Many things not satisfactory or enjoyable here. Went to see a 3D movie with my daughter -- was not given the glasses and had to look around after entering the lobby (thinking maybe they provided them outside the theatre or something?) and had to go back out to the ticket booth to request them!? Concessions were filthy and we had to get our own butter?! I like layered butter and for $20 I expect better concession service. Seats were not comfy at all, but I do like the convenient location of this theatre--thats about it. :(

I had my daughters birthday party here and the staff were amazing! Very helpful and greatly organized. I recommend to anybody. She had so much fun!

This theater is quickly becoming one of my favorites in Omaha. Unlike other AMC and Marcus theaters, you cant reserve specific seats before showtime, so the earlier you arrive, the better selection you have. As such, ticket prices are also lower compared to other locations. The theaters are very clean and staff are very courteous. The seats are very comfortable, however they do not recline. Overall a very nice theater close to the mall!

The bigger set guy at the concession stand made it seem like he didnt want to take our order. Multi tasking is key and his multi tasking skills where none existent. No lie I felt a discriminatory vibe. Dont know if I will be returning

We went to watch the movie Lion King today. This is my first time in this theatre. I had high expectations on IMAX screen. The space was large and sound was also good but I was really disappointed about the seats. They were not comfortable and don’t recline well. The threat was also not very tidy and clean. There was used napkins here and there on the seats. The price of the ticket was not worthy.

The seating was weird after being used to reclining chairs in other theaters. But other wise it was a fun date to go on for my birthday. Great place for a cheap movie

I absolutely loved this movie theater! It is a great place to see lots of different films. I recommend watching things in IMAX instead of the usual. Theres just something about IMAX that makes the movie a lot better! I hope to come back soon.

Great theater and a great staff. Very clean and neat. The sound system and the screen were excellent.

The movie was good and chairs were comfy, but heres the thing... We bought our tickets through the ATOM app, but still had to stand in line when we got there, read the confirmation code out loud, and have a paper ticket printed. Its just not a good system. They need kiosks!

Good movie sonic but no ticket booth, just 1 guy at the concession stand doing tickets too! And none to show us where to go wondered into an earlier showing first before getting to right forum at last..

I liked that this theater wasnt busy. It seemed a little old but it was comfortable and clean. The sound and picture quality was good and I enjoyed the movie experience. The prices are lower here than at a reserved seating theater and while the seats are comfortable they arent as awesome as the big reclining seats at some of the other theaters in town.The bonus is the location right there with Westroads mall. Easy to get a good variety of food at the commons in the mall, Granite City or other restaurants near by. Ill go back for sure!If you find this review helpful please like it. Thank you!

Went here to see the Rise of Skywalker as part of a corporate event. I am comparing the Marcus on Maple. We prefer Marcus. The Westroads property was a little confusing in terms of how to navigate. NO staff to direct. This was in the afternoon so that may have been a reason for our experience. Will try again potentially in the future.

The movies are updated, and the seats were comfortable. I enjoyed the popcorn as well!

The sound could be a bit sharper. I prefer the reserved seating found in the Lincoln theaters, but you PAY for it! Omaha has much more reasonable prices for tickets, but snacks are almost identical in price.

Bought tickets in the morning for Imax 3D Star Wars at 3pm on Sunday, December 29th, 2019. Reserved seating. Got here and had to wait in line anyway. Then we go to sit in our seats and there are already people sitting there. They were told it was open seating and to sit wherever they wanted. Tried talking to a manager and they didn’t care. This is BS. I bought my tickets early and paid for specific seating. Then the people that sat next to us had paid for our seats and so didn’t get to sit in their reserved seating either. Why the heck would you have reserved seating when you don’t even use it? I will NEVER come back to this theatre. I will also be sure to tell my friends and family to avoid this theatre like the plague.

Can be better even though it’s inside the shopping mall. Prefer Oakview AMC.

AMC doesnt seem to keep up their theaters as well as some others in the area. Friday for a just before 7pm showtime they had one person Manning ticketing and one person on concession. We had pre-ordered tickets but still had to wait 10+ minutes in line to get them. Saw a security guard and no other employees anywhere once we got in. The theater was ok, but they ran ads to install an AR gaming app every 30 seconds which after 10 minutes was a bit maddening. Otherwise no real problems on the theaters side. Not my go to theater but works in a pinch.

They have a theater curfew for people under 21. And they didn’t refund ticket. Since when has this “curfew” come into the theatre? Whst theatre even has a curfew, after 7pm!! You know how many people especially teens see movies after 7. And for them not to refund is ridiculous.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. It’d sure be nice if this theater had reservable seats as well as reclining with footrests!

I enjoyed the experience the seats were comfortable the food was very good for a movie theater they give you the Choice to have salsa with your nachos or just two cheese cups so you dont have to come back for more the only thing I didnt like was that they only had one worker there I know it was a sunday when I went but they should atleast have 2 people working there at all times just so the line moves smoothly the seats are really comfortable though

I like going there because its always clean. Ive never had any issues there.

This theater is close to home so very convenient and youve got plenty of options for dinner before the show. The employees are always friendly. They only get 4 stars because they only have 2 soda machines and a lot of the time it looks like they need to sweep. Otherwise, good job.

The AMC Classic Westroads 14 is a very good theatre here in Omaha, Nebraska . The AMC Classic Westroads 14 has many varieties of different movies to be seen, however like most theaters around the U.S.A. competition from Netflix, Cox Communication, and Roku will probably take away the nostalgia of going to see a movie either by yourself or with someone who you like seeing a good ! Poor seats for 30.00 for 3 people. Their website charges 6.00 convenience fee! This is not convenient to me. Only to them to get my money. Next time I will wait for disc to come out. High prices put me back in place.

Went to see Secret Life of Pets 2 today with my family. Was bitten several time throughout my arm by what seem to be bed bugs.yes, bed bugs. I showed them to the manager and they refunded our tickets. While we appreciate that, its still disgusting and everyone should know to be careful when watching a movie there.

After I walked up and left the seats we were in I asked for a refund not only on my movie but the conssessions we had and the manager did refund that back the conssessions girl however was incredibly rude to my little sister taking away her LESS THEN HALF popcorn and my brothers as well NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A THING NEVER WILL I EVER BE COMING BACK. (Reson for leaving was, I paid too much to not be able to enjoy the movie with kids running around and literally yelling parents barely did anything to help the situation.)

Five stars? Almost, but sound system was WAY TOO LOUD. It made the movie difficult to watch. Many were complaining. Does the theater have a Decibel meter? Ear damage?

It wasnt bad but Im not a fan of the set up nor a fan of the seats. Most AMCs have nice comfy seats and these werent exactly that good. Also dont play the claw machines!!!!! None of them work at all :(

Tge movie theater itself is fine but they dont have a caramel pop-corn. Come on, what a shame no to have this caramel craving that every other cinema has!

The HUGE potholes are FINALLY gone! Its safe to drive your vehicle through part of the lot now. I wish they wouldve repaired the parking lot before they began remodeling the theater.Prices are increasing in a few months.

Usually a good movie going experience. But me and my daughter went and saw Happy Death-Day 2-U and they left the lights on the whole movie. I get that everythings computerized nowadays, but come on, turn the damn lights off in the theater when the movie starts.

AMC Westroads is a very nice theater. Not always as crowded as other theaters which makes parking, seating and concession line easier to navigate.They have all the new movies showing and have a discount on certain days that make cost more affordable.I am of a mind that movies are too expensive and the prices they charge for food and drinks are criminal. But occasionally one falls to the temptation.

My gf and I had an amazing time at this theater. I took her there for her birthday just last week. The first thing I noticed after walking in the door was the kindness of the employees. It was quite and very relaxing throughout the whole visit. I get that most other people would prefer to go to a different theater because this one doesnt have heated seats.... Go ahead. I was perfectly comfortable the whole time. I would rather sit through a few ads than feel crowded. As for bed bugs..... I didnt see a single bug in the whole building. The place was impressively clean in my personal opinion. We got to watch a great movie in a comfortable quite environment. The ads just gave me time to get things taken care of on my phone before I had to shut it off for two and a half hours. I dont see anything to complain about.

Nice theater with lots of movies to offer. They even have 3d and an Omni theater for the avengers and all the marvel comics movies. Food is typical popcorn and candy. Right on the edge of the mall so you can have dinner nearby at the cheesecake factory and get to the movies in 2 minutes.

Soooo over priced uncomfortable seating half way through avengers End game movei just stopped took 10 minutes to set it up and returnto waching movie. A first for me . Two handa down

Caught an early afternoon movie, so the theater was not very busy, but enjoyed the experience. Purchased a popcorn and soda, which was a Coca Cola Freestyle so the options were plentiful. Comfortable chairs a lots of leg room.

I enjoyed the movie Where There Is Darkness. The facility was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, only thing is that it feels empty and it feels a little lackluster when compared to the AMC in oak view plaza. But at lest the chairs at imax are very comfortable.

I really like this theater. The prices are usually a little cheaper than most theaters. Im so used to paying and reserving seats but this theater is first come, first served. Overall the movie theater is a great place and very clean to take your family too.

Have been to two movies here recently, and both times I wished I had a blanket, as the temperatures was freezing by the end. Also wish you could reserve your seat. Otherwise good, and nice to have as place where some movies are still being shown, if you didnt catch them previously.

I absolutely hate having to pick a seat when you buy a ticket. I like the old days when you sat where you want when you get there. I was SO happy to find that I could do that here! I think I found a new favorite theater.

The police are rude and ignorant. The staff are dumb and want to see your ticket for going to the bathroom, concessions, or waiting for someone in the bathroom.

A shadow of its former glory The Rave is still playing movies. While its mostly a place to see a movie when going on a long mall trip, they have still yet to upgrade to DreamLounger assigned seating. Meaning if you get there on a busy night you will have to fight for a good seat. Luckily there is no busy night for the theater. Boasting 14 screens and standard fair for concessions, if you just want to go see a movie you havent seen yet this is your best bet. Nothing good or bad to say about the place. Completely unremarkable.

The theatre is lovely once you begin watching the movie, the staff are helpful, and there is a flood of emotion as you leave.

Love that they are staying as a classic and not jacking up the prices to add the giant chairs, like Oakview did. They need to bring back the ticket kiosks. After a bad experience a few years ago, Im happy they made their policy that under 17 requires an adult in the evenings for all movies.
