Great place to watch a movie. Nothing fancy but a good bang for your buck.

Great Escape has changed their name. This place has always been reasonable on prices. A great outing to include a large family or a group of friends to sit back and watch a movie & eat popcorn.

Nice theater.great balcony. Seems small.1st time in my whole life of 30 something years,have I been there. Never really knew about this specific theater..is not bad though!:)

Recently updated this theatre boasts well-appointed & cushy clean stadium seating! No reservations required!!! The sound & picture are great & not too loud. The staff are friendly & the service is fast at the concessions with self serve butter/salt at the end of counter. There is an arcade & the restrooms are nice. Sign up for a Regal Card for discounts. Police presence & ushers are in house and security patrols the lot. They do accept MoviePass.

Manager has been there for 10 years. She is as friendly today as She was 10 yrs ago.Hadnt been there for awhile. Very friendly and clean. Movie started on time. I really appreciated feeling like family.This is a GREAT theatre to take the whe family.

Kids always enjoy a Tuesday movie to break up the week. 5 dollar who can resist. Its smaller and cozy, fully stocked concessions. Bathroom is clean, we are all girls so dont know about the mens

0 stars really. The audio was deafening. I complained and was told all trailers are loud. Obviously he doesnt go to any other theaters. Trailers arent that loud elsewhere. We couldnt even stay to watch the movie because of the headache it gave me. Thats ridiculous. I wont be going back to this theater

The only thing this place lacks is location, and assigned seating. The staff is nice, and prompt. The place needs some minor updates and advertising, and I think it could be 5 stars.

The theater had trash in it from the previous showing. The theater smelled like a dirty gym sock. The floor was an elaborate decoration of trash popcorn and soda. the bathroom smelled like a toxic waste drop off point. I would not spend another cent in that dumpster fire. Aksarben Cinema has got it right, AMC AND Marcus is the gold standard. that area of town deserves a better movie going experience. I would replace management and upgrade the outdated soda machines and take a look at renovations. Esp the chairs.

A group of us was taken to see Mary Poppins 2. Got in, got the ticket + got my popcorn. Found the theater + a good seat. I had no complaints + was quite happy with the whole experience. I just hope my snoring at times didnt bother too many others. Guess I was too comfy.

We were visiting Omaha and went to the Incredible 2 premiere. We loved the theater and the prices were reasonable. The next movies we are waiting to see are Annabelle Comes Home and IT Chapter 2. We love horror films!!!

Went to go see Ready or Not with my husband and the place was empty. It took only a couple minutes to get tickets and snacks and to our seats. We were the only ones in our theatre to see the movie. Perfect for a quiet date night.

The location gets a bad rep. One of the nicest theaters in Omaha, I do wish the Omaha film festival was still here. Always very clean, friendly and quick staff, and hardly ever super busy. Dont wait in lines somewhere else. This is a great theater.

Its clean and the staff was friendly. Friday night 6:30 showing great timing to fit our schedule. The seats could be updated to the newer stadium style. The only downside they dont have popcorn salt. They do have the flavored seasonings available for sale.

The movie theater itself is just okay. It is kind of musty smelling in some auditoriums. The popcorn was cold and my pop tasted kind of funny. I came to my movie almost an hour early to wait for my party, play some games and to enjoy the atmosphere. Well while waiting I overheard two employees saying how they didnt like there manager because he stays locked in the office and never speaks to them only the people he likes. That is not something a customer should overhear. Poor employee training. Im disappointed that my auditorium was not cleaned either. The railing is also very sticky. Yuck! So sense the employees have time to talk about how they hate management, they should have more than enough time to clean. Maybe if the manager hiding in the back helped out, the employees would be more eager to help out as well.

Great experience. To be truthful, in the past we about this particular theater because of all the riff raff that would frequent this locale. We attended during school hours, therefore a far lower number of people and it was enjoyable.

Always empty for whatever reason but you can watch the same movies as the packed theaters. Come if you like a smaller crowd.

I literally had the worst experience at a movie theater Ive ever had here! Just wanted a peaceful night away from the kids and I go in to the theater to people walking around and talking so loud I couldnt hear the surround sound on the movie. I went out and complained and the manager said the people would be kicked out asap......they were not... and instead of comping me a ticket he offered to get me in to the next showing and had me pay the extra $2.99 since it was 3D. I then go in to this movie and they allowed 3 children, unsupervised in there as well. These children continued to talk during the whole movie. Needless to say.... I will NEVER go back! Worst experience ever! Wouldnt even give them a 1 star!

Overall not a bad theater. I think its gotten better since Ive started going there almost a year ago. My last visit was my best experience I would say. I definitely think corporate should look into making improvements into the theater such as putting in the reclining seats that are being put in at other Regal locations. I think it would increase competition for the theater and more people would go there.

Went to go see MI-6. Great movie! My group was pretty much the only ones in the theater. The theater was very clean and the popcorn tasted great. The seats were not the ones that fully recline. That is the only reason why this theater is not 5 stars

This Theater is a nice place. Always super clean, staff really friendly and helpful. Really affordable prices and good selection on movies, 3D movies but not IMAX. My wife and I like to come here sometimes because it is not so crowded and you actually.can watch a movie without any noisy people. I recommend this place if you dont like to be around of a lot of people and you actually want to enjoy the movie. 5 starts ! =)

This theater is one of my favorites in Omaha! It is so underrated, unfortunately. It is never busy or full and the staff are ALWAYS kind and happy to assist. Great variety of foods. I joined their rewards program and it is one of the best movie reward programs out there. Each day members get a discount on something. Sometimes there are little freebies that come with tickets or there are free posters around. Id come back here and support anytime, for all time! Thanks for greatness Regal!

Always clean with friendly staff.

I go to see a movie with my son who is six. We have seen many movies there and always been pleased. However, this weekend was different. I purchased standard non 3d movie tickets. However 95% of the previews were not clear. It appeared to be a shadow sometimes. I was not the only one who noticed it. When the movie started it was still distorted. I went to get 3d glasses like others and was meet by a employee who said it is not 3d but said we could get glasses anyway. They did not help. We even moved seats and still not clear. It seems like sometimes it was and others it was not. I am not rating off the equipment issues I am based thus off the employee interact I had.

There summer movies for 1$ on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are awesome!!

My husband and I went here to watch John Wick 3. Keanu Reeves has a way of improving any experience. This theater is nice, but its a little outdated. The prices were super high, which is weird considering its pretty much the only Regal Cinema in town. (Not for sure on that). Either way, I got to see Keanu and spend 3 hours with him and although the seats were uncomfortable, and I felt like theyd break any second, I still enjoyed my visit. Well probably end up going to a theater closer to home next time, but we had gift cards. Rated 2 stars. Added 2 more for Keanu.

Not to sue I will go back. Read treated like me and my lady where low class and spineless from Troy at the concessions. He looked away at us and walked off until a white lady with kids came then he looked away from us again to help them knowing we where standing there. After the lady with kids left he wouldnt even ask us if we needed help. We finally advised and I asked him about his actionsand all he said was he didnt know. I feel management should address their staff on proper treatment to all instead of selected few.

We enjoy this theatre because its close to our home and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Theaters are clean and comfortable. No it does not have reclining chairs like some other theaters but neither does it have the smell of stale beer like the dine in theatres. Prices are great and we are rewards members so we get free movies and treats from time to time.

Its not Omahas best theater, but its passable. Good concession selection, nice arcade area, pleasant employees, and decently clean theaters. But theater sizes are relatively small and lack the non-fabric seats that other theaters are moving toward.The nearby shopping center is pretty dead - most of the stores have moved to another location, so there are many empty buildings. So if you wanted to pass the time by walking around the complex before your movie, be aware that there isnt much to see in that area.Additionally, all the restaurants are down the street and they are all fast food. Probably not your classiest option of youre aiming for a dinner and a movie.

I had went to the theater to see the movie skyscraper and I did enjoy the movie. It had been years since I had been to the regal. I was surprised that parking lot wasnt marked with lines so people could park safely. Inside I forgot just how small inside it was. Seat quality was good, no problems.

Our first time going to this theatre and it was awesome! SUPER friendly workers, very clean and the seats were comfortable! All was A+ and we will definitely go back soon! The best part is we live five minutes away!!

I had a birthday party here and it was great experience! Great location close to the grocery stores and Party City lots of room and parking plus an arcade. It was perfect! The staff was very accommodating. The price was right and all of our guests adults and kids had a great time! Give them a call for your event!

Its a Great place for movie experience. Havent had a problem. Great customer service and love the deals you get with your cinema card. Its always where I take my family to the Movies. However, I am disappointed that Jigsaw was not showing at this particular location. Its like it purposely got left off this theater location. I have never known for Great Escape to not have a popular movie available!!!

Five star hangout! Go in the weekday evenings and youll have a quiet, clean theater experience. Staff are friendly and energetic. Never ever a crowd. Hard to see how they stay open with the small crowd size but I hope they do!

Nice theater - clean, big screens, bathroom was fine, good sound in the theaters, etc. Location wasnt an issue, and enjoyed our visit except thar we got there early for a movie and were told we had to sit where the ticket employee could watch us. This meant one of three backless benches next to the exit/entrance which opened/closed constantly complete with drafts. The wall the benches are on has a chair rail that hits across your shoulder blades, as well as the glass cases with movie posters, so you cant even lean back with any semblance of comfort. If they have to supervise early patrons like 5 year olds (hint, were both 40 years old) then they should at least provide semi comfortable seating. I have no issue with them not providing seating areas if theyre not going to force me to use it. If Im made to use it, then it should be useable.

The manager handed out free tickets because the AC in one of the theaters wasnt functioning fully. Great gesture.

This was our first time back in two years and we love the upgrades they have put in. Chairs are super comfortable.

Cant figure out how to get into the parking lot, so I drove over the grass, they dont have a driveway from the street like every theater in country. Cant even get in from Golden Corral, which would make sense, like you know, supper then a movie? Nice place to go if you dont like the crowds

We went at a the first showing of the day and it was our first visit to this theater but we were very impressed by how clean and tidy it was. Also, the young man who sold tickets and also worked concessions was very friendly. We plan on returning even though there are theaters closer to our location.

Overpriced concessions. Way worse than Majestic. They also dont keep the theater clean. There was a huge mess in the theater I was in tonight. They dont check after each showing. I only go here when Majestic isnt an option. Next time, Ill go to Westroads or Oakview if Majestic isnt available.

A bit out of the way from my apartment but I was pleasantly surprised. Seats where comfortable during my showing of Deadpool 2. Lobby was open and breathable, with the snacks reasonably priced.

Staff was friendly, movie quality/sound was fine. Theater was unpleasantly musty smelling, and 8 teenagers were very disruptive and disrespectful during the show. Wish they had more staff to monitor and address ill-behaved patrons for the benefit of others attending the show.

We love going to The Regal. Regardless of being in North Omaha, the theater is always safe, clean and the staff is super friendly.

Ive been going to this location since I was kid (when they used to be the Great Escape). The staff are always pretty nice, their theatres are usually clean depending where you are, their bathrooms are not in great shape however. While I can only attest to the condition of the womens restroom, which is usually very clean, the last stall in the womens restroom has a hole in the wall and the cabinet door below the sinks is ajar and a bit janky looking.The building overall isnt in the best shape-- but I say that in comparison to what it looked like in its prime years ago.Over all, if youre looking to just see a movie in a not incredibly crowded theatre, this is your place.
