Not a bad place to visit if youre in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Considering the facts that we have to maintain social distance, everything else out here is pretty chill and relax. Good for fishing and sight seeing or just snap a few photos.

Easy to park, beautiful and peaceful view!

Our first time experience in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was nothing short of amazing with the beautiful harbor, parks, boat rides, historical lighthouses and the night time view of the colorful lights. Though we didnt get to see everything we most certainly will return to see and photograph more. Though their was grafitti on the lighthouse, we overlooked it and were taken by the beauty from the pier with a beautiful sky after a period of storm.

It was slightly confusing to find since I wasnt at all familiar with the area but directions through google maps took me there eventually. There are large trees nearby that provide great shade if you wanna have a pic if or spend some time there. Good place to take a bike ride or a run to as well. Parking was easy and plentiful. Great place to relax.

Museum is nice. Very nice place to go for a walk. Lots of greenery n less crowded.

It would be even better if the graffiti wasnt there. It is still a nice place to visit.

This is a hidden gem in Milwaukee Downtown. I lived in Milwaukee for years, but just only discovered this. Perfect place to talk a nice walk and indulge in some beautiful photography.

A favorite place for fishing. The lighthouse is a photo-magnet. It is on the edge of the Summerfest grounds and Lakeshore State Park.

This is a nice place to be away from the city for a while and just enjoy the lake. There are few cars, few people and you can just enjoy the peaceful sight. The lighthouse looks a bit dirty and abandoned, but otherwise its a good place to sit and be alone with your thoughts.

We went during the evening. Summerfest was going on, so that was a bonus. It was a little too windy for me, but it made for awesome videos. Lighthouse was cute and the Milwaukee skyline lit up was amazing. Nice, lit up pathway made it comfortable to walk at night.

Graffiti needs cleaning and the artist needs to sharpen their skills

Way worth the trip. Great bike trails. And a local park with a beach. Plus, this is a working canal, so you might even be able to spot a beautiful ship passing through.

It was so foggy and windy... Breath taking!

What a great find. I am glad I took a few minutes off a busy road to find this treasure while I was in Milwaukee. It was a little tricky to find but GPS got me there. It took about 10 minutes and it was totally worth it. Parking was easy. It was a short easy walk and I now have some amazing incredible pictures from my trip. Totally worth the detour!!

MKE is a beautiful city.

Such a beautiful place. Standing on the pier while watching the waves come crashing in is calming. Its a great spot to people watch and come with loved ones.

Wake quite Place, perfect for scenic view watching people on boat which is self-driven, lots of birds clean water with available parking free of cost. The lighthouse is bright shiny red

No nonsense firehouse-red vintage lighthouse.

Its a pretty little light house,you can walk around.listen to waves and relax. A good break through after a hectic week that too reachable from most Chicago suburbs.not to mention the peaceful drive you can do around this place.

Great views of the city easy access but the empty beer cans strewn about and other random garbage are jaring reminders of urban proximity.

Nice area for a lighthouse but it’s a shame the amount of graffiti you can see around and on it. Covering it up throws the color of the lighthouse off and the black graffiti on the front base makes for bad pictures.
