Mr. Lopes was an extremely rude individual. Asked for a masked because I forgot my masked and he got defensive. All I needed was a mask! System apparently went down for some reason... but everything worked fined. The guy has to work on customer service. I know your customs, but being nice would not hurt.

Easy to go through interview process

Due to the govt shut down a few months ago, Global Entry offices have been very backed up with interviews. Ive been needing to schedule an interview for my baby for her Global Entry pass, but every time I checked the website it would say no interviews available (ever???). Well I decided to stop by the office because I needed to update my own Global Entry pass with my married name, and the staff was so efficient and friendly. Brought baby with me and they were kind enough to squeeze her in for a walk-in interview for her GE pass. Im so grateful and relieved they could accommodate us!
