The Hollywood name itself gives a kick and it has many stories to offer.. If you are ready to hear the ups & downs, love failures, suicide, murders in the emergence of Hollywood you will have enough audio food… with this backdrop, it is still standing as tall as it could to demonstrate the world that Hollywood is here to offer many more wonders for the visual feet and those tourist lovers… well built.. Tastefully designed… professionally groomed guides.. Parking areas, apart safest place to fly anywhere in this the city, thanks to the system of governance.. The iconic visual of Hollywood is a reverberating memory as far as I am concerned, I could download Michael Jacksons shadow in Hollywood footsteps..

This is a fantastic overlook that provides 360 degree views of downtown Los Angeles, the Hollywood hills, and the Hollywood sign. There are also a number of pay-to-use telescopes. There are about 10 parking spaces, including handicapped spots, though you may need to wait a few minutes during the midday to park a car. There are views of downtown Los Angeles just off the parking lot, especially good for those who cant use stairs. For those who can climb a short flight of stairs, there is a summit with surrounding views of the hills and the Hollywood sign. Its also about a five minute drive from Runyon Canyon Park, a great place for hiking in the Hollywood hills.

Great stop while driving up Mulholland Drive. Haha epic views of the Holywood Sign & LA. Small parking lot with lots of your busses stopping. Usually people dont stop more than 10 minutes though.

Its a decent view site over the city. The local displays are old and weathered and the view of the Hollywood sign was oblique but its worth a drive and good to stop in. I would suggest stopping at quite a few of the other viewpoints along Mulholland drive.

Very little parking! Lots of tour buses and tourists. View is nice but can get similar views, if not better views from other places, suck as Griffith observatory, Hollywood sign hike, Runyon Canyon, and Elysian Park.

A fantastic view. You can see all of downtown LA and there are little telescopes you can pay to use if you want a closer view. A great place for photos, though pictures dont really do the view justice. Parking is a bit scarce but its worth the wait trying to find a spot. I highly recommend

Breathtaking panoramic view of most of Los Angeles. Decent view of the Hollywood sign in the opposite mountain. Has good historical signage expounding the history of Hollywoodland and the surrounding landmarks. However, pedestrian access is poor with barely any sidewalks and directions. Definitely drive or take a tour up to this view point. Parking is also relatively limited. The houses up to the viewpoint are very lavish.

The best thing about this place is that it’s rarely very busy, it’s 1 of the quieter ‘hot spots’ in LA. I honestly love it here I could stand here all night. If you can get up there for sunset and watch it get dark you’re in for a treat. I really love a city scape and this is well up there with the best. Absolutely breathtaking views of city from up here, on par with the Griffith observatory in my opinion

Parking is a nightmare due to the tour bus parking. Also because its a huge tourist spot there is a TON of people coming through. But stop if youre thinking about it, the view is fantastic and it might be worth the headache you get from looking for parking. If not, I posted a picture of the view.

The Bowl Overlook is another of LAs great viewpoints.Aside from its great top-down view of the Hollywood Bowl, this place affords great vistas of the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and the LA Skyline.Pro-Tips: Things can get a little crowded here, so you might want to go over the wall and wander slightly downhill from the actual view point itself. Theres also limited parking, and the entrance/ & exit are abysmal. Ive found it easier to park off the road about a hundred yards up from the actual parking lot, and then stroll down to the site.

Good views to see h Hollywood sign and skyline of LA. Additional climb of very small number of steps is required to reach top of the hill which provides much better view but this place gets crowded.Parking is very limited and can hardly accommodate 10-12 cars which are often occupied by tour buses. There are a few roadside parking options available but most of the road is no-stopping zone.Additional space can be found roadside after driving 1/4 mile on Mulholland drive.

Nice view of L.A. and the 101 Highway. Try to reach be there in the morning, noon or evening before sunset and you will be able to take a pic with the tiny lil Hollywood sign in the background, when you climb to the overlook location thought the small passage on the left. It is a popular tourism spot so expect some vans occupying the area thee, and the parking lots is very limited, about 6 car only or so. Also, be aware of the No Left Turn sign if you will be coming from the Hollywood Fwy side.

Parking lot is super tiny and can only fit about 8 cars and theres absolutely no parking on the road. Theres a little walk up to a viewing area and thats about it. Youll probably spend less than 10 minutes here, snap a photo and leave.
