Sept 5th 1:15pm show of New Mutants played in Scope format when the movie is actually Flat (1:85)Cmon guys. The bare minimum is having proper presentation. But if you cant do that then people will go elsewhere. Need to get a better projectionist who knows about the attention to detail when it comes to these things.

The best of Omaha..! Rightly said.. There theatres under roof with ACX Aksarben. You would love to watch movie, eat food and hang out.

Paid for the higher quality seats. They moved ~8 backwards in a rocking fashion. The headrests pushed your head and neck forwards. Terribly uncomfortable. Would have been happier with the cheaper seats. Temp around 78°F and no air flow. Was glad to go to the movies again, but wont go back to Aksarben.

It was super warm in the theater so we went and found the manager on duty, after speaking to the manager (who told us that he would turn the air conditioner on) we returned to our seats. The a/c NEVER turned on and after two more requests to the manager we decided to try to watch as much of the movie we could manage although it wasnt a pleasant time..... sweating and listening to the other patrons complain about the same issue. It will be at least a year before we try and support this theatre again.

I recommend coming on Tuesday. 5 dollars movies and 2 dollars popcorn 2 dollars drinks 2 dollars hot dogs payed about 19 for 2 movies ticket 3 hot dog and 1 popcorn.

Super great service. We were there for an early film and the manager was helpful and friendly as she was working all by herself.

Very clean, quick check in and sanitizer is everywhere for customers. It was really great seeing a movie where it wasnt crowded at all. Very safe!!!!!

The 11:30 am show on Sunday was $6.50. The theater was clean. The restrooms were clean. Our granddaughters knew the front rows had reclining seats, which were comfortable. Sound and picture were great! Popcorn and beverages were pricey, but our granddaughters love the choices in the soda machine and the popcorn with extra butter. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Best cinema Ive been to. Seats arent very expensive and during certain movies they sell cool cups related to it. Lots of Movies to see and watch. Well cleaned and never dirty. Areas to take photos of your experience are there as well. Employees are nice and never had one bad time here!

We attend early Sunday morning. The location was clean and attractively decorated. The seating was comfortable and abundant due to the early showing.My only concern was very expensive concessions which cost more the the price of admission for 1 popcorn and 2 soft drinks.

Arksarben is a wonderfully clean theatre. The staff are well trained and courteous. The bar is well stocked. I give it a 3.5 because the seats are rigid, they do not serve you in the theatre.

A great cinema, the place is clean, the staff is friendly and the seats are comfortable. The sound can be a bit overwhelming so if you are sensitive to loud noise keep that in mind. They have good discount ticket nights and you can order online and pick your seats which is a plus! They also have adult beverages as well.

Relaxing recliners with cup holders..very comfy and the place was amazing...food..beer..drinks..video games..this was the best movie theater Ive ever been to. Thanks for the great experience!

Fine experience. Only irritation I had was the lack of any kind of childs drink/container. Other cinemas in town have big juice or something that comes in a less spillable container. Besides that, nothing to complain about

Beautiful Movie Theater in Omaha. I am visiting here and my dad told me its a very new complex- and it shows. The seats are very luxurious - and even have cup holders. We didnt buy any snacks, but the concession stand had a lot to choose from. My granddaughter and I saw Toy Story 4, and we were able to select our seats. The sound system was excellent. All of this for the bargain price of $12.00 for both of our tickets

What a great place. The seats are like the most comfortable easy chair from your house. There is plenty to do here, it is a true entertainment center. When in Omaha go to the movies here.

First time Ive ever been to Aksarben Cinema. Tickets were cheap, popcorn was good and the seats were comfy! I appreciate that they showed Out of Omaha. It was a great film!

Some seats recline and some dont. Its reserved seating so you can grab a bite to eat before hand and not have to worry about there being no more seats. Makes it great to book in advance for the more popular movies. Great movie theater and tons to do around the theater before or after the movie

I just saw Jumanji: The Next Level and it was phenomenal!!!!!! The seating was amazing, the service was great!!!! Would definitely recommend coming here for any movie.

Clean lobby, clean theatres, lots of teenagers so sometimes movies can be hard to hear. Good for if youre in the area, and theres plenty of other stuff around to justify taking the trip

Ive yet to have a bad experience at this theater. Exceptional service every time I go. I was running late for my movie and my family member left my ticket at the front. I was able to tell them there was a ticket for me and they had it ready. Would definitely be back.

My experience was not good, as a matter of fact we go clear out of our way to avoid this place and go to a different theater. The staff was great the manager was excellent and handled the situation in a very friendly professional matter and we do appreciate that but we wont be back. When we got into the theater, one of our 3 seats we had reserved was missing the entire back of the seat ( it was completely gone because it was broke and in the process of being replaced) So why was that seat even re-servable if they knew it was missing the entire back of it. Anyway we went and got the manager and he apologized and because it was a sold out show and there were no other seats to move to he offered our money back and said if we wanted to deal with the seat as it was we could stay. So fine, we were already there. planned the night out, got the parking spot, got our snacks, we my as well stay and watch the show, my husband graciously took the broken seat and the lights went out and the movie soon began. About 15 minutes into the movie I start itching, my arm keeps itching and I have a few welts on it, ok so Im watching the movie itching my arm like crazy when my back starts to itch now Im getting more aware of the situation and ask my husband to leave the theater with me so he can check my back. When he checked my back I had welts all over it. I believe I was being attacked by bed beds and we aborted the rest of the movie, went back in and told the manager which again was very nice and assured us the place is sprayed regularly for bugs and apologized again for our experience and we left, went home, put all our things in the washer, dried everything else, showered and vowed to never go there again. By all the other reviews it seems like no one else has experienced this but we will never go back and take our chances again.

If you want to go to a theater were there are no kids this is the place. Peace and quiet. You can enjoy the film.

I will first say the theater was very nice, clean, and had a great variety of food items including Ice Cream! The prices were typical of a theater; costly but service was great so that made up for the pricing.Now, the horrible part was the movie we saw in theater #1 was SOOOO COLD, we had to wear our coats and even resorted to gloves half way through the movie which was unfortunately 2:17 run time which made for a poor movie experience. The four of us have decided to NEVER go to this theater in the Winter months due to the uncomfortable movie theater temperature we experienced.

Simple, comfy and good sound system. Assigned seating is nice and the fact you can grab a drink or two on the way in is great. Staff is courteous. Good stuff, but not knock you socks off good.

Today was my very first time ever going to this place. Its really beautiful and spacious. I really love how the lay out of the interior is. I went to go and see Green Book. That movie was awesomeness and great. I seen the previews of the movie way before going to see it. And I said that that was going to be the movie that I want to see. The cashier and staff were very very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me pick out the right movie that I wanted to see and they did. And I really and truly thank them for that. Even though I was holding up the line though. I would love to go back and see another movie there as well one day.

Had people behind me constantly kicking my chair with their legs. Usually go to theater that has recliners. Now I know why. I dont miss this kind of seating. Hopefully will upgrade and put quality and comfort over $$$. Otherwise nice theater.

Good time. Great seats. Well portioned room *not too big* with an excellent screen view almost everywhere.I like it. Lots of shops coffee. Eats. Bars cupcake place and other things nearby.The parking garage is close enough but not the easiest to find. Street parking is almost as always full due to the many things to do in the plaza. The walk is nice however with the many shops.

I could bore you with all the details of things like how uncomfortable the movie seats were. How watered down the soft drinks were. How extremely overpriced all the snacks were. But I’m not. Instead I ask you to stare at the photo I’ve attached. The mangled & disembodied mess of a mozzarella sticks platter. For somewhere just short of $10.00 you too can enjoy this tasty treat for yourself! Make sure the same 17yr old imbecile makes your order for the full experience. Watch as he microwaves (4) frozen, pencil thin mozzarella sticks right before your eyes in 60 secs or less! Watch as he takes them from the microwave and ATTEMPTS to scrape, pull and tear them from the filthy, black, rubber cooking tray and flings them into the container for your enjoyment. Just don’t bother asking your clueless cook if this is the standard serving procedure because he will happily tell you how the original baking tray is out of order. Then hold back your cheers as you are finally handed your aborted cheese snacks for your enjoyment. Don’t forget the marinara sauce. He did. So I asked for some and got a frozen container of it. All in all it was truly amazing how oblivious yet confident the kid/employee/mozzarella stick master chef handled everything. I say he’s CEO in 5 yrs or less. Sarcasm aside, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP OF A MOVIE THEATRE! What a tragic and god awful experience this was. I wouldn’t go back if they paid me.

Besides the less than respectful girl who sold us our tickets it was nice. We typically go here if we go to the movies. Not a fan of rude employees, everyone else was super nice and helpful though. Not a fan of having to choose your seat before you get inside either. Im the kind of person like likes to get into the theater and choose based on other variables....lol

I booked tickets for 9:00 pm show and was late by 30 minutes.I told the same to the guy at the ticket counter and asked tickets for 9:55 show. No questions asked he immediatly told me to select seats for the 9:55 show. Amazing service. I would rate this the second best theatre after Village pointe cinema.

If you go to this theater the experience is great. Walking along the strip of restaurants during the day, and leaving at night with all the lights is a wonder. Especially if you plan on listening to pedrodium on SoundCloud. Id say hes pure heaven but I think hes a different form.

I love this theater. The newly remodeled interior makes it very comfortable to watch movies. I like that you can grab a cocktail or any type of pop imaginable and the concession selection is great! Clean area, great staff.

Have great movie ticket prices. Bathrooms need to be bigger to accommodate more people. I feel like they need to take out the front front row because its too close to the screen. Other than that the staff was very friendly and polite. And overall a good place to catch a movie.
