Didnt do the tour. I didnt know that was their main attraction. Went and did the trail and explored the two room showroom. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would give 5 stars based on that specific experience. Will return to do tour and change rating and review after with complete experience.

This is a wonderful facility with lots to offer! Pontoon boat rides, kayak tours etc! They are a learning facility and the tour guilds are very very knowledgeable! They have a birding guild (actually 3 guilds) every Tuesday which is great as well and it’s free! Starts at 8:00.

This place is a hidden gem. Free to explore. Cool marine life in tanks so you can get an up close look...plus a walking trail with a butterfly garden, play ground and plenty of room to run around. If you have kids 12 and under your going to love this place....the teens not so much.

This is a great little hidden gem. Several marine educational exhibits are available inside the center. Great place for kids. The volunteer staff are very helpful. Mary gave grandson a private tour. She was super.

The eco tour was fun and very informative.

The MDC is a fun, free place to visit. They have several fish tanks with cool fish, crabs, and turtles. The outside theater area is very nice. Im looking forward to attending events there. The view from the top of the hill is the best in NSB.

After our morning cruise was cancelled, we were a bit skeptical, but we rebooked the evening sunset dolphin cruise and were THOROUGHLY impressed!So thankful we were able to add this experience to our vacation this year. Spotted numerous dolphins and manatees while aboard our sunset cruise. Captain and narrator were both very friendly and knowledgeable.Highly recommended!

We stumbled upon the Marine Discovery Center the other day and decided to check it out. They have boat and kayak tour along the Indian River Lagoon. If you have little ones, they also have Camps and Field Trips too. The staff was very informative about the local marine life and we learned more then we expected too that day. So next time you are at the beach and you want to get away from the crowds and heat, check out Marine Discovery Center.

Great gift shop, interesting exhibits, and a beautiful environment!

All of the staff was amazing... Wish we could have seen more dolphins and a manatee though. 2 hours was a little long for my 3 kids in the heat.

Went on the sunset dolphin cruise and we were not disappointed. Saw dolphins, different birds and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse. The sunset was beautiful! It was worth every penny!

We had a wonderful kayak tour with a naturalist and volunteer. Lots of info about local birds, dolphins and manatees, and they even had a net to pull up some interesting sea creatures from the floors of the shallow waterways. Excellent family fun and the naturalist shared a bit about the local history as well. We got to see dolphins, conchs, pelicans...

I was a seasonal for the National Park Service for years and loved it. This place, however, is another ball game.In my opinion, I noticed an unprofessional attitude toward employees and unsafe conditions. There is also an unwillingness on their part to consider any constructive suggestions for improvement, in my experience. Nice place to visit but if were you I would think twice about working there.

The Marine Discovery Center has more to offer than what one might think yes they have the educational center they also have a beautiful walking trail great for dogs oyster shell recycling breathtaking views kayak launches into the inter-coastal Waterway giving access to mosquito Lagoon/ Indian River intercoastal scenic boat Tours and so much more it is certainly worth checking out to discover all that they have to offer

Im glad to see that part of the old NSB High School was made good use of. I wonder what the rest of the property will be used for? Maybe another boat launch and park would be a cool idea.

Great discovery tour, with very knowledgable tour guides! We saw lots of different water fowl, 2 manitees, and multiple dolphins with their calfs. Such an awesome tour!! We also rescued a land turtle. Excellent experience!!

This is an outstanding experience to go on a guided kayak tour of the local wildlife.
