Great park because its gated, with the parking lot outside. Has 2 different playground, one for littles and another for older kids. Field for soccer, basket ball court and a cute splash pad. 2 covered pavilions with 2 tables each. We go often!

There is a decent sized grassy area to play and there are two small playground sets. The splash pad is one of the better pads around and my kids had a blast. This is a very clean park too.

This park is great for younger kids as it is fenced in(bonus!!) and shaded. There is a small parking lot in front. Also has splash pad area and little kids as well as big kids play area.

Terrible. We pay so much in HOA dues yet they have the splash pad turned off, the bathrooms locked and the basketball hoops removed. Very unwelcoming.

Nice park it is gated so the kids cant run off. Nice grass area. And basketball court all in one.

Super nice gated park, just doesn’t have a lot of parking. I think this area was intended for its surrounding neighborhoods and its residents, but it’s nice to go up during a week day and enjoy the space.

My daughters new favorite park. Nice, clean brand new neighborhood. It has a splash pad, and a basketball court. A big grass area, for the kids to run around.

Make sure to bring bathing suits for kids. The splash pad is the main attraction. Smaller than I would have expected, can get a bit busy, but very nice.

GATED! SPLASH PAD! A playground and grass - what more could you ask for? Plus a few tables in the shade and some benches around the park. Great place for kids to have some summer fun.

It was a magnificent experience

A new small park on the far NW edge of town at the Skye Canyon development area. Best part of this little park is the cool water playground. There are sun canopies over the playground equipment. Great to take small kids to play but too small to use for walking/running/biking.

Cute, small and clean. Only con is the few number of parking spaces.

I love that it has a gate around the park to keep my toddler from running into the street. I wish there was a larger parking lot.

Definetly an under rated resort. Went snowboarding there and almost had the place to myself. Nice people and good runs.

Great to not have to worry about the kids running into the street.
