This is nice clean hotel with a nice staff. We enjoyed our stay in the premium king suite near so many attractions. We also loved all the the various things to do inside of the hotel, especially the entertainment room and bar. My only compliant is that our room was not cleaned after our first nights stay nor were the towels updated/replaced but other than that it was a great experience.

This place has everything. Great place for kids and grown ups. The interior design is absolutely beautiful . Everywhere you look there are statues, and water. There are 10 different swimming pools, with a outside bar right middle ways. Im thinking about staying here for my honeymoon.

Great place to stay! Rooms are a great size.amazing view! Room was clean, smelled stuffy but when we opened the balcony doors to air it out the smell was gone. No big deal really. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 3 had stayed at Coral Beach Resort years ago and always enjoyed our stay there. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we still enjoyed this resort. The staff throughout the property was always kind and helpful. The entire property was well maintained and updated. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, including the beds and water pressure (always a plus). We would highly recommend this resort when visiting Myrtle Beach.

Just got home from a girls weekend with a friend and my 2 daughters. We had such a great time! Every member of the staff was so friendly and kind (there was one in the Sea Level restaurant that gave a little too much info about the menu and having to charge the extra but some other servers might not but its a new menu and she wont do it because she cant afford to lose her job. Just say you cant do it and thats fine, the rest of the info was kind of unnecessary.) The indoor swimming pool was clean (very chlorinated!) and nice hot tubs inside as well. It would have been really nice if the outdoor pool and lazy river were heated but they definitely arent. We got 2 bowling vouchers with our package dated for use on Saturday and Sunday (our checkout date). We called at 5pm on Saturday for reservations at 8 and they let us know that there may be a wait but we would be top of the list with the reservation. We waited about 15 mins then got our lane. We bowled a game then ordered food from the grill (a little pricey but not much more than any other bowling alley grill, food was very good) and I asked about our second voucher and how we could use it. The guy allowed us to use it that same night! So we ate and bowled again. The ice cream was super delicious as well!! And you get a lot of it! We had such a great time and will definitely look to come back here again!!

If you book at the Coral Beach Resort then book a suite! You have a kitchen and living room! So worth the little extra. This room can sleep at least 6 with the hidden Murphy bed. There is an arcade, pool tables and bowling alley on the 4th floor! Indoor and out door pools, hot tubs and lazy river.

Great Great Great!! The room was nice, clean, fresh, all the above. The inside of the resort was clean, nice and safety precautions where in place due to COVID 19. The only thing that I didn’t like was my stay was for 3nights. Checked in Thursday September 17th and check out was for Sunday @ 11am. I planned the trip with family for my birthday. We extended our stay until Monday on Saturday morning. Now here is where the problem starts Sunday morning at 11am Ashley wanted me and my family to pack up all of our belongings and walk down to the lobby & check out. Then check back in wouldn’t give us a room and said that it wouldn’t be until 4pm. We are not from here traveling, had cold food eggs, bacon, ice cream cake, etc. She showed no concerns for us at all. She said she would give us a locker. (Small) everything wouldn’t fit. My question to her was where is our cold food going to go. Thank god her manger was there she was able to let us into our room to put our belongings away and then we left until the room was ready. That’s all we was asking for was to be Accommodated after spending over $700 dollars with the resort. Needs better communication and accommodations for their guest.

Great place to stay. Clean and up to date rooms. Only complaint is we made our reservation months ahead and they gave us a room on the bottom floor. We paid ocean view price but all we could see was the pool.

A little disappointed with our stay this time. Seems to have gone down hill some over the last few years. Room next to us very loud and obviously breaking the no smoking rule. Indoor hot tubs could use a good, deep cleaning from top to bottom.

Booked our room after Labor Day weekend and got an incredible deal! Seaside corner family suite, balcony with ocean view, kitchen, and room enough for 7 people for less than half the price at other places! Two pools, a lazy river, bowling alley and arcade. The staff was amazing and our experience was exceptional! Come by and get you some!

This place is amazing especially if you are going with family or small kids they have a splash pad area for little ones to run around the beach view is just gorgeous and its so peaceful getting to watch the sunrise. They have some great deals when booking during certain times we stayed a 5 nights and it cost 350 so that was nice. Nice staff everyone was friendly food was pretty good. Were already planning our trip back for next year

The view (oceanview) was ok. Beware vacationers oceanview means you get a peak at the water but you’re really at the side of the building. Oceanfront means you look directly at the ocean from your room. I paid $103 plus tax per night but was charged for anything else.There is bowling on the premises but you pay per hour plus pay for your shoes. There is breakfast but for $103, I was not allowed breakfast without paying extra. I ate elsewhere.. there are a lot of choiceson the town so no problem. The photos are deceiving. The bedroom photos is with great lighting. It is dull in person. Pale off white walls and pale decor. outdated fixtures. My remote didn’t work but was replaced immediately after I told the front desk clerk. My bathroom door didn’t close and maintenance removed it, cut it at the bottom and put it back on. Bad lighting..Dull and dark in the bathroom. Plastic balcony furniture. I booked and paid for the first night for a king bed with oceanview. When I arrived I asked about the oceanfront upgrade for the next two nights. The manager asked would I like two beds or a king. This is with my husband standing there. Omg. Sensitivity and Diversity training anyone? No the best welcome. I signed and paid since we just drove for 6 hours and was too tired to argue. Room was not worth more than $55 dollars

This place was a great place to stay for the family! had a beachside bar and had a great kiddie pool area. the room was huge and the staff was very nice.My 2 complaints are:1. The Airconditioning in the room sucked. We only stayed in room 804 so not sure about any other rooms.2. The room did not smell clean or fresh walking into it.Please dont take my two cons as a reason to not book. you will not be disappointed at this resort.

Excellent choices of things to do on the resort. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Definitely going back. Food was a lil meh, but not bad enough to put a damper on our trip.

Cutting out the details - this place is a 3.5-4/5 in comparison to other hotels on Ocean Boulevard.If you want more details - read on: We stayed here two separate weeks during the months of May and June. The first time booking here...it took 2 hours past the original check in time for us to get our room. They gave us a $25 voucher to use at the resort. It was a thoughtful offer, but considering the length of the wait and the limited access to the resort while we waited didn’t make up for the unexplained delay. Otherwise, our first time there was fun. The ocean front view was beautiful and they accommodated us with a high floor. The room was spacious and clean. Bowling was very fun and the food came out quickly (this time). There are many pools and hot tubs to choose from and ample chairs to sun bathe in pool side. Easy access to the beach which was a major plus for this ocean lover. It’s a family resort so there are PLENTY of children running around and splashing. I didn’t mind them, but it would have been nice to have been able to relax if they marked off one pool and/or hot tub for adults only; especially since there are 11 pools and tubs there. The bartenders Mickey and Ed were so fun, pleasant and made us look forward to spending time at the bar. The second time we came there was no wait, but they originally put us on the first floor. I understand it gets busy, but for the price you pay for an ocean view room...we weren’t happy. Luckily, the lady at the desk spent some time searching and found us a much higher floor. It cost us $25 extra, but again, it was worth it (especially being away from screaming children by the kiddie pool). We were thrilled until we walked in and found the room was dirty . They fixed it promptly and all was well. That’s until we tried to go bowling....this time there were different staff members and it was a night and day experience from our last visit. We came 2 hours prior to them closing asking for a lane to bowl since we bought the extra package to do so. All the lanes were full and they said that they didn’t think we would have enough time to bowl. Long story short - it took us about 4/5 times to ask what order they were taking the next bowlers or if we were able to, we received so many random and different answers and excuses, but being persistent eventually led us to eventually be able to bowl for 30 minutes. When we wanted to order food (hour before closing) they said our only choices were chicken strips or a chicken sandwich. We didn’t get our drinks. We didn’t get silverware or napkins, etc. I could go on and on, but we didn’t even bother asking since they clearly didn’t want us there. I wish the people the first time we came there were working again. I’m hoping it was just an off day and not a constant thing. Despite these couple of incidents, our stay was so pleasant and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful, exceptional, adventurous, amazing!!! I really was pleased to spend my birthday there!!! The employees at the Splash Bar were great!!! THE BARTENDER sealed the deal!! Good conversation and laughs very informative!!! The lady that checked me in didnt give. me to many instructions, it didnt really matter because the Young lady that was checking in someone else was awesome! I just listened to what she told them!! GREAT FAMILY VACATION SPOT WILL RETURN WITH MY GRANDBABIES!!! MY NEW GETAWAY!!!

This is a nice clean place. This was my first time staying there. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but it is a nice place to stay.

Rooms were nice. Starbucks closed at 10am which I didnt like. They need a reasonably priced restaurant that is open more than a few hours. Guess the weekend has longer hours for some places.

We stayed just one night and thought everything was great! The communication before the trip via email was super helpful. From our room balcony we could see the ocean from angle, just not the sunrise, so if stay longer we will get an ocean front room next time. Pools were nice and clean, very little sand for being a beach hotel! Kids LOVED the splash pad! Our room seemed to be recently updated with nice new beds, new carpet, comfy chairs etc! Only compliant was that the room doors are exterior doors, so being on the 10th floor the wind got pretty loud, especially bothersome at night. Maybe not a tight enough seal?! We definitely felt safe and plan on returning.

The room was not very clean. I didnt call to complain because I only stayed one night and Im sure it would have taken days for someone to clean it. Hair was all in the showers. Sheet had red stains of some sort. The bath tub drain didnt work. The shower knob is loose and the shower pressure was awful. I have stayed previously and the rooms are not always bad but it seems the last two times I got the dump rooms.

Stay away from room 544 and Do not rent through airbnb and Big fish rental. It is a total lie! Be very careful with the promises made in the airbnb page.We just had a nightmare vacation.I arrived at 10 pm with my husband and kids after driving all afternoon and the whole condo is a hotel room with a half kitchen. the worst was having rented through airbnb that is to say a third party. When booking and paying I received an email with 4 sheets full of threats and penalties that had me scared. They charge an exaggerated amount for cleaning ($ 95) because they promise in the ad and “enhanced cleaning” according to covid measures and it is a lie! It is false! The duvets were dirty, the closet full of thrown things, dust and hair everywhere, fingerprint marks on the glass, all disgusting, the cutlery and glasses dirty with marked and sticky fingers (and in the instructions they tell you that if you leave something dirty you will pay even more for it!) oh and the garbage basket full of dirty and stinking garbage! Anyway, disgusting!Pillows doesn’t have protectors and that is A MUST IN A HIGH ROTATION rental, I had to clean so that my children could sit down and of course I immediately wrote to the representative of Big Fish rental who is the one who takes care of sending you all the restrictions and tasks that they put you after having paid.Well, I wrote her what was happening with photos and for every answer she told me that I could leave and she would give me a refund. I told her I was already cleaning the essentials to put my children to bed because it was too late and they were tired plus we needed to find another place to go. So I told her I would leave in the morning and I would pay for the night, and she could refund me the other 2 nights and of course the cleaning fee I was charged. But guess what? She told me that if I didnt leave right away She wouldnt give me anything back! and pay 3 nights plus $ 95 extra for cleaning! after arguing she told me that she would send someone but the next day and not to complain!So I stayed awake the whole night watching my kids sleep, but I couldn’t even put my face on those pillows (looked inside and they have many stains)So much for customer service ha? What About the enhanced cleaning?Feel sad because we lost our money and our precious vacation

Stayed 2 nights. Everyone was nice. The facility could have been a little cleaner. There was food under one table(see picture), a pair of underwear on top of a light that we could see from the balcony(see picture), and with the rona going around, one would have thought they’d clean a little better. On the tv remotes you could see finger prints and tell it wasn’t cleaned(the back on one remote was broke). You have to slam the door into your room or else it won’t close.

This is a nice place to stay that isn’t too expensive (at least in October) but they do not adhere to or enforce their masking policy and that made us super uncomfortable to go anywhere outside our room and the beach and sometimes the pool. You get what you pay for here but bro at least wear a mask and ask your guests to do what the signs say.

My family and I will never stay here again. We found multiple roaches every single day in the bathtub, the bathroom counter the kitchen cabinets, on the kitchen floor, and the kitchen counter. We had them fumigate the room upon arrival, but it made no difference. There were 4 loose wall tiles in the kitchen which we’re still coming off after they sent maintenance to “fix them.” The bed was awful. One of the couch cushions had numerous stains on it. After complaining to the front desk about all of these issues on day 1, they did absolutely nothing to make up for such a poor first impression, and when we asked if we could change rooms, we were denied. The pools were filled with debris and there were never any pool towels available and we had to buy our own from the gift shop. The breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the guests that purchased breakfast vouchers ahead of their stay and many were turned away. We got lucky and got there at the right time, and then we were suggested to make reservations for the rest of our stay. Food was adequate. The gift shop was decently priced. Bowling was fun, and the arcade was decent. The overall vibe is low-class. We were awoken on two separate nights at 3/4am by shouting and doors slamming in the hallway. I had to call the front desk to report it and they sent security, but the shouting and fighting continued. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and stay at a nicer hotel. In the end, you get what you pay for.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. It says a lot the building is older but well maintained. We hope to have another outing SOON. And will definitely stay here again!

So this is a great place to come if you have kids and they advertise it as a family place. Its not bad for couples but even being pretty close to off season their were a lot of families with small children, not well behaved and running everywhere. For most families that is a standard part of vacation and is actually expected. We hoped it would be a little quieter this late in the season with more couples, adults and or older people but overall the hotel is nice. The staff is friendly. Angie in the breakfast restaurant is just as sweet as she can be. We asked for a room on a high floor with extra pillows during precheck in. We had to call before bed to request the pillows and were put on the 4th floor so that was a little disappointing. The nice lady at the front desk said that it was the 4th or ground floor but several people checked in after us and were placed much higher. So Im not sure exactly how that process works. Overall if you like a nice clean family facility with friendly staff and you dont mind noise, a lot of kids and music yelling etc. This is a wonderful hotel. If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway for adults with your spouse maybe keep looking or try even further into the off season.

Aside from the room having human hairballs all over the bathroom floor and inside the shower- it was a good resort to stay the weekend at. The food and drinks was very good- however, customer services was very poor; no pleasant smiles at all while serving. Overall, a good place for the kiddos to hang out - lots to do without leaving the resort itself.

I do not like giving bad reviews but I could not help myself. First off the bathroom is is super dirty and found molde in the shower. They spent all there money on the lobby and nothing else on the rooms. The pools there were not that clean when we swim. While walking through the indoor pool it was so humid and I could not breath. Sometimes the card reader would not work correctly and we would be locked out of are room for a long period of time. This place is located perfectly near a lot shops and restaurants. It’s a shame that they don’t take that into advantage and make money from it and clean ever room way better that what they already do. I would rather sleep on the couch than the bed because how disgusting the room was already.

The hotel was great. We did have some issues with housekeeping not coming by or they would start knocking on our door to clean the room before 9am. Also the service at resort dining was awful. It was so slow and every night we struggled to get someone to come take our order. My son loved the water park and the hotel staff at the check-in desk were super friendly. Also, our room was really clean and we had a nice view of the beach.

Not too bad but not for those who like everything clean. The corners of bathroom and under stove were yucky! Old stove and hallways mostly open to elements. Super humid in lovely indoor pool. Huge hot tub!

Despite having car trouble and delaying our first day travel visit we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly the bed was comfortable and our partial ocean view was beautiful it didnt really seem partial. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Overall fair, roomy space in suites. Shower and sink pressure was not good at all. Was very hard to wash hair. The pools need to be clean, hair sand and bugs in all pools. The indoor big pool had a broken lader on the deep end. One hot tub it was cold water running and the water was nasty and low in depth.

My husband and I spent our 7th wedding anniversary here this past weekend and I definitely enjoyed our stay. There are inside and outside pool options with a very cute kiddie section, jacuzzis & lazy river; the beach was amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking. We stayed from Friday-Tuesday and almost each day was spent on the beach. The restaurant food in the hotel was just okay (the outside restaurant is a better option), drinks were weak, the Starbucks downstairs doesn’t compare to the real Starbucks, but it’ll do and we didn’t have a chance to experience bowling or other activities. Our room had a kitchen and living room which made it very convenient. The only compliant was the bathroom sink clogged and even after maintenance came it still wasn’t fixed. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and we’ll return the next time we’re in Myrtle Beach.

Great location, munutes from airport. We had no car and spent the whole week at the resort. Better than expected food options, quick check in, great communication via ongoing text with front desk--outstanding! The texting allowed us to answer all questions in a timely manner. What a relief. Oceanfront Family suite was perfect for us. We also have a toddler. They had plenty for him to do.We used all the facilities--all 10 pools, fitness center, restaurants, pool deck. Gift shop prices reasonable. Great room rate as well. We have stayed at 4 other hotels on Ocean Blvd. This is the one we will return to.Highly recommend.

Great I felt safe during covid there nothing but clean fresh chlorine smell by pools an hot tubs. no dirty water or awful smells hotel was very clean an rooms were great get an room on 5th floor or higher. Bowling alley great. Poolside bar great flavors an pricing. Staff very polite. There safety was a 10 the only place Ive been in myrtle beach with security around the clock an key cards to enter or exit any door with guest so it will be a minimum of unwanted guest or free loaders. 10/10 everything u need is on site from groceries to beer its all there

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights ocean front room. When looking over the resort reservation terms it doesn’t seem to strict on ages allowed to check in. My pregnant sister who is 18 was apart of the three other adults in the room. I want to start by saying the lady that had checked me in was superrrrrrrr nice and professional. I hate I can’t exactly remember her name but I want to say it was Lara or laurel. She wore glasses and worked hard to be allowed to let me check in. She went and spoke to a manager about allowing me to check in because of my sisters age. Mind you I read over the terms and conditions prior but with me being her brother and no parent around I was certain that would put me responsible for her and it wouldn’t be a problem. Lady at check in returned to tell me that her manager who I think was a guy denied me checking in and she would have to give me a refund of my deposit. I told her she is my sister and we like 5 hours away like her mom can’t just drive down here to check her in. She sympathized with me and I could tell that she was trying her best. She then told me to wait just a second and went and spoke to another manager which was a woman. She walked over and asked the lady how many people in the room were over 21 and she informed her that everyone except 1 which is my sister. The manager looked at me and proceeded to say “I am going to approve it this one time but if I get one call from a disruption in that room I will ask you all to leave” I was grateful she was allowing me to check in but at the same time it is the way she came across and her delivery. Straight from the start I was given a quite memorable greeting. The manager came off as very assertive and kinda made me feel as though my money or my vacation wasnt just as important as others checking in. She acted like we were going to be partying in the room even though she was pregnant. I mean come on. Moving on, the guy that works at that Starbucks inside the resort is SUPER rude ! The lady on the other hand is very nice. But he made a comment to someone in our group after making the drink wrong “well you get what you ask for” like he didn’t tell him specific directions on how he wanted the drink made. Next was the sea level restaurant. No where during check in or anywhere on the paperwork they give you at check in does it specifically state that you need to make a reservation to go down and eat breakfast. ANYWHERE WAS THIS ADVERTISED! The lady at the restaurant told us very rudely “you have to have a reservation but I’ll allow it this time but not anymore” they were servers empty tables it’s not like she was slammed for availability. Moving on from that, the inside pools and hot tubs were a plus but one of them stayed cold the entire stay and you could not stay on the inside of this enclosure for more than maybe ten minutes without your eyes burning because of so many chemicals that is in the air. Seemed like an overload. Other than these things we had a okay stay. The room had spectacular views and the room was just like the photos. We loved the gift shop on the resort and had just about everything you needed. The parking garage is so close to the resort and convenient access. The bar was amazing and had every beverage you can want. Overall just remember they will give you trouble if you are under 21 ! Great location and good ammonites.

We checked into this hotel on a Thursday afternoon, everyone at the front desk was very nice and our check in was so easy. We really utilized the pool area since we brought our 10 month old with us. The pools were really clean and access to the beach is just right outside the hotel. Which is really nice! Fast forward to the night before we were leaving. I step out of the shower and see a syringe in the space between the light and ceiling. We had been in this room for 5 night’s and had house keeping in our roomEveryday but that day. Who knows how long it had been there honestly. We leave to go to dinner and I swing by the front desk and the line is so long so I call once we get in the car and explain to them what happened. I ask specially if they can have it removed before we get back. I was told yes and they would contact a manager. While we were eating dinner we had one of the managers call us and apologize. They tell us we will get a $25 refund which We thought okay life goes on and didn’t think anything else about it. Then we get back to our hotel and found that it is still there. I am really upset at this point because we thought it was over. My husband goes down to the front desk and the lady says well we didn’t want to go in because the “Do not disturb” sign was up! WHAT?! They could have knocked and they called us already could they not have called us and asked to go in? They then say if we remove the sign they will be up to get it right away and no one ever showed up. I’m sure it is still there right now.To me this is a very serious matter this could have gotten into a kids hands or a teenager I mean all you had to do is stand up on the sink and grab it!This is a really terrible way to run a business in my opinion and it all could have been solved right in the beginning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For them to not deal with a matter that serious who knows what else they leave unresolved.

We stopped at this hotel for one night as a get away, for the amount we paid it was supposed to be a little more cleaner thats the only thing. However the space and view was awesome.

Location is great for tourists. Were staying at Coral Beach resort. Wow, nice our view was not a full of Beach, butcwe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurants were amazing, a little pricey for some but its all in what you want. Family oriented as well.Cdazlin

Its my son and Is favorite place at Myrtle. Stayed in most and this one is our favorite by far. Clean, nice restaurant, fast elevators, most comfortable beds in Myrtle Beach! Also the TV is a good size unlike most places that have them too small .

My reservations were canceled by the hotel. (Not my fault) They did nothing to try to accommodate me and my family after driving all the way to Myrtle Beach. Luckily there are plenty other great resorts with great customer service in the area! Would highly recommend anyone to look elsewhere first, and settle for Coral Beach Resort LAST! Do not believe the reviews hype. I made that mistake. For me It’s not so much about the cancelled reservation because mistakes happen, it was more about the way they didn’t even try to help our family secure another room. Team member just had an “oh well” attitude.

We had a great time in SC and during the pandemic. Upon arrival we noticed that wearing a mask was not strictly enforced even though there was signage on the doors about it and the lobby smelled like pot. Elevator usage was as if you were in regular times no 6 ft whatsoever in between. As far as food at night time theres a bar outside, but it takes too long to get your food. There was an alternative, located on the 4th floor, but the entrance to it is strictly enforced based on the amount of people in it. There is no room service, there is no option to place the order and pick it up on either of these two places. However, in the morning, theres a restaurant within the premises that serves breakfast that you could place an order ahead of time, but not too many choices neither for kids.I guess it is what it is during these times, but I think the experience and the expectations were a bit different.

My fiance and I stayed at the resort this past weekend. The room smelled stale and there was hair in the tube that we complained to the front desk housekeeping came and left and hair was still in the tube. There was gum behind one of the beds. I complain to Brad Friday night about my concerns for the room. He advised that he could give me my money back but we would have to leave. I asked for a number to corporate he advised there was no one else I could speak to besides the manager on duty which he did offer to upgrade our room that smelled just as bad as our original room. His attitude was horrible and he was not accommodating. We ate breakfast at the Sea Level restaurant and the food was disgusting. There is brown stuff leaking from the ceiling outside the room on this floor.

This was the second time coming to this hotel, and we had a much better experience the first time. After we arrived and got to our room, we noticed our “ocean front view” room included almost no view of the ocean. Big palm trees were blocking our view. We did call the front desk, and they were going to allow us to change rooms the next day, which they did. The water in the shower of this room only provided hot or cold water, no in between. The next day we changed rooms only to find out the bathroom door to the commode was broken/insulation falling out. I called down to the front desk to request maintainence, and after I told them to come at 3:30, they never came. I didn’t bother to call again.On the positive side, the staff was friendly, but the rooms felt dirty and old. The family friendly environment was ok, but you could definitely smell smoke and weed in the halls and at the pool. We will spend our money elsewhere next time.

I drove four hours to stay here for the receptionist to tell me I couldn’t stay here because I’m not over 21. I’m 20.. and apparently not an adult, I still “need” my parent to check me in. They also require IDs for everyone including children. You can’t stay here with other family members either. It’s labor day weekend and everything is booked. They’d rather have you on the streets. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

So far so good, the ocean looks beautiful and my unit is very clean and I can see the ocean from the 10th floor on the south side!

My family has stayed here probably 15 times. We absolutely love it. Bear with them right now because of Covid-19 they are running a skeleton crew. It is wonderful as always they are just running a bit slower than usual. They are offering no housekeeping if you chose but you can still get your trash emptied and new towels. We also had an issue with a tv not working and they sent someone and fixed it super fast. And the bar has drinks in buckets now! Amazing!

Stayed at this resort Oct 4th- 8th and it was amazing! Only thing I would complain about is that the bathroom was very small. The employees were very nice and they gave us fresh towels and soaps everyday we was there. I will for sure stay at this resort again when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Wish I could post the pictures I took...! Everything was good from staff to services offered. But there were bed bugs in my room... And that ruined my whole experience.. I felt like they were on me without my knowledge from that point and we probably took them back home with us.. Also having to make sure EVERYTHING is washed once we get home, I would expect at least half of my stay price refunded. They compensated roughly $200 out of a $700+ stay.. but those 3 nights we slept there, we were being eaten on my bed bugs... I would like to return but probably won’t happen.

The two stars are because being on the beach is great, but we had a dirty room from the get go. Had to change rooms, which didnt have dirty towels but was probably worst. The price was far too high for what it was. I felt the pictures were misleading by a long shot. I would stay at a nicer place next time probably for the same amount of cash too.

Great resort and it has tons of amenities such as an 8 lane bowling alley. Not far from the airport.

Great location, courteous, and clean. The rooms setup could have been bigger based on the size we got. I didnt like how tight the space was once you opened the doors and I wish the sofa was a pull out. The beds were slightly hard and not as comfortable as I would have liked, but overall I would stay again because of the price, amenities, and cleanliness.

This place is not like the pictures I saw in the advertising. It is such a disappointment. The room has an old smell. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn inside there. It needs a face lift, renovation needed. The building looks old and the facility doesnt offer much for the high price they ask. On top of that, they want you to pay for your whole stay up front at check in. On booking.com it gets a grade higher than 8 but Id give his a 2. Ridiculous! Ill be back to myrtle beach but they wont fool me again. Huge disappointment!!

The result is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Day room was available as soon as we arrived so they went ahead and checked us in Thats very important. Thats why we switch back to the Coral Beach. From another hotel

Rooms and hotel were okay. Kiddie pool is nice. Indoor pool area was so hot nobody was in there. Beach access is great. Elevators were absolutely terrible though. With so many people trying to use them they go nowhere. The doors will close and open right back up 2 minutes later. They will stop on every single floor on the way down. I waited 20 minutes today for the elevator so I could leave and I watched the same 15 people go up and down trying to get to their right floors. I opted for carrying me and the wifes luggage down the stairwell. Parking is iffy too if youre driving more than one vehicle.

Absolutely love coral beach resort. We stayed at sea crest in September of 2018 and it was alright, wanted to try a new hotel so we stayed at coral beach in May of 2019 and loved it. Very nice staff! Our room was great, and we got to choose what floor we wanted (high or lower). We are smokers and so glad we had a smoking area, I understand no smoking anywhere else but the smoking area so that wasn’t a problem at all (other hotels we stayed at in the past you couldn’t smoke at them at all). When we left we put the do not disturb on the door, so when the housekeepers seen us outside they always made sure we had what we needed, towels, coffee, ect. We mostly stayed in the pool area or on the beach! We have already booked our stay for this coming September 2020! Love this place!

Love it, its been a while since I touched beach water

Yes there are several things that would keep me from returning after staying here for the past 12 years 7-10 nights at a time with the family.-had to cancel first day of reservation due to pending COVID results on a family member that we were traveling with which delayed us in our departure time....coming all the way from Michigan. In return still havent received a refund for that particular night even though our promo had free cancelation.-your facilities have gone downhill hill the past two years with this year really showing its colors-prior to coming we were reassured that masks were going to be enforced along with extra cleaning. We saw neither occurring our entire time. We actually observed the facilities to be 10x dirtier! I walk in to front desk staff not wearing masks and a whole lobby full of people also not wearing masks. ***we visited other hotels during our stay to seek where we may stay next year and hotel staff and guests were following the proper mandated rules along with extra cleaning.-saw cockroaches on our balcony and again in the lazy river multiple times-family resort......not so much anymore. Saw all kinds of women walking around in thong bikinis, the smell of  Marijuana everywhere we turned, balcony, pool, lobby. Fireworks being shot off all hours of the night. Cop cars at the hotel multiple times during the week. Didnt feel safe.-the rooms could use a deep clean focusing on the kitchen area. Cupboards smelt like mold whenever opened.  the side of fridge had nasty stuff dripping all down the side of it. The room itself smelt musty. I took the time to do my own cleaning and was amazed by what I saw. Very disappointing for the price I paid per night to stay here.-facilities- saw the same chip sitting on the stairway for 5 days, hotel swimming towel draped over the railing for 3 days (still there when we left this morning), gym area had wrappers and empty water bottles on the floor. Pool area was not kept up during the day--you use to have a pool person that would walk through day and night ailing the chairs and picking up after folks noticed that wasnt happening. Tubes for the lazy river were laying all over the place. Garbage cans were overflowing throughout the facilities. You also use to have a  Security guard that would make laps through the pool area and hotel day and night and saw none of that. Saw a used maxi pad laying on the stairway going to the pool.-I think removing the second row of lounge chairs by the large pool made it even more difficult to socially distance.$1,800 to stay here for 7 nights during off season is insane on top of not having housekeeping clean our room the entire time! I could see paying $1,000 and would be okay with all the above mentioned issues but not for 1800!! Bunch of riff raff folks staying here.....wish I would have found the deal they found.Id say the only thing going for this hotel right now is the view and there are plenty others to choose from for that.HOPE YOU CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR A FAMILY THAT COMES EACH YEAR.Sent this exact email to them over a week ago....and still havent heard from yhe resort.

We really really have enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival we were checked in quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the first floor and when I requested a different room higher up they were more then happy to comply and were kind and understanding. The room was clean, although not to my standard of clean, but the sheets were fresh, the dishes were clean, windows were wiped, and the floors got shampooed during our stay. The room smelled fresh and offered plenty of space for our family of 3. I could have used some more kitchen utensils since they give you the BARE minimum (no whisk, measuring cups, rubber scrapers, mixing bowls or Pyrex style glass baking pans, no dishwasher, blender, and only 4 plates/bowls). The stove/oven was a full size and worked well, same with the microwave. The beds were comfortable and they provided a clean pacnplay for our daughter (no high chairs). Housekeeping comes everyday to take your trash and restock your towels and we really enjoyed that. Pool towels were hard to come by for some reason so we always grabbed a couple and kept them in the room when we could. There is easy, convent beach access. While not always clean, the variety of pools were great, our daughter loved the 2 kiddie pools and splash park. The lazy river is nice, but did not have much “river” feel as it wasn’t super strong. The pools themselves were often sandy and leaf-y and could have used a good cleaning. That being said we still swam in them every day. We never tried the bar, the restaurant, or the gym. The cafe was nice but closed really early (breakfast hours only). The bowling ally is really fun and offers something different on a rainy day like we had. Parking was really great and convenient. We never had an issue with finding a spot in the garage. Internet was GREAT. We were able to stream our YouTube TV account and Disney Plus while here on the 9th floor. The staff are all nice and helpful. Our vacation was really nice and we would definitely come back here again.NOTE: this is out of the hotels control, but there is a lot of smoking cigarettes and weed on the balconies and the beach. It was hard to enjoy our view some days due to neighboring guest smoking.Covid related: All of the staff wear masks and they have signs posted about social distancing and mask wearing, but it is not strictly enforced. It was refreshing to walk around and not have to worry about it. Most of the other guests were the same way. We were able to truly relax and not stress. It was almost like pre-Covid; restful, fun, enjoyable, and stress/care free.

This has been my favorite place to stay for the last 10 years! Its very clean, the rooms are comfortable and there are plenty of pools. They also have restaurants on site, and a Starbucks!!! On this trip the power went out for a night, but they responded as expected...great customer service and refunded us for the full night!! See ya soon Coral Beach!

Positive: It was just as described...the location was amazing, it was family Friendly...my children had a blast, the staff was amazing, and the food was good!

Book directly, dont use third-party unless youre okay with not having access to anything other than the pools. Which dont get me wrong they have a lot of pools and weve had a wonderful time. My only complaint is, even though we booked through a third party we should be allowed to use the laundry room. its hard to be on a week vacation and not have access to laundry or clean linens. So just an FYI for anybody planning the book through a third party just be prepared not to have laundry access unless you go to a laundromat.

I arrived earlier than check in. The front desk staff were all very professional and great to work with. When you put together a friendly staff and great smiles,that is a great recipe for a great stay. The hotel even allowed me to change my room with ease.Great service.

First year staying here and I loved it !!!Clean room and awesome ocean view room. Lazy river was a little dirty but hot tub was amazing.

I would definitely visit again. Did not give them a 5 because the microwave was broken and tub got backed up. Someone forgot to clean the drain.However, everything else and everyone was kind. Would go back even without kids... lol

We are still actually in the room now. When we first checked in we had the most pleasant girl named Audrey that you could ask for. She was extremely helpful and courteous to our family. However what made us decide to check out today instead of Sunday BC we were going to rent the room for 2 more nights. My wife had to park in the lower level parking garage this was about 10:25-10:40 pm. I went down the wrong hall to meet my wife in the ground area to be met by a girl asking me for money and then telling me that shes looking for somewhere to go. Saying her boyfriend beats her and bites her. She went on to ask us for money saying she was running from hotel to hotel to make sure he couldnt find her. We then looked throughout the hotel noticing theres not even cameras in the hotel and the few they do have is so far away that they probably cant see if they had to roll them back. Our family does stay here about 4-5 times a yr. However if my family doesnt feel safe here. We will no longer be coming to this hotel. Im just curious as to why a random homeless girl is wandering throughout the hotel at night. Then at 3:20 am I was on the balcony of our room facing the ocean and watched a man walking with a girl from the beach onto the property to throw her beer can in the jacuzzi. If your coming along or with children I would HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU FIND A SAFER HOTEL!! THIS IS NOT SAFE AT ALL!! I did go to the front desk this morning to let them know and all the girl could say was that if you feel unsafe then call us and we will send maintenance to come walk u to your room bc we dont have security at night during off season. However the hotel is completely booked except 12 room for this whole weekend. DO NPT STAY HERE FOR SAFETY REASONS!!

We have stayed here many times as a couple and with our children and, now, our grandchildren. This place never disappoints. The staff is welcoming and kind. It is always clean and well maintained.

I love Ruth in the Sea Level Restaurant. She is so sweet. I love these 2 ladies I think they are from Jamaica. They work in the Sea Level Restaurant and out at the bar outside. I cant remember their names but they are awesome! I really enjoy this hotel. Some times I get rooms that are not the cleanest but hopefully they can improve. I wish they had some rewards program because I have stayed here about 6 times in the past year. Thanks for the nice employees and I will return.

My family and I spent 3 nights during the memorial weekend holiday at coral beach resort. the hotel was really nice. It has 10 different pools and a couple restaurants. The resort itself was designed with family in mind. There is beach access and easy parking. It is located walking distance from the boardwalk. However, while there my toilet got clogged up and I called front desk, but when I return the issue was never fixed. I had to call down to get towels each day because no one ever cleaned my room. I took my kids to the bowling alley which was awesome they had one of those in the resort. However, it took 30 minutes to get a lane even after making a reservation because the guy assigning lanes had to go in the back and fix a lane that was not functioning properly. I ordered food and it took until the entire game was over to get the food. I literally waited 10 minutes after my bowling was over before I got what I ordered. So I am saying that my customer service really was horrible at bowling alley. The front staff workers were really great and customer friendly. While there a murder took place only one block from my resort. During the day it was a great experience, but at night time the streets turned from family friendly to being dangerous. I did not bring my children or wife to the boardwalk due to the level of behaviors coming from all the people walking on the side walks. Although the resort was awesome I most likely will not be back to myrtle beach for vacation due to the lack of control this place has on the gun violence. I got a discount card upon check out for my next visit.....fat chance of doing that since I need a safe place for my family to vacation. To give you a perspective there has been 3 shootings in 8 days. Myrtle beach is going to lose its tourist like they lost me.

We did not stay here, but went to visit a friend there. It seems like a clean and fun place to stay. My only complaint is that I lost my phone near the parking deck. When I called in the morning, a gentlemen answered and said he had the phone. I had previously texted the phone and offered a reward if found. I was disappointed when I arrived because he worked for the resort and still expected the reward. I did pay it and got my phone back. The phone should have been turned in, not held hostage by an employee.

If you like fireworks being set off until 12:30am at night, then this is the place for you. We stayed 3 nights and every night there were fireworks being set off on the beach which can not be controlled by the hotel since it is not their property. Great if dont have little ones. The place is a little outdated, but clean. The front desk staff was organized, and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were nice and clean, though the inside pool was horribly over clorinated. Some rowdy clientele with no respect for fellow hotel patrons and hotel security. Firecrackers being set off on the patio even as security was walking away. We will not return.

Positive: My children and I LOVED our room the space, design layout amenities and the balcony view the best!! The pools and bowling were the kids favorite. I loved walking directly from our pool down to the beach. Negative: There was a slight musty smell because of the carpet throughout. The kitchen cabinets smelled mildewed, but it was ok when I wiped them down.

Great place to take the family, especially with kids. Awesome water park for the kids. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Actually stayed an extra night because we liked the place so much. Will return for sure.

I took a trip down here during the off season with my brother and his girlfriend, the hotel was nice enough overall, i felt the overall service was a bit lacking due to a lack of staff. the whole section of myrtle beach was almost like a ghost town. while not dealing with the hassle and bustle of all the kids on spring break etc. i felt that they let their quality of service slip a bit. it was more apparent in the small things. like not enough blankets in the room for the time of year, their was only 1 person at the front desk during check in.I would be interested in checking this place out in the summer. when it is fully staffed. overall I felt the amenities where nice, the room was ok, the view as sweet.

My family has stayed here for years and we have never had a bad experience in any way with this wonderful resort. The smoke free atmosphere is great. The lobby, pool areas,and the resort as a whole is very clean. Accommodating staff members and very friendly encounters. Ms. Mickey at the bar has become a friend of our family. She has served us for years. She is a hard worker who cares for her clients. Good employees like her are hard to find! We will continue to stay here and enjoy this wonderful place!

I drove nearly 600 miles round trip, had my room reserved but couldnt stay for my vacation because I didnt have the right debit card. The card I had was the same one I used to reserve the room. No one told me this before I came... Their lucky I didnt make a huge scene about it. Instead I had to cancel my vacation and drive back home the same day. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

Was told they one adult can book 2 rooms where one room had adults under 21. When we arrived, the clerk at the counter said two adults had to be present for both rooms. Had to find another plate to stay last minute
