Kells Park is a cozy little park with tennis courts, baseball field, and a small kids’ playground. It’s right next to the train line (with a fence) so you can sometimes see the trains pass by at high speed. It’s walking distance from the University of Delaware.

Newark has done a great job keeping the trails clean

Swampy a little with recent rains, but Walking Trail was nice.

I come here to play soccer, and the field is pretty maintained. There are patches, and the parking lot is a bit small. Other than that, its a nice place to hang out, has tennis wall, basketball court, soccer field, baseball diamond, and playground

We love this park. It has good access to Hall Trail and Pomeroy Trail, nice little playground, and baseball, basketball and soccer space. There is a racquetball wall, too.The only bad part, for which they lose a star, is the soccer field is a hazard. The ground is very uneven and puts players at risk for injury. It needs to be regraded or new turf put in.Aside from that, this is s great place to park and start your bike adventure.

Great place for kids to play soccer! Public bathroom (portapotty), playground, basketball court, tennis court and walk in track for some good old fashion family fun!

This is a really nice park to go if you want to play some sports or hang out and enjoy the nice weather. Theres a playground for younger children, it has a baseball/softball diamond, theres a soccer field with two goals, a basketball court, a wall for wall ball and plenty extra space for just having a catch as well!

Played pick up games of softball/basketball @ Kells 4 every. Well kept also good for the family

Walking path is great exercise with playgrounds along the way for the kids.

Great place to play basketball in the summer. The lights stay on until 10 and people are often there to play pick up.

Beautiful hiking trail along Amtrak line.

The spark park is the best place in town

Small park, ok. Loud trains pass by and may scare small children.
