moved but did not follow thru with a “perk” for our inconvenience! Gave us wrong room initially, but got it squared away, so all in all a really nice stay for some R & R from the cold!Thx!

Beautiful property, pool and great food. My only issues were that restaurant and bar areas dont seem to have regular hours! I was there for a conference and on a Saturday night, neither bar was open to the hotel guests (1 one closed and the other had a private party) and the restaurant closed early. The staff didnt seem to know why.

Great jacuzzis, nice pool, but not very warm. Five amazing firepits to relax to at night. Room in like-new condition, nice jacuzzi bath shower, good hot water. Free WiFi. Nice restaurant on-site, although a little pricey. Decent location, close to airport. Desk and restaurant staff friendly, baggage counter service so-so.

The property is really tired and needs a full renovation. They say they are renovating now, but it looks more like a handyman going through and patching things up. carpet in rooms and hallways are horrible. Mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Furniture in room dated and worn. Everything was just old. Shut it down and renovate properly. Place is a mess. Service not the best either. Maids shouting to each other down the hallways, dirty laundry stacked in the hall. Valet was no help. Front desk wouldn’t answer phone. Very disappointing.

Property was rented out by a large group so the main Pool / spa area was closed off to the remainder of the guest. The only Pool open was the small one with no service. The shower heads are way too low. Initially booked for a suite and they didn’t have it available, they gave me a kind size room. When I asked if there was a price different they said no, come to find out when k went online the same night as check in...the room was 100 dollars less. Definitely not returning

Positive: Quality of food at on-site restaurant. Price paid for the room was a good value compared to other alternatives at similar price point. Free entertainment in the lounge was actually very good. Negative: Resort is in serious need of a refresh/remodel. Old carpet in the room corridors, pealing/missing wallpaper in the corridors and obvious ceiling repairs are needed. Pool lounge area not maintained or picked up after day use. Appears understaffed.

Its a 3 star hotel/motel with 4 star resort photos. Room smelled like mold & smoke, found ashes in the credenza drawers, and cigarettes on the patio. Sheets had holes in them. Lots of burnt out lightbulbs needing to be replaced. Both pools had no towels for quite some time and a Bachelorette party brought their own boombox to the spa and took over on Saturday evening wrecking any chance of relaxation for other guests, hotel didnt seem too bothered by this. Keep driving further into town, you can find better deals in Palm Springs.

Fun resort in palm springs. Great pool area. The room was decent however the outside window overlooking pool was dirty from outside. Food and drink service at pool good. Would return.

Quite possibly the worst place Ive stayed at--and the last time I willStayed for a wedding, Thu-Mon on Veterans Day Weekend-Was over charged resort fees, it took a week to correct-Two days after checking out, several other guests and I were charged for water bottles that were not in the room. This took two weeks to correct-Although nice, the staff is incompetent. They couldnt get drinks/food orders at the cabana/pool right and charged for items we never received. Housekeeping brought over king sized bed sheets for a double bed when we requested a new set of linen-Dirty room service items were left outside rooms for >24 hours-Cousins car nearly got carjacked and when they called security, they were told they couldnt come because they were providing security for a wedding-Key-card-access-only areas were never locked-Room doors dont close unless you pull them shut-Stairwell doors slam behind you, making a loud banging noise-There were 2 pools, unfortunately, neither one was >5 deep-The hotel is old and outdated, the pictures on the website must be from when it 1st opened-The bathroom vanity sink had a crack from end to endSave yourself the disappointment, the random charges and the headache; stay across the street (at Infusion Beach Club) were the wedding planner stayed and even got free bicycle rentals for her husband and kid

Positive: It was close to the downtown main streets. Negative: I reserved a king size bed but was told the hotel overbooked and I received 2 queens instead. The people in the room above us stomped around early in the morning and late at night and I kept being woken up. The door didnt shut properly.

Beautiful updated property with all the original vintage charm. Gorgeous outdoor eating areas and pool side retreat. Would go back anytime. Property located in quiet side of town but weekend trolley with free rides to the heart of downtown. Otherwise $8 Uber. Great property and value!

Positive: The staff were wonderful Negative: I had to hike a very long distance from the available parking and the shower did not have hot water. for almost $---- I expected a little bit of a nicer room and some hot water.

When we arrived to our room it smelt so bad like sewage/bathroom. We called and they sent someone to come “fix” it. When we came back to our room from the pool the room smelt as if someone used a whole bottle of air freshener to hide the smell. We had to air out our room by opening door to hallway and also opening sliding door to the outside. The next morning when we woke up, the smell of sewage was bad. We called again to see if they could move us rooms or come fix it but they were not able to. We called and even went to front desk and no one else showed up. Nothing was done and we slept in that room for two nights. It was very disappointing to say the less.

The staff are the stars at this place! Rooms are clean and facilities are ok. Would have like some late night room service as it closes at 10 and mini bar is not stocked.

Aircon is noisy and rattles, and a constant buzzing all night long from nearby aircon in other building.The rooms in Building 8 section that overseas back of house area are noisy with bins emptying and staff movement noise at various hours. The shower water doesn’t drain well, and you end up ankle deep in water after 5 mins in the shower.Room need a refurbish as carpets are stained and have scorch marks.Will definitely not be returning.

We were in the old section that was not as upkept or modern. Room was not cleaned until after 4 each day. Noisy barking dog. Not enough pool towls.

I didnt like the fact that when we checked in our room was changed and we were told there was plenty of parking near our room and there wasnt, staff wasnt sure if there was an elevator in our building...hidden resort fees

We liked the 50’s and 60’s era decorating. Room was clean and large. The outside door to Building 8 by handicap parking didn’t always close all the way. We also noticed that several room doors were left open a couple of inches. We were slightly concerned about The security Of the building. The hotel staff struggled with a new computer system upon our arrival. They should have been properly taught the new system before change of ownership took place.

Attractive bar and the pool/courtyards are superb. Nice looking restaurant, but the place seriously needs a coffee bar. Our wing of the hotel was under renovation, so that was a bit weird with the parking lot half full of construction equipment and the halls with construction dust. The room was nice with modern bathroom. I unplugged the mini-fridge, which was making a whistling sound in the middle of the night. Regardless of any small issues, I would definitely stay there again!

Property very old and dated. One working plug in room. Front staff had no clue how to check someone in and did not give us any information on checkout etc.

Check in war mühsam, mehr wie 10 Leute haben gewartet, von 6 Receptionen war lediglich eine geöffnet. Anders als bei frühren Aufenthalten gabs keine Musik mehr am Pool, sie arbeiten daran, wurde uns täglich gesagt. Jeweils am Morgen kaum Warmwasser und sehr niedriger Wasserdruck.

Excelente opción en Palm Springs el hotel,esta remodelado con estilo retro. El servicio es excepcional, las albercas están enormes. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí seguramente.La ubicación es muy cerca del freeway lo que lo hace muy cómodo para entrar y salir de Palm Springs.

Durch ein sehr günstiges Angebot hier auf Ebookers ($ 105 + Tax/Ressortfee) habe ich das Hotel trotz eher negativen Kundenbewertungen gebucht. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Empfangsbereich, Lobby, Restaurant und auch das Zimmer war in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr stylish eingerichtet. Auch über die Qualität des Essens kann ich nur Gutes berichten. Einziges Ärgernis ist das Hotelpersonal, das im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in den USA deutlich abfällt.
