The navigation app led me to the leisure park side, where people can hang out, swing on a swing, or take a stroll. Recreation park was clean, no bathrooms, provided many places to sit down with shade, small, little play water station. There was also an over path foot bridge.I had to drive on the other side of town to get to the dog park. There is enclosed space for small dogs and enclosed space for larger dogs. The parking lots were closed, so you are forced to park on the street, which was pretty scretchy, plus not enough parking on the streets. Overall, it was okay dog park. Water for the dogs to drink and poop bags provided. That was a plus.

My favorite get away ...shhhh. no one there certain times of the day.Always 1 or 2 homeless bothering no one.Great playground, splash pool across the bridge, dog park sports.....maybe bathroom.

This is a nice park....to walk,relax in the shade,or take the kids to play in the playground.

Place is so badly kept plus the smell of sewer its just so bad ! The city can do a better job but since it’s in a poor area or ghetto it’s overlooked

My dogs enjoyed themselves. I just people would clesn up behind themselves and their pooches. Other than that great time with my girls.

This is a nice place to pause when riding your bicycle along the Las Vegas Wash Trail. I see many families enjoying themselves in this location. Good Soccer pitch across the bridge...

Love this small park. It has a water feature and a safe play area for children and seems to be a good area for children. Also, good area to walk your dogs.... although not all dog walkers clean up after their dogs.

I had a couple dogs I was sitn for and wanted to go for a walk on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. It was cool

The kids loved the splash pad and played in it for an hour. Will definitely be back.

Dont go as part of a sight seeing tour, you will be disappointed. There is only one road and it hasnt been serviced since horse and buggy. People from the country are super slick, but you dont realize it until your on your way home with a lot less than bargained for. Case in point.I placed an ad for a stacked washer and dryer for sale on Offer Up. The retail value, last year was $1,299.00. It was only 14 cubic feet and no longer serviced the needs of my family. A person from Douglas Shelby bid 150 and I agreed. They bidder sounded older, so I decided to deliver. I grabbed 2 homes, went and got a uhaul, and we began the journey. Upon arrival a young woman stated that the washer and dryer were too small and she no longer wanted them. I immediately understood her thought process. She knew we did not want to return home with this cumbersome item, so she feigned disinterest. I knew she was aware that they were 14 cubic feet, prior to placing a bid. I stated this, and she gave me a wink, and the cutest 1 tooth smile I had ever seen. I said, how much do you want to pay and she replied 100 dollars. I accepted and we went on our way.Check the final numbers.U haul rental was 41 dollars at return.20 well earned dollars to my homies.10 dollars in gas returning homies to their respective homes. That brings the total to 71 dollars. Take that out of the 100 she paid and the net profit was 29 dollars. AMAZING

Fitst time going trying to the dogs out the house. It was nice except for the houses behind the trail and the gully isnt attractive but nice place to go to get out and have a littlee picnic or so.

Its small & nice with a beautiful view they have a play ground on one side then as you cross over the bridge the restrooms will be rifht after the 2 dog park areas then youll see the soccer field etc.

Cmon parks and recreation....Instead of updating the playground mechanism you place a metalbar gate closing 1 slide off.Why was is closed off you ask?The slide part where you place your bum is broken leaving it sharp and jagged.Seriously tho? Fix it

Nice area for alone time or with family and friends...theres a water sprinkler for all to enjoy...swings, slides, covered areas for rescue from the sun...you can have a quaint get together... and non threatening...go and enjoy!!

Nice park, not too many homeless folk. Usually fairly clean. Go there in the morning with my dogs, seems to be a lot of strays, mostly chihuahuas maybe from nearby homes.Theres two dog park runs one for big dos one for small so that is nice.

Fairly decent park with a small splash pad. My only qualm I have with this park is that it has a small level of garbage in and around at all times. Not horrible, but I think we need to instill some trash-pick-up recycle skills into some children. Their parents arent actually any better I suppose because thats where it should start. I dont have an answer to remedy that situation, still a nice little park despite that.

I completely enjoy the splash pad!! Also the bridge that is basically a trail to another park directly away! There.are also animals that come from thebwash which is pretty cool

The park itself is great. With water feature and covered playground. The trail head has no shade at all. It is a miserable walk trying to spot any of the wildlife on the information boards.

Its an okay place to walk the dogs they have a dog park which I like but there are a lot of homeless and junkies

Has some nice playgrounds. Also has a soccerfield with fake grass. I saw someone come & power wash the tables/floors so it is kept up with. Just had a few trash laying around my daughter kept trying to pick up. But Im sure the guy cleaning picked it up. Overall a really nice decent park.

Kids are allways ditching to the park and all but its great and I recommend walking the channel and experiencing how Las Vegas would look without the urban upgrades and modern colonization.

A nice small park along the Las Vegas Wash Trail. There is an all dirt dog park here with a big dog/small dog areas. A good place to get on the paved LVW Trail for a 6 mile bike run going north to Craig Ranch Park, or go south for about 3.5 miles on a somewhat broken up trail to Christy Ln.

Only reason I am giving it 2 stars is enclosure dog run, and water available for pets to drink.Poop bag holder empty, good thing is I always cary my own. Trash scatered however trash can bag was replaced either today or yesterday. Yes this is Memorial Day Weekend, but you can tell NO ONE!!! Has been taking care of this enclosure, lots of dog feces on ground, semi cover dog feces, poop bags with feces in them laying on ground wich my husband picked up. Trash around inside of enclosures, weeds that are more than just 4 or 6 days old. Is someone really geting paid to do a half as@ job? Ok, I know they are just DOGS, but then are our pets not part of our family, we bathe, feed them, take them to vet, and even give them a clean place to sleep? So what is going on? our tax dollars go to parks and recreation as well. The suppervisors are not doing their jobs either.

Clean park for the most part and has a small splash pad area with mostly covered playground. Grills are by each pavilion and this is just on the smaller side. I havent been to the other side yet.
