Small parking but its free and gives direct access to the beach. The restrooms are always super clean when I go in. I walk the New Smyrna Beach every morning and park at the beach access ramp of this park to i have a easy restroom break during my walk. Parking fills up fast i would recommend getting there early. There is wheelchair parking and access to the beach also! Enjoy your time friends!
Perfect setting and great people around!!! Definitely go check out for a beach day or just to go and get away.
Great place to eat lunch.. picnic tables are available.. and a bathroom
You only have the option to pay to park for the day, $20. We just wanted a space for a couple hours... Theres no option to pay by the hour, only by the day at $20 per day.
It would have been much better with this whole COVID 19 thing going on though it really killed it. That being said i love this little beach town and cant wait until its back up in action. We love to take the dogs to dog park on the beach here. Honestly its the last really nice beach left before Georgia IMO
Easy parking and close to everything. Beach is beautiful. Showers and bathroom available.
Love coming here after work to just chill.
Has bathroom facility that are clean and plenty of parking even had some picnic benches where we are are lunch and watched the water. For kids it has a small playground
Great place to rinse off. Clean and safe park.
OceN very calming. Always so clean
Great location but $20 to park even for just an hour.
Love this beach it was my moms favorite beach to go to growing up.
Im going back today but the last time I was there, last year, it was AWESOME! Great spot! Bathroom access is always a plus.
Back in the day this was one of the best places besides the jetty in New Smyrna Beach too surf.
City Park with seating, picnic area, playground and restroom / changing area. Direct access o the beach. Very pretty veiws. Some parking. In residential area so a little off the main avenues. Very nice, the city has many of these types of Parks, they should be complimented.
Excellent access point to the beach. Bathroom facilities, shower and playground at the site. Ample parking
Bad rip current there so be careful if you have little ones
Surf here every week, nice park and clean. Would recommend.
Nice park. Great place to park. Walk a bit to the beach. You can wash off your feet and use the bathroom there. Not too far to walk if you want to get to the little shops.
There is really not much parking here and the bathrooms were dirty and sparse.
Was very quiet and social distance was great
Small so get there early. Showers and clean bathrooms.
Great place for little kids and right on the beach.
Went to listen to music and have dinner on the beach
Nice park
$20 parking... that’s gonna be a no for me
Very nice if you dont mind paying 20 bucks to park on the beach
Absolutely amazing, very pleasant would go back again. The restroom very clean. Had soap, and real paper towels.
Great place
You will not be able to stay to much time in water due coolness or the waves. Water is not too clear and sand is not the whitest. Good place to play with sand and beach toys and to have a nice family time...
This was an amazing experience. Quiet and clean with restrooms .
New Smyrnas hidden gem. Wait...actually dont go there...its terrible. All ths sharks hang out there
This is a great spot! Not busy and still within walking distance to cute shops and restaurants.
Great place for beach access. Has seating with shade you can relax and eat, a little playground, and restrooms. Theres plenty of restaurants and places just down the road to eat or drink at. Parking here usually isnt too bad if you go later in the day. Theres also rinse stations near the restrooms to get sand off, location is great, would recommend.
We are not sun worshippers, but we enjoyed walking alone the shore after breakfast. Very tranquil.
Very long beach. Lots of room. Not over-crowded when we were there.
Great beach entrance and parking...bathrooms
Amazing!
Nuce clean lil park. Not alot of parking. At night these congo drum groups come and play. Its fun to listen.
Decent parking. Beach is pretty nice. No complaints. Was pretty nice. Probably would not go back but, not saying that as a negative.
Easy parking off beach, bathrooms steps to the ocean.
Unfortunately this beach is lousy with tourism. It used to be paradise. This was my favorite place in the world. Im so sorry to see it become a trash heap.
Beautiful beach and shallow water for kids to enjoy.
Love to park and play at the beach.
A great day had by all and we even built a sand
Great place to watch the sun rise
We love Esther street. We have a Thursday night ritual. Always there at 5, set a table up, have a few snacks, and a beverage. Sometimes friends join us. The winter months are the best. We stoke a little fire in our mini Weber. Cook some dogs...What could be better?
Public restrooms a plus
Native Smyrnan here and I say this is the best beach access in town. Close to the water, playground, water fountains, showers, 2 relatively clean single stall bathrooms, [plenty] of parking, pavilions with picnic tables, walking distance to Flagler shops/food. Be mindful if you do not live in Volusia county and have a parking sticker, it is $20 parking from 9a-6p.
Nice beach views less busy
This was a perfect enterance to the beach, a little further from the main beach and less crowded. Bathroom right here too.
Very nice, clean and wonderful water
Very beautiful beach very clean has a concrete fire pit has a little park for little kids with slides and swings and has clean restrooms with a little shower outside
Easy beach access plenty of places to picnic
Always love coming here, the beach is my happy place
Easy walk to beach. Clean restrooms. Outside showers and foot sprayers.
It was nice in the morning, but after noon it started to get very crowded. The parking was crazy at $20. per car. There should be a choice according to the time you intend to spend there.
This park provides newer bathrooms, a playground, and less congestion than some of the others.
Very nice. Right off the beach with a play ground, showers, bathroom, and tables.
Nice place to get to the beach with your bike. Its not as crowded. Pay parking but a lifeguard is stationedright here. Great for families!
It was a nice area to park. Clean restrooms and easy beach access.
Nice parking area (45)spaces. Handicapped. Accessible playground, beach access, pavilions, restroom facilities and a volleyball area. Short walk to beach, but overnight parking not Allowed. It does have an ocean view located one block north of the Flagler Beach access ramp, on Atlantic Avenue. nice considering the areas already overflowing congested problem with finding any parking.
Great Beach. Only Beach where you can drive on Beach.
Small but nice. Oceanside paid-parking, picnic tables, and children’s slide/play area.
Fabulous!!! Easy to get to. Can drive your car on the beach.
Nice and quiet place to walk the beach and found nice shella
Parking in front of the playground is $10 for the day. The machine accepts credit cards and bills. Public bathrooms and an outdoor shower is also provided. It was a nice and laid back atmosphere. We enjoyed it!
Very nice pet part next to water and historical monuments...
We visited during the kite festival which was really fun. You can drive onto the beach, there are restrooms, and restaurants all right there. We had a very enjoyable day.
Great place. Enjoy it! Soak it all in.
Nice place to enjoy the outdoors. Clean too!
It doesnt look anything like the picture
In late June, it was not too busy. The sand is not very shelly, you can drive on the beach, and Breakers restaurant is on the beach.
Love this beach. Its my favorite
Beautiful
Awesome park for getting on and off the beach nice little playground and clean bathrooms and outside showers has a volleyball net there all though it could use some extra sand in it
Nice beach access with places to sit and eat and just spend the day in the sun.
For what I paid for shrimp scampi it wasnt worth it. I think I had about four or five shrimp maybe six and the spaghetti was so overcooked. Also the waiter we had wasnt very nice.
This is where the graffiti wall used to be. It was a regular hang out spot back then, but now it is a really nice park and sometimes serves as a nice place to hang out while remembering the old graffiti wall of days past. The best time for locals to go, of course, is during the week, because on the weekend the beach and all the parks on the beach belong to Orlando unfortunately.
Love it alsays go there when I go to the beach. Always clean bathrooms and the playgrounds amazing
Great park to enjoy the ocean views. Would go again.
This is a really nice place. Too bad its in Florida.
Clean area for picnic and kids playground and easy beach access.
Too crowded for me
