Very clean. Following covid restrictions. Very peaceful. Was kind of nice not having a lot of people present. Like having your own theater room at home!

Very nice theater/restaurant combo. Friendly staff. Nice reclining chairs. My only complaint is that I had to leave my movie (15mins in) to pick up my meal order. So if you want a meal while you watch the movie beware.

Has good specials on classic movies right now. Concessions is pricey (per usual for a theater) but popcorn is always fresh. Pretzel bites are not fresh

It was really great to go back to a movie theater to put a little normalcy back in our entertainment. Marcus Majestic did a great job with social distancing. Everything was clean and we felt very safe there. Plus I got to share Raiders of the Lost Arc on the big screen with my kids.

They do have reclining charis which are always nice, but the screen seems kinda small compared to other theaters, and I prefer amc Oakview, because its not busy and has heated reclining chairs,and the atmosphere just seem better

My favorite theater. I love the member rewards as well as 5.00 Tuesdays. The choosing seats is very convenient,especially through their app. Great popcorn,cotton candy as well as food from Zaffiro’s. The place is always clean.

Excellent safety being practiced by staff! Face masks not required thankfully. The popcorn was hot and buttery the pop and icees are nice and cold ! We saw E.T., special thank you to Marcus Theaters you are my go to for movies and cant wait for all the locations to reopen! You literally dont have to touch anything if youre that worried still . They have staff opening doors and filling pops and I was even allowed to scan my rewards card at the concessions stand.

Went to the movies for the first time since the Covid. So happy to be back! They did a great job opening doors, sanitizing seats, and putting systems in place to make you feel comfortable. As a restaurant business owner whos already been through a re-opeing, Ill tell you to hang in there with all the masks and regulations. It sucks for sure, but about the time youll get used to it, theyll ease off, and youll appreciate business as usual all the more when it happens. See you again soon!

This theater is very nice and conveniently located off of Maple Street. I hadnt been here since years ago when it was 20 Grand, and was quite impressed. The staff are all pleasant and it is very clean. The theaters have reclining seats, which are comfortable. I do not like having to choose my seat when purchasing my ticket (as many theaters do), but this is my only complaint. Definitely plan on returning soon!

Absolutely loved my experience. Snacks a bit pricey, but nothing major. Ill definitely be going back.

I love Marcus theatres. Only chain I go to because of the $4.25 popcorn bucket. Seats are nice. In the bar they always have awesome bar tenders theyll make convo with you. Bathrooms are usually kept pretty clean better than twin creek.

I love that this theater offers closed captioning devices! My deaf husband and I are able to enjoy a date night at the movies. The theaters and restrooms are usually fairly clean. Customer service is quick and friendly.

Theyve done a fantastic job organizing everything to keep people safe, keep things clean, and yet still provide customers an enjoyable theater experience. Hope to go back soon!

This is our go-to movie theater. Easy location, lots of options. Concession line moves quickly. Many times the ice makers cannot keep up with the demand.We use the app to book & earn points. Comfortable, reclined seating .

I loved the reclining chairs. It made the movie watching experience so much better. The seats also had thick, cushy arm rests. Large screen. Great colors & sound.

The movie we went to was good. That was the only bright part of the experience. Our Tito’s mules tasted like vodka and lime. Our popcorn was half crumbs. Our second drinks were so strong we couldn’t even drink them. I do not recommend going to the bar.

Love the comfy electric recliners, but as they take up more space than the old seats the theaters have lost their capacity & also the ability, at times, to find 2 or more seats together as everyone MUST leave an empty seat between them & their neighbor when selecting their seats! So you have to act fast to not get stuck in the front row & to get seats together!

I love how the seats recline all the way back. Its selection from alcoholic drinks, real meals, popcorn, and icees was great. My favorite place to go watch a movie besides The Alamo.

Childhood Theatre Plus First JobI used to come to his theatre all the time when I was younger. I was able to get my first job here. I love the management at the time and the majority of my co-workers. I made a lot of friends here and it was a good stepping stone for my life. The place struggle after the remodel. The seats are nicer but the kitchen feels unnecessary. Bar was a great touch but sad to see the game room turned into a board room. I honestly have no idea who uses it but I would not want a kids party in that gray room.

Great place, love the recliner in ng seats. A little disappointed with the food though, the past two times I have gotten the pretzel bites and you could tell they werent fresh. I would rather wait for them to be prepared fresh, rather than eat them where they are barely warm and the top of them kinda have bubbles on them which appears like they have been sitting under a warmer for an extended period of time, especially with the inflated prices we pay for movie theater concessions, I think they should take more care to make sure that they are fresh.

Clean theater, tidy concessions and bathroom. Friendly staff at the front entrance and concession counter. Loved it compared to an experience at different theater last week. The seats were in good working order/condition as well.

They have a variety of theatre sizes, which is nice when you dont want to be in a super large theatre with a lot of other people. Seats are comfortable, and recline, which is the best part. Very friendly staff as well!

We attended the theater to see Empire Strikes Back. They offered masks at the door. You can also do everything contactless including ordering your food on online ahead of time.

Prices arent terrible and the theater is close to home which makes it a win. Staff was very friendly. They serve adult beverages which is nice if you feel like having a drink while relaxing and watching a movie.

Process getting tickets were fast and smooth. New guy running the register. Was polite and apologetic for learning which wasnt necessary. The recliners are much better compared to the original seats. Who doesnt love a good movie?

Love this theatre. I remember when it was 20 grand, as a kid my sister and i loved to play in the game room before the movie. They definitely should bring it back for the kids. Heck you not they already have a bar in there.

Advertisement photo shows a girl sitting in front of a birthday cake with lit candles. Yet, when we asked for matches they said they dont allow an open flame! Very,very disappointing and embarrassing for a 6 year old to not be able to blow out candles with her friends!! Nothing provided in the party room. Nothing to cut or serve cake or even basic napkins.Nobody called us to confirm movie time, we had to call. Will not be doing a party there again!

This place nearest to my place of stay. The last movie I watched there was Jumanji:next level. The movie was very good.

The seats are nice recliners. The sound and picture were really good, but the food was terrible. The pop out of the machine tasted moldy. The chicken nachos were really greasy which made the chips soggy. When charging $28 for a drink, nachos, and popcorn I expected them to at least taste good. Overall not a bad experience but will not be getting food next time.

What a great place to watch a movie! The reclining seats were super comfortable... The price of popcorn was way too much as at most theatres but made it all worthwhile!

I had never heard of this theater and didnt know it existed in omaha but boy oh boy what a fabulous find. Their food is delicious. The seats are ultra comfy and they have great movie deals. Its a perfect date night place. Im not a fan of assigned seating but id just suggest booking in advance or online to get preferred seats. Cant wait to visit again

Was one of my favorites in the before times

One of the best cinemas of all time. Every film I have ever seen here has brought me to the brink of tears. I once saw the face of Christ in the brown paper of the bathroom towel. I enjoy large LA cinema films and savor my life in Omaha. In a world devoid of meaning in service to managers who know nothing I only find solace in having a large Pepsi and watching a generic film here. I recently saw Hustlers here and whispered to myself I AM GOD.

Great place glad they reopened.

Visiting from KC and decided to take in a movie. Theater is located along with a lot of retail and restaurants nearby. Able to order reserved seat tickets through Fandango. Lobby is spacious and includes alot of seating in case youre waiting on others. Cocktail bar has fair amount of seating as well. We did not do the bistro service where you can order food, but our theater seating was extremely comfortable. Picture was bright and sharp for the movie and sound was not over powering. Overall loved our experience and would recommend!

Best theater seats in town. The seats are large, leather, comfy and reclining. I know technology is making life more convenient but I am not a big fan of this theater allowing people to buy tickets online in advance and reserving their seats. Im traditional in which I like first come, first serve. Several times I have gone here and all the tickets are sold for a show 2+ hours in advance.

I just love coming here. Sure, you pay a little extra for concessions bit there something about the experience that makes for a great night out. Overall its very clean, although the soda stations get a little disheveled. The recliner loungers are a great idea, and I really enjoy that there is room to stretch out by yourself, or canoodle with a loved one. Not shoehorning people into seats like the airlines has been a real feature in getting me back to the movies. We enjoyed a drink before the show. A great way to have a nice night out.

I was very disappointed. Went to the Sunday screening of The Gentleman. The movie was great, however only one person was working at ticket sales and was super slow. I asked for closed captioning machine, the manager said it had a low battery but should get me thru the movie. The machine turned on for 30 seconds and was dead. I am very hard of hearing, so basically watched a movie without the dialogue. It was my birthday so was unhappy.

I love this place. The seats are pretty comfortable and you can take a drink from the bar in the movie that youre about to see. What can be better?

Until this evening I had nothing but good things to say about majestic theater. However a group of friends and myself showed up at 10:11 p.m. to a movie starting at 10:05pm and were turned away at the front door by a lazy manager who was trying to lock up and get out. I have late work hours and almost always go to a weekly 10-10:30pm movie and have never had anyone try and turn me away for being a few minutes late. Come to find out the theater is suppose to stay open until 15 minutes after the start of the last film each night. All in all we were very unhappy with what occurred tonight and will be taking our business to AMC or another theater in town.

An employee yelled at my date for using the womens restroom. Being a woman with short hair is not cause for public harrassment at a movie theater, ESPECIALLY by staff. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Incident was at Marcus Majestic of Omaha during the 9:25pm showing of Addams Family on 11/13/19. Unfortunately did not catch the name of the employee.

Went to the Rise of Skywalker. We enjoyed the Bistro. The burgers are great. Comfy seats. We like it better than Westroads.

Seats are so comfy and recline! Gets busy on $5 Tuesdays, but so worth it! When you buy tickets you get assigned seats. Another plus! We signed up to be members and got a huge bucket of popcorn for $4 and a free small one! Love this place!

This place is definitely one of the better movie theaters in Omaha. It has given me the best experience with recliner seats and being served entire meals during your movie!! Though it is a nice facility, it sure gives it a reason to be relatively packed and crowded, but thats proof that this theater is of great quality!

Very nice place. Comfortable seating. The lobby is a tad small, but otherwise good.I ordered my ticket online, and it was fine, but the website doesnt do a good job of displaying the scale of the rooms. In most cases, youll want a seat towards the center, as the back seats are Really far back, and the screen gets a little small.

Love this particular movie theater. The movie prices are fair and the concessions cost about what you’d expect. The seats are extremely comfortable and recline. This theater was one of the most clean in Omaha that we’ve been to, other than one other. Great selection of movies too.

We really like this theatre. The seats are awesome and the food is good, popcorn is always fresh. But good God- almost $12 for a movie ticket on the weekend? I understand you have to pay employees and pay for your overhead but thats about the steepest of anywhere I go. Much like southpointe in Lincoln. But... its nice and clean, the people are super friendly and I cant complain too much.

Ah, the comfy seating of the Majestic! Their seats make it possible for me to sit through a long movie and still be able to leave without feeling like I am too stiff to move.Today, we saw X-Men: Dark Phoenix. Overall, the plot was coherent, with stellar performances by the cast.The Majestic is in a great location, with other businesses nearby which have a variety of shopping available.Overall, they still have good food, with enough screens to show a large number of movies.To date, this is my favorite spot for movies, even above AMC locations.

I am a firm believer that customer service can either make or break your experience. Sadly, the experience we had at this theater was not up to Marcus standards. The lady at the ticket counter was rude and rushed each customer. The senior couple in front of us asked about a couple movies as they were deciding what show to watch and she was incredibly rude and rushed them to make a choice. We frequent Marcus theaters but this is a location we will not return to.

It would be an awesome place but the pop area is just gross pop syrup everywhere even on the ceiling..

Apart from this being our favorite theater in Omaha, their customer service has always been excellent. This week I purchased tickets from the Marcus App and we ended up having a snow storm the day of the show. Unlike a purchase through the Fandango app, Marcuss policy is that you have to go in person for refunds or exchanges but I called anyway, and they graciously refunded me over the phone to avoid me driving in that weather. This type of customer service is refreshing.

Solid theater, I still maintain that it could use like a deep clean refresh. I occasionally get some vibes of it being a bit old feeling? But I still really prefer this theater for the seats, the layout, and its also super close to us. Sure Alamo is neat, but its so far away, and its stadium seating vs these nice lounge recliner seats... Highly recommend.

This has been a popular movie theater for several years. The location is excellent, on the corner of two major streets and with plenty of restaurants nearby so you can make a full evening of it. The food at the restaurant and the concession stand is much better than standard popcorn and Mike-n-Ikes. And the seating in the auditoriums is very comfortable. We really appreciate the discounted tickets, too, on $5 Tuesdays.

One of cleanest movie theaters I have been in. Bathrooms were clean and didnt stink. All staff was friendly and greeted us. Only complaint was popcorn tasted burnt.
