Its a very small park & natural preserve. Its also a good place for a quick walk with a furry baby.

Decent little place with a gravel trail/road to a small waterfall in the river and smaller offshoot trails through the woods. You can run, walk, or fish but if you want to bike (or just have better and longer trails to run/walk on) I would recommend going to white clay creek state park just up the road from the place (there’s a new parking lot near Silent Knights soaring society). I think you can even park at this place and access the White Clay trails but I didn’t do that.

Theres some BIG BASS in that pond! Nice quiet place; its catch and release only. Who cares its the thrill of the catch!! You probably will NOT get snagged since there is only two trees.

Great access point to run or ride along Creek road. Also close to the Newark reservoir. Nice clean parking area with wide spots.

Kids liked this one. Has a long wooded trail, not much too see but a good quite walk if youre ever in the need of one

Well kept. Numerous historic markers.

Not much more than a small but clean parking lot and a few crummy ponds that are over fished and under stocked.

Beginning of great trail for walking running biking etc

Clean park with ok fishing parents take your child fishing its a memory of a life time

Easy to get what you need

Right now, this isnt so much a park as it is a parking lot sandwiched between a small plot of land and a busy road. They are supposed to be working to expand and improve it but its a very slow process. I will update the review as the park is improved.

My dog had a blast.

The park itself is small but you can walk down to the creek and to the Pomeroy trail easily so its very convenient.

Plenty of better trails at White Clay Creek.

You can walk all the way to the dam! Awesome!
