I love the Hindu Temple of Kentucky for yoga, festivals and great Indian food. It’s a wonderful community of beautiful people. I’m grateful I discovered this temple many years ago and they welcomed me into their yoga and laughter yoga community.

Good temple to meet our community - providing free food is best and good maintenance, peaceful temple to visit. It’s always good to visit Temple like this to gather spiritual experience. I am always happy to go for calmness and meet our community people in the location. We will definitely come back here. Lovable local temple. Good place to visit. The temple is big and well maintained. Due to covid we had a brief darshan and back. The entrance to the temple is a little hidden, we had to look for it in the dark after google maps told us we have arrived. There is only an archway at the entrance to guide you. The temple is set behind the driveway and not visible from the road

Love going to Hindu temple of KY. Always a peaceful place. Priests are very good. Bhagwan Mahavir idol is so peaceful and calming. Krishna idol is mesmerizing as well. Do visit this place if in town.

On Namo Shivay. Very beautiful place. All hindu lords are in one place. Once you go inside of it you will find the peacefulness and scilence vibrations. The both guruji inside temple are very very cooperative and good nature. They help to pass our wish to lord. Free parking.

I liked it. It has grand entrance and very spacious. I wish to see the temple when Corona goes down and crowded.

Nice well built and spacious temple. Location is away from downtown but it’s not very isolated. There are several shops, homes and apartments in the neighborhood.It was quiet inside the temple when we visited on Saturday late noon. There is no canteen. However there was an educational event going on with free food in one of the conference rooms. They let us have the food, many thanks for that!

Highly recommend for Hindus from all parts of the country.. Both priests are very spiritual and good support from the community to keep this place clean and authentic to support your prayers.

Temple constructed keeping in mind both north and south Indians. A Jain diety is also available for jain believers. Two knowledgeable priests from north and south India too. Altogether a nice experience for all Indians.

A holy place which gives peace and energy to the mind. Simultaneously you get the vigour for your body. I visit once in a week to charge my mind and body. Nice priests and Admn team.

Very good place and you can find more dedicated devotees as well as the priests. If you start coming here you will get addicted. You can find Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha, Lord Venkatesha/Vishnu, Radha-Krishna, Sita-Rama-Lakshmana-Hanuma, Hanuman, Saraswati Devi, Mahavir, Ambaji, Durga Devi, Parvathi Devi, Murugan, Valli-Devasena-Murugan, Lakshmi Devi, Bhoo Devi, Tulasi and the Navagrahas. So far there are only 2 temples in Kentucky. This one and one in Lexington. This one has got more space but the area is little remote. Since temple ia big, there is huge space for people to sit and pray or perform any ritual. Finally its a temple and all the temple are always worth visiting.

Staff are inviting and welcoming. The temple is big and many statues of deities.

This place has made me bow down in reverence particularly lord venkateshwara and the priest is such a humble person who made us chant mantras alongwith him while performing pooja on my son in laws birthday

Considering that Louisville is -(1) somewhere midway between Nashville and Indianapolis on I-65(2) comparable to those two cities in area and population,- I feel that this temple lacks the ambience that the temples in those two places, have.First, the temple lacks a certain presence in the neighborhood. There is no prominent Gopuram, and if one is trying to locate the temple without a GPS, one is wondering where the temple is, even when one is already in that neighborhood.Second, the ambience is more that of a warehouse rather than a temple. The AC ducting, and all the other piping is bare for all to see. There are huge ceiling fans that move slowly to assist with the air-flow.That said, there are a number of positives for the temple. Each deity is given its own shrine. The arrangement is such that there is no main deity (to me this is a good thing) -- all deities are equal. There are both north and south Indian deities.

Very peaceful and religious place. Almost all the festivals, religious activities are performed here. There are two priests (one north Indian and one telegu). One can consult them for any good dates for performing gruha pravesam, annaprashan etc. They are able to perform any pooja on demand. One may connect with them to get their services.
