Great place for a walk or a picnic. My son loves a playground down here. Minus one star bc some days it could be overcrowded.

A very lively park! My first time there and so much was going, what you would expect in a typical park setting during the summer.

A nice place to go for a walk or shoot some hoops. Its got a cool playground if youve got kids that want to play on a playground. It has 2 full basketball courts and a number of picnic areas that can be reserved. Lots of trees providing shade but plenty of grassy open areas to play catch or have a picnic. Ive never used the bathrooms but from the looks of it there are bathrooms attached to the central picnic structure (although I have no idea what its like inside of them, they are park bathrooms, afterall, so who knows)

Nice little park. The little kids slide was perfect for my toddler son to go up and down by himself.

A nice little tucked away space to hang out in. Right off the bike path. Its small, but its a nice patch of grass to lay out in. There is a baseball field and a concession stand open when theres a game.

Actually I was at Brown Deer Park off of Bradley road Im not sure it was called this Kern Park. Was at Brown Deer Park for a function and is was very nice. The grounds were nice and clean, nice green lawn, well maintained.

Quiet and Shady (but in a good way) People are *always* grilling in this park all summer

An unbelievable asset for the city of Milwaukee. If you are visiting the city, definitely a place to check out / go for a run through. Nice playground for kids. Plenty of walking and running trails. Well maintained across the board.

I was ok but the bathrooms was not open

Great for a short walking distance and in warmer weather good playground for the children.

Was near Fiserv Forum really looking good. I grew up down that way i remember rail road tracks and trains.

This park is very nice, well taken care of. There is a bathroom, basketball court, a baseball diamond, tennis courts, a covered picnic table area and lots more tables around. Beautiful sightseeing the Milwaukee river is right there so you can go fishing with your friends and family if u like. I enjoy spending time here I think anyone would. I will be coming back multiple times this summer and fall.

This park is the bee knees! Theres plenty of room to play, picnic, or go into the woods and walk alongside the river.

Awesome playground, especially the buckyball climbing gym. Great lawns with beautiful huge specimen trees. Nice river path. Stop and have a walkabout or a picnic.

Really a nice park.

Kern Park has a lot to offer: Lots of space, massive trees, many picnic tables, access to trails by Milwaukee River, a small baseball diamond, a tennis court, two basketball hoops, and a walking/running loop within.The County Parks Dept has been responsive when Ive requested TLC for tennis court and I think the bathrooms were just rebuilt (I havent checked them out yet, but its be great to have the Port-o-lets fine!)

I love this park they have a basketball court tennis courts and a baseball diamond. There is a covered picknic table area bathrooms and multiple picknic tables around the park. I love it here and will be back multiple times

There is a lot of trash that people leave after parties. Other than that I like being able to bring my dog for a walk there. Also, a lot of people are swearing and not carrying themselves well. Please be respectful for people around you

Lovely little park. african americans actaully use the facilities. our other residents of riverwest seem to only use it as a walkabout after their evening wine. different strokes for different folks i guess.
