Made reservations a couple weeks prior. Two days in advance called to confirm, no answer. One day in advance no answer. Website says open 9-4. Day of called, no answer. Drove by just to check. No sign on door, open 9-4 hours posted. Doors locked. So much for the great experience/great customer service.

What a great experience my Bestfriend, cousin and I had at top gun, not realizing what exactly we were getting ourselves into but with our host Stacey and her fun down to earth personality, she mad it a memory to remember FOREVER.

Very fun and unique experience! $200 for 90 minutes of fun is a little high but if you want to have some gun fun this is well worth it! Staff was very nice and helpful, timely pick up from the hotel. If you like a portion of the experience you can purchase more mags or time at a reasonable cost. If you want the full Vegas gun experience this is the place!

Top Shot Las Vegas was one of the few experiences in Las Vegas that met or exceeded expectations. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and it was worth every cent I spent. The gun battle was fun and useful. As a concealed carry permit holder, it provided the best experience Ive had for real world CQB training. Not only would I come back again, I will gladly recommend it to any of my friends visiting Las Vegas. If you love firearms and shooting sports, then you need to put this on your to-do list in Vegas. This was one of the two things that I visited twice. #LEGIT

Overall a great place and fun experience, especially for people new to that type of activity. I unfortunately bought a package at its sister store beside it before going entering Top Shot, and saw that I would have had the exact same package for an overall lower price if I had went to Top Shot first (didnt know of this until I was there after). Felt a little disappointed that I could have had significant savings if I went to the stores in reverse order. So warning to others, if you plan to go to both stores, purchase the package from Top Shot first and you can save a significant amount from your package purchase at the neighbor store.

All I can say is WOW, just wow. Just finished the gun battle and it’s an experience of a lifetime. Definitely the icing on the cake of Vegas visit. The gun battle transmits shocks and makes you feel like one BAMF. Huge fist bumps to Alondra. She was super knowledgeable and made experience super memorable. This is a Vegas must do!!

Fantastic experience this afternoon while looking for a real “shooting” arcade experience. What we got was everything and more, played all kinds of virtual shooting games for over an hour until our fingers were sore from pulling the trigger! 10/10 would recommend stopping by, staff is super friendly and very engaging!

Lots of fun. I wish I had something like this in my home town to enjoy with friends. It would have been better if they had prearranged scenarios to promote use of tactics or critical decision making in unknown situations. Also, the loud music during each session totally takes away your ability to use your sense of hearing to locate threats. I would go back and recommend to friends.

Freaking sick place and the training was really fun too! I would recommend this place to anyone! The training with the virtual target practice was very accurate and fun competing with my friends! Then when we went into the training arena where we actual shot blank rounds at each other was really fun. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall great experience! From the greeting at the front desk. The simulator is great way to start which is pretty cool. Myself and my lady went while visiting Vegas. The experience was so great I brought more ammo mid Round. My lady took the L like a champ, don’t pull up on the blue line baby! I sat in the parking lot and contemplated doing it all over again lol. But my lady said hell no after a 14-2 loss. I should have left a marking business card. I’d love to help you guys grow, There definitely needs to be one of these on the east coast. Superbly friendly staff made for an awesome bachelor party highlight.I had to give four stars because the experience was just too quick for the money. I think they could make the value per dollar go up by allowing more time on the simulation part of the experience as this has low overhead for the company but is still a ton of fun! I will return here if I ever return to Vegas.

This place is amazing! As a group of friends or a single shooter you get the total package. I came with two friends. We did a speed target shoot, a simulation zombie killing, and then a battle arena against each other. You can even bundle your package and shoot fully automatic firearms next door. The staff is so friendly and informative, they will help you choose the right package for your trip. They give you a relaxed, fun experience. You bring the adrenaline.

Amazing. Made a trip out of state for simulation rounds at another place. After receiving confirmation and payment, we arrived to a closed facility for renovations. Top Shot got us a slot at the last minute and more than made up for trip. Highly recommend.

Came here to celebrate my brothers birthday!! Not too far from the strip. We had such an amazing time!! They have different packages available. First time here and I highly recommend!! I loved the gun battle. That was the best!! They have a zombie apocalypse shooting simulation. Fergus was super nice and friendly. He really made our experience enjoyable.

Friendly staff, and great entertainment for all ages. My daughter is only 7 and she loved being able to watch us live on the screens laughing at us, as well she was able to play the shooting games. We all battled from ages 14-65. Good fun for everyone, don’t miss this spot when you come to Vegas. We will definitely be back.

Booked website for 5pm and got there they were closing. The manager told me my refund would be 10-15 days but they took my money to book right away. Was really looking forward to this and they suck.

Fun with guns! We are repeat customers of Top Shot. Our first visit we sampled all the various rooms/target games and really enjoyed it. Its a nice mix of virtual and real and I feel like my aim improved from the games, which was an unexpected perk. But we had the most fun doing the gun battle, so our second trip was devoted to an extended gun battle with extra magazines. While not nearly as practical (at least not the way I do it), it is a completely unique and exhilarating experience. I would go again on our next Vegas trip.

Came for my bachelor party and it was an awesome experience. The practice session was like being in a real game, and the concept of the live match was pretty cool. We even got a video! Great crew!!!

It was a short but fun experience. Went for my bachelor party and did the Groupon promo for the Run & Gun. The shock is quite a feeling you will just have to find out. It was fun being with the guys and sharing it. Next time, I would definitely put more money down for more time and experience because it is surely worth every penny. You also get video of your combat maze.

Staff was incredibly friendly, and the experience was a ton of fun. We brought an 18 year old who was very excited to shoot his first real firearm. He had a blast, but didn’t like the noise and smell. Had we been at just a range he would have had a terrible time, but instead he had a blast!

Fergus and Serena were absolutely amazing. The service was awesome. Top Shot doesnt discriminate whether youre a newbie or comfortable with firearms. They emphasize safety and are willing to explain everything about the firearm. They go over the use of the weapon with a training weapon on a virtual range and then take you into the battlefield session which is something that Ive never experienced. It is awesome!My friend and I did the gun battle experience package and it was very affordable compared to other offerings of this type around the strip. If you want to do something very unique, choose top shot. If you want to just brag to your friends that you shot a machine gun and you still dont know how to handle a firearm, go somewhere else and pay more money.

After reading good reviews, I was excited about trying this out. I was pretty disappointed. My boyfriend and I enjoy shooting ranges so we thought this would be fun. I was hesitant about the price but we figured we would try. We spent 250 dollars for both of us to do the ultimate experience. It says it lasts approximately an hour. We were done in 30 minutes. The person we had guiding us was very unenthusiastic. I could tell she didn’t enjoy her job. Also, when we did the gun battle, my boyfriends belt was malfunctioning. It shocked him over 30 times when we weren’t even in the maze yet. Despite telling her several times, she didn’t change it out for him or offer to let us do it again. We were very disappointed in our experience and what we got for the money.

This was probably one of the coolest parts of my bachelor party. The team at Top Shots was amazing and accommodating. I recommend this for anyone going to Vegas looking for some fun outside the normal club and drinking. I will be returning to do this again.

This place is amazing. As an experienced shooter I was highly satisfied. I took a family member who was introduced to firearms for the first time and even he had a great time. The staff is great! They deserve your $$$$! Its just a ton of fun and worth the money!

My husband and I wanted to do a handgun safety class but had a small window to do this on our holiday, we were just visiting for a couple of days from Belize. We walked in and Billy Karl offered us a private class for the two of us for handgun training. He was AWESOME, very thorough, safety conscious, patient, and helpful. We learned a lot and had a great time. Wish we had more time to go back for more training. We highly recommend Top Shot, and even private classes with Billy. Thanks!!!

It’s a must do when in Vegas!!!! My husband and I were in Vegas for a week and decided to try this place out! It was such a great time! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! You don’t need to know anything about guns, they teach you everything you need to know and answer any and all questions you may have! We got to shoot zombies for practice and for the finale we did the gun battle against each other! You get to use real guns that have been modified and they give you a vest that shocks you every time you get shot at(you can choose a shock level between 1-5)! Needless to say, I found out how my husband really feels about me! He shot me 13 times and I only got him 3!!! We had so much fun though!!! A lot of laughing so be ready!! You can also purchase a video of your gun battle! Let me tell you, it’s definitely worth it, you will laugh every time you watch it!!! The USB is in the shape of a bullet, such an awesome keepsake! It was such a great experience and we will definitely come back and do it again when we are in Vegas!

I went this passed Sunday by myself. The staff was fantastic! They help me totally understand the process, had great conversation with a staff member about Top Shot Las Vegas and where they want to go as the business. One of the staff members actually went through the survival course with me so Id have some one to shot at and I almost won! Its really gets your heart rate up. Like I told the staff member (Im sorry for not remembering her name) I dont know how she doesnt shot during her lunchs and breaks cause its so much fun. My recommendation is that you Get this in yo life and bring all your friends cause mine were still hungover.

Second time visiting in a week! My family was in visiting for thanksgiving and after watching video of our first trip on the flash drive, they had to go before they went back home. The staff was amazing again and made the whole expeirence really fun.

This place was awesome! If you’re a first person shooter fan this is the actual reality you’re shooting for. I went and shot zombies with an AR-15 with my buddy, then I went one-on-one against him with a Glock.

Ive been here a few times, but last week was my first Top Shot Gun Battle! I brought a group of friends over and we warmed up with some competitive practice games. After that we got to put the vests on and use a real weapon to take out some zombies on the big screen. But the Gun Battle after that was the best part! We divided into teams and were outfitted with new vests—the kind that shock you when youre hit in the battle. I put mine to level 3 (of 5) and I definitely felt it! Thankfully, I won and was only shot once. Its survival of the fittest in there. Bring your A Game!

My wife and I did the zombie apocalypse package. So Fun!!! We had a blast thanks to Heidi! She was so patient and nice to us. She answered all our questions and explained the process very clearly. We will be back!!!

Top Shot is top notch. I brought a group of guys for my bachelor party. We all had fun competing in the arcade simulation and even more fun in the shoot house session. The staff was fantastic. As someone said in a review I read prior to our trip, they kept it fun but maintained professionalism the entire time.

I picked up the Zombie package on groupon so I could scope this out as a potential activity for my kids the next time we go to Vegas. I started off with the training games, where you use a real (but modified) Glock and shoot at a video screen. At first, I wasnt that into it, but it turns out that this is very good practice for later on, since you get a better feel for the gun. Then I moved on to the Zombie apocalypse game. Here, you get a Glock and an AR15. You start off with the AR, and once youre out of bullets, you move to the Glock. You can purchase more magazines, but I went with a single mag for each weapon since I was just checking things out. Its pretty cool to play a video game like that, but have a weapon that now fires (no projectiles) and recoils like the real thing. It even gets pretty tiring. I had no idea how heavy it would become when using a real AR in a game! Finally, I paid a little more to be able to do the Gun Battle as my final event. I went one-on-one against Heidi, who was a very nice gal that works at Top Shot. She set me up with the electric shock belt, which is what you wear in battle. I had it set to level 3 of 5, and let me tell you, you really dont want to get shot, because the shock is extremely uncomfortable! Anyhow, we eat battled it out with a single mag each, and she hit me a few times. Ouch!This place definitely seems like a fun stop for the kids, and Im looking forward to going back the next time Im in Vegas.

Awesome! COD / Laser Tag / Shooting Range all rolled into one w/ Real Guns, Real bullets, Non Lethal, Can Shoot friends and has sensor vests to shock you (and it actually hurts). We had a 9mm, and AR15. The shells eject just like a real gun, instead of shooting a bullet it shoots a laser. This works when competing against people or playing the massive zombie game. Cant wait to go again!

This was the highlight to our family trip!!!! Staff was extremely nice!!!! So much fun! Don’t think twice about not going there worth the time and money, you won’t regret it!

Staff was friendly but there were tons of malfunctions and the software was old. Cost twice as much per person as the experience was worth.

If you’re hungover in the morning from the club, forget Gatorade, Advil, or the spa and come to Top Shot. Hands down, the best hangover cure money can buy. A+ service and a ton of fun, too!

It was some mild fun. Definitely not worth ~$130 per person. Not even close.The training and simulation parts are lame. Stand in front of a projector screen and shoot the bad guys (flat cut outs). Basically a crappy version of Time Crisis style game from the 90s.The second simulation part was slightly better. You go into a room with a bigger screen and the guns you use are ‘real’ in that they weigh more and the shells fly out when you shoot. The actual game is terrible. Once again similar to time crisis (a shooter on rails), but the graphics and the animations in particular are incredibly poor. Some zombies jauntily bounce around like they’re jogging for their health.The final part, the laser tag with electric shocks was fun but also not worth it. They just put you in a little maze like room and say shoot each other. Limited ammo. No objective or teams or anything. No game penalty for being shot. The electric shocks are reasonably painful, which is a good thing as it adds a bit of excitement. I had red marks on my belly for a day or 2 afterwards. They give you additional clips ‘just in case’ that cost $15 extra (I think). But that turns into a situation where everyone uses up their clips and then one person buys more and the other people just have to stand there and get shocked if they don’t want to buy more.If you’re absolutely keen on going. Just do the laser tag part. They rest of it is rubbish up sell filler.By the way, the reason I’ve left this review is because they kept pestering me via email to do so. There you go.

The facility is state of the art and is a lot of fun, as well as very useful for training scenarios. Great family friendly environment as well, I had a great time with my 11 year old son on our visit!

I was totally terrified of guns until I stepped foot in this facility! It was by far the best experience! I can’t wait to return to Las Vegas next month to go again! The gun battle was so funny and hilarious!

Me and a friend of mine did the Gun Battle package and enjoyed it a lot. We were hesitant to buy extra magazines in the beginning because we were not sure how it would go, but they were very nice about letting us buy another set of them after the first round against each other; Nice staff overall. Buy at least two magazines Id say, if you want to see how it feels getting shot at while trying to reload.

Very special place that only Las Vegas offers. There was a gun battle similar to paint ball but with real guns. The guns shot the shells out but the bullet doesn’t come out instead for experience participants wear a shock belt that shocks when you are shot. Nothing like ive ever experienced. I’m pissed I found out so late.

Had a blast here! Im not an experienced shooter and the staff showed me how to do everything with still giving me a fun experience. Definitely recommend it and to do the high voltage package. I really enjoyed shooting my sister in the gun battle

Fun! The experience is about allowing you to shoot in tactical situations. The staff is friendly and wants you to have a good time. The guns I used were the Glock 17 and AR15. I used to be a firearms instructor so Im a little biased on my review. The simulations are like video games that give a real feedback. The person on person attack was like Lazertag on steroids being that you get zapped in your belly. It was fun! I would have liked it too be a little less money, so one one star off. I had fun, unique experience!

This is not your typical range, it is SO MUCH BETTER!The perfect place whether you are a first time shooter or want to find out how many zombies you can take out before inevitabley being eaten.We started with handgun time trials, which is especially fun if you are competitive. Have any unresolved arguments with friends about whos the best shot, this will solve it.We then went into a simulated zombie land, where we shot them on a full screen literally the size of a wall with real ars and handguns. Its like putting yourself in the game, not just watching it on a screen.If that isnt enough we ran a full combat style battle in a maze room, with a light shocker, on your stomach to let you know you suck at not being shot. Who wouldnt want to do that. I know I had a blast.It was enough fun that I can say I plan to go literally every time Im back in Vegas, which I cant lightly or about many places.

While in Las Vegas I took the CCW class,on a Friday. The class was jam packed withgreat information and hands on instruction.The instructor Billy K. was incrediblyknowledgeable and patient with myfather in law and me. I cant recommendTop Shot enough, there are many CCW locationsin Las Vegas, but this has to be the best oneThanks again Top Shot and Billy, well be backfor further classes when back in town.
