Best winery I have been to across the country. So much in fact, that we went back once (sometimes twice...dont judge) a week for almost 5 years! From work meetings to girls day out, sometimes even a weekend date night. There is seriously something for everyone! Relaxing and sipping to playing bags in the vineyard! They have the best employees and the owners are simply amazing people! Be sure to join the wine club!

Nice small winery with beautiful grounds, welcoming and helpful staff, a lovely deck, fire pits, tasty wines and cider and yummy food. Thesun was shining and the afternoon was enjoyable. I would definitely return if I pass through this area again.

Seth is great. Everything we tasted was great. Gave us a tour and that was amazing. We will be back when the weather is warmer.

Excellent place! They have very good wine the staff was very friendly went there on my birthday and got a tasting for free also the owner was really nice even gave us a tour. My wife and I were very impressed and got to lean a few tging on the history of the Vinyard and how wine is made. I believe that tgis one is on my top list of Vinyards in nebraska, very impressed!

Nice little winery will award winning wines. Great atmosphere. The food brought to others tables looked amazing and they said it was delicious and paired perfectly with the wine, worth a look see and stop!

Way to many bugs, bands pretty far away from the building. Building charge should be free because you can’t hear the band. Should offer food because the food trucks to slow

Wonderful place to spend an afternoon tasting wine and beer. Large, beautiful grounds and a cool, air conditioned tasting room inside if its too hot to enjoy the outside.

Love Macs Creek! Stopped to pick up some wine on our way to see our daughters, son in law and granddaughter!! Its nice coming up here after 5 months of staying at home!!

I was in Lexington for work and decided to check out this place later in the evening. I was really impressed with the service I receive and quality of wine. The prices are very good too. The owner, Seth, came to our table to introduce himself and get to know us, that was a very nice gesture. I later learned that he is an engineer and makes all the wine and brews beer using the latest technology from Italy. Their employee Lori was just amazing, she was so welcoming and showed us around. We kept districting her because she was so nice to talk to. I bought 3 bottles of wine and I will definitely come back here again.

Today, we visited our second Harvest Host! Another winner, Mac’s Creek Winery & Brewery in Lexington, Nebraska. We got parked between the vineyard rows in a beautiful spot! We went for a wine tasting and enjoyed several of their wines so had to purchase a few. We didn’t try the brews but many liked them and bought several growlers. They invited us to their Friday night concert. The band, Lerbakken & Fredieu, was good, the BBQ food truck had great BBQ and was told other foods were great also. The winery staff, Tina, Lucy and Nancy was so inviting and friendly!

I was fortunate enough to visit Macs Creek during harvest. The owner let me taste the juice that was being pressed right at that moment! Decent reds. Several really good sweet whites and a fabulous port are offered. It is also possible to hold events here. Lovely, peaceful location. Wines are also reasonably priced: Mostly $15-25 at the time of this writing. Well worth the visit.

I have visited the Lexington location several times. My favorite lunch item is the Fancy Pig. Today I had a craving for my favorite sandwich. I showed up around 1:30 with my Mom and my son. My son is 6 and I knew he would not enjoy the menu so I picked up McDonalds for him. The lady who was working informed me that we could not bring any outside food in. No big deal. I told the lady we would sit in the other room. I sat my son outside to finish his meal. We proceeded to sit down. We waited and heard the door chime. We waited some more. My son comes in and asks for the car keys so he could put his trash in the truck. 1:45 rolls around and she never came. They only serve lunch till 2. So I stood up and looked around the corner and there she was helping new customers that came in after us. I guess I should have dressed for the occasion. Instead of my Jean shorts and a t-shirt. Or maybe she knew we were there for lunch and not buying a bottle of wine. Either way we left before finding out.

One of my favorite places to visit when we go out west. The wines like most Nebraska wines run on the sweet side but are all good. The staff is always friendly and answers my questions

A great place in Lexington to unwind! I love the lunch and while you dont have to a tasting or enjoy the wine if its a business lunch, if you can indulge in a glass of wine, Macs has great wine and is a jewel tucked away in a place you probably wouldnt expect. Its also fun to enjoy one of the fire pits and hang out with friends on a Friday night or some of the other special events they offer.

Very friendly.... I am not a sweet wine drinker, but walked away with a great semi sweet wine. Oh the Ponce Port is amazing buy some we did.

This place is great. Perfect for evenings, scheduled parties and even a wonderful lunch menu, with or without wine. But who would do without? They often have special events for something todo and plan ahead for.
