If youre visiting Vegas and youre thinking about getting a cabana at a hotel. Do yourself one better, rent a VIP Cabana at Wet and Wild. Guest Services was simply amazing some of the best Ive had here in Las Vegas. Unlike some of the hotels that have a much higher price tag the water was nice and warm. Safety First, definitely enforced if it was a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 20 amazing time its a must-try. Kudos to John Swagger.
We had a blast in this place was not as much as I thought it was going to be. It was actually really clean. The only thing I was sad about was that the big half pipe looped one was closed but oh well. we stayed almost all day and nobody messed with our stuff on the bench so that was cool. Also sad thing was the cabanas were all sold out but I guess thats expected.
Smaller than before. No outside snacks allowed. No healthy snacks sold there. The price specials help, somewhat. The kids still enjoy it.
It wasnt over crowded and their functioning at 50% Capacity which is good with everything going on.V.I.P Platinum season pass 40% off right now and makes the experience that much more fun. Over all I had so much fun and will definitely go back
I was talking to a young kid who works here, shes getting good customer service experience to say the least. LoL this poor kids has to deal with the rides sometimes not working, slow food service, parents not watching their kids, etc. Shes a very young life guard who seems as if she likes to follow directions, you think she knows why a slide isnt working or where your waitress is, or being told you as a parent know whats best for your kid and thats why she should let your kid slide down a slide, even though your kid is not tall enough. This little life guard is trying to protect you, your kid, the business she works for and other patrons. You and your ungratefulness should save up your money buy your own pool and stay out of the general public.
Best place to chill and spend time with family, Theo one at Las Vegas nevada even better than many other places internationally. Personally I have been in the one in dubai as well and that one was good too. Wetn`wild Id one of 5he most friendly places.
I think Wet n Wild is a great place to go in the summertime. The rides are fun and the customer service is great, I’ve made great use of my season pass this year. But the best part is definitely Joseph one of the EMTs. I hurt myself the first time I went this summer and he helped me and I swear he was so hot. Now every time I go I hope I drown so he has to come out and save me. Totally worth it. 5/5 completely recommended this place!!
Fun experience! Kids loved it. They are at 50% capacity as of 8/14/20. Wasnt too packed. Food gets a C+ It was a little over priced for the quality. The lines were not bad, but for the lack of people, they need to have more tubes available. I would go again.
Long lines and short slides. 15 people every 40 minutes per slide on average. They could be way more efficient with their lines & how they run the slides, even with proper social distancing. But we still had fun
Dont waste your time or money on this place. I purchased a silver pass for this season and ha e yet to get my moneys worth. 2 weeks in a row the wave pool closed several hours early for chemical check. Half of the slides arent even running. For my recent visit, the wave pool closed at 5:30 pm, and the concession stand was also closed at like 3PM. Not worth coming back here for more than one visit, so a season pass is a complete waste
On the older side, could use some TLC, but otherwise the facility was overall nice and the lifeguards are legit on duty all the time which is cool to see. Felt safe with masks here and was a nice change up to enjoy the sun
Our experience was absolutely disturbing. I was naive to believe employees and guests would follow the safety measures for covid. I found it particularly unsettling by how over crowded they let it get. There was no immediate access to water and you have to wait in a long, slow-moving line for a small cup of water. People were standing inches away from us with out masks on in the 114 degree heat. The 6ft markers in line are completely ignored. No enforcement existed of the safety measures WetnWild stated on their website. There was wall to wall people there with out masks. No social distancing at all. Trash, underwear, food.. all over the ground, especially in the locker area and masks floating in the water.WetnWild neglected the health and safety of their guests on many levels. I spent over $300 for our season passes and we were there for 1.5 hours. I will not be returning. I am considering reporting this, and would greatly appreciate someone returning my calls and/or issuing me my refund.
Terrible customer service!! Ran out of food midday. Would give 0 star but a nice worker gave me a free drink to make up for the fact that i paid for my food and they didnt give it to me. Never coming back my little Johnny fell and the worker laughed at him we will be suing since they didnt bring the manager out.
I have been here!! Five years ago o well. I grew from the old one but this place is for the cool kids!! My kids will enjoy getting wet and killing so much energy; all natural. Yea, finding time to splash around here might happen in the future. Do they sell alcohol here? I can not remember at all.
With the money see it was cheap. Dont expect it to be a water park like youd find in Florida. The wet and wild that was in Orlando eclipse this place It reminds me of a small municipal water park that youd find in a city that was paying for it. A great time super clean with short lines and good social distancing but if youre looking for a super big thrills this isnt your place
Cost effective, clean, and safe. Had a extraordinarily fun and memorable day with my grandkids!
Great memories at Wet n Wild Orlando, unfortunately they closed down so it was great to make a trip to Wet n Wild Las Vegas. Small crowds and great prices on the food! However, their lines can be handled better and their tubes were mostly deflated. All in all, my husband and I had a fun time and were pleased with our trip :) do be careful when getting in the slides (especially in the kids section) sometimes they arent leveled and your toes can get caught.
Bought cabana services and didnt get served had to go get the server waited over 3 hours for food then charged an out of state fee for a ticket had to ask for water about 5 times just for them to say its people in the office fault... for the reason they forgot are order literally the bathrooms was extremely nasty as well... really they refunded our money but that services SUCKED I wouldnt come back maybe because everyone got lazy at the end of the season but it was just bad
We t to Wet n Wild to celebrate my sons 8th birthday. We had an incredible time. It was really hot, but the staff was always courteous. My only suggestion in Vegas would be covered waiting lines and lifts to have the tubes waiting at the top
Had a great time today at the park. Employees were pleasant and easy to work with. All the rides were running, and lines werent too long, especially from 10-12. Would definitely go back!
The girls had so much fun!!! The cabana service wasnt very attentive but the banana guy was phenomenal!! We have a season pass, so Im excited to get to know everyone that works here! The guys who were running the little kids slide were awesome, so patient and playful!!
The rides were fun and all. But when I went to get food my fries were overdone and iIfound a short curly blonde strand of hair in my chicken tender meal. I personally will not be coming here again.
Their rules regarding masks are really ridiculous. One person can use their shirt, the next can walk up holding a mask... and then I walk up with my son and cant refill my drink so I said, but my son can right? Their response was, yes if he orders SMH. I said go ahead son, order for us We got our drinks and had a great day, despite the quality of service
Got here and the concrete was hot everywhere. The old wet n wild had water emitters along the sidewalk. To make that worse, they had a scale at the top of a ride that was made of stainless steel and it was in the hot sun. Easily 150°. I burned my feet and hopped right off in pain. The attendant splashed the scale with water but it was still incredibly hot. Most of the day they played mariachi type music that I found to be repetitive. When we ate lunch, they told us it would be an extra ten minutes for one of the combos we ordered. So we sat and waited but ate the food we received already. The pizza was cold and the fries were stale as cardboard and similar in taste. The wait for the last combo ended up being 25 minutes. I was thoroughly disappointed with this place and dont plan to return. I had been here before and had been disappointed but my sister had convinced us to go again. Thats two strikes against this place. If you do come here, bring flip flops or aquasocks because your feet will surely burn.
First time here during Covid. Was so much fun and the lines were not long at all. Worth the time and money
We had so much fun there and will be returning weekly. We bought the season passes and they are definitely worth the money if youre going to come and visit more than twice. I had not been to this new Wet and Wild and only had memories from the one on the strip as a child. It was really need to take my kids here and its all updated and new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rides were so much fun, and the food was good too. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
Great water park! Something for everyone. I only wish they hadnt run out of beer before the afternoon.
The staff lacks professionalism and respect for elders. The security guard puffs his chest at you in a aggressive manner when looking at his badge to get his name Christian. Then singles out certain guests of a certain color to wear there masks properly but will walk right by a group multiple times of 5 or 6 that were absolutely not wearing them or properly and say nothing. Also when going to guest services to bring up the issue and request contact from Manager or management team and no one has the decency to contact season guest holders back shows there lack customer service. Very disappointing
More n than wet or wild. Would go again with the pasture friends I have. Its been incredible how they enjoy these delights.
First time here and it will be my last time!! We waited 30 minutes just to get in and let me say the line was not long!! We ordered food at 2:48 and waited till 3:30 to get it!! It would have been unstable if the kids I’m back make the food were not clearly goofing off!! I do not live close so it was not worth the price or the drive!!
Overall, great experience! They have a lot of rides for all kinds of people, the food is good, and they even made sure to consider babies and toddlers! Theres really nothing wrong the only complaints I have are with one particular ride, Canyon Cliffs. Its my favorite ride but as you get to the bottom it gets shaky and a little out if control and I usually come out with my bottom hurting but I walk it off since it doesnt bruise or give any scabs/blood. I also would like the place expanded and add new slides like trapdoor slides and the looping slides. There should also be a hatch at the loop so you can get out if anything happens. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to bring children and adults of all ages to have some fun!
Great place. Need to fix water temperature in the toddler area, water is freezing. Every where else water temperature is nice even the toddler slide in that area water is perfect but where that buck drops and the the other lil slides its like walking in ice water. Lovely place
Great place to get some reprieve from the heat. Came here for a little visit with family before they move across the country from us and need a break from the heat and to get the kids out of the room for a bit. We all had a great time.
It was a cool place all water rides wer fun didnt take long to get on food was good
It was cool and best when there are not that many people so you can continue to get on the rides continually.
This place was clean and fun. Masks are worn by all staff and they are efficient in getting people on and off the slides in a timely manner so you do not wait too long.
I was happy they opened up the ticket booth early so we could redeem our Groupon. Hours that they opened were confusing as it seems like the posted ones on the website were the gold/vip hours. Lines for a cold day (didnt hit 90 before 1pm) were not too bad but I cant imagine how bad it would be on a weekend or hot day. They were strict on the masks for food line which was good. It would have been good it the refill of the cup was more easily found and if it didnt take 20 minutes for 6 people to get a refill.
Coming with family? Choose some early hours and not weekends or Friday. It’s great place to go. Cons: they never answer on the phone calls.
It’s ok. I expected more. Very limited and rude staff. The view in the back is jaw dropping, the mountains and that sepia kind of look. Beautiful.
Love it! Kind of hard for the little kids to carry the inner tube up the stairs I would suggest an adult help or another big kid help but the ride down is awesome.
Not worth it. The social distancing is only enforced to be an inconvenience. No masks and no one is 6 ft apart on rides, yet youre unable to get any seating because more than half of the loungers have been taken away to comply with social distancing guidelines. Not all the rides work and/or theyre so dirty you wouldnt want to go in the water. I purchased a Gold pass and paid 65. I forced myself to go a second time to get my moneys worth. Hardly any events either. I feel cheated since I purchased passes early and couldnt even use them until the end of June. Now people are getting them for almost 40% off. Not sure if I will even bother with this again
The worst service ever I was harassed the whole time my family was there I made sure to follow all CDC Guidelines wear a mask if your not 6 ft apart from others unless in the water. There was so many security people that passed us no issues except for this one girl named Mattie she was harassing us she should not even work there. They were picking on my family and only my family. When there was a 100 or more people no mask when standing in line no 6ft apart, when ur in the water touching people no mask but when I’m with my family away from everyone more than 6 ft apart I am being told to wear a mask. I felt discriminated against because they were only bothering my family. Then shortly after we were escorted out by Joesph and another guy. This needs to be handled.
It was really fun and all the life guards were really nice and the waters slides were super fun
Awesome place to take the kids.. we get a season pass for the whole family and must go over 20 to 30 times a summer.
Don’t waste your time and money!!!! Unfriendly service and staff. They don’t show no respect and they don’t know how to handle any situations. Half of the park not operating but you pay full price for everything ... for your ticket then additional $8 parking and for the horribly expensive locker $12 minimum... for no reason!!
This place is definitely really fun for the kids. Its large ...so theres a lot of room for them to run around and the rides can definitely be exhilarating as well. A bonus to the place being so big and there being so much for the little ones to do is that they can tire themselves out. I have witnessed some arguments there, but have yet to see anyone get physical. The food is pricey, so make sure everyone eats beforehand and/or pack food. There are usually some places with shade available if you get the at a good time.
Nice, clean, and not to crowded. Easy to get to and the staff was nice and helpful.
We had alot of fun on the rides but the staff needs to just get it together alittle bit, we got a cabaña and ordered food right away and it took a hour to get the food and when we got it it was cold, very over priced for COLD food! Staff was just standing around talking everytime we seen them and ask about the food they said sorry theres alot of orders
It would be better if there was a kid pool and an adult pool. Theres only the wave pool (which gets really packed) and baby slides that land into a small pool where you are not allowed to stay in. Theres plenty of room for Wet n Wild to expand, but I dont know why they havent.
Had a great time with our 2 yr. Old. She love the kids zone and the lazy river. They have added more covered areas, and have a lot more table and chairs now from 2 yrs. Ago
I tried purchasing tickets from off the website, I followed every step in purchasing the tickets. Waited for my confirmation number, which I never received. So I tried it again as thing. I checked my balance on my account and it showed that 279.00 was removed from my account. I spoke with a supervisor about it, and also emailed yall. I would like my money refunded back on my card
This place was SO MUCH FUN!!! Great for the whole family...they have lockers and food and drink...highly reccommend!
Not gonna lie when I went there in 3rd grade it was fun, aside from the dirty slides and the pig slaughter house looking cafeteria it was fun.
I like Wet N Wild my kids loved it, we will return yaay ..!
The lines were entirely too long. Waited about 15 minutes just to get to the bag check. Luckily my ticket was only $20.20 otherwise Id have asked for my money back. I had as much fun as I was allowed to. I rode all the rides that accepted my weight. Spent the rest of my time in the lazy river and the wave pool. Wish I had gotten something to eat...
Amazing family and I had a blast would differently go back if we come back to Las Vegas.
Very clean, staff are practicing excellent safety/sanitizing measures. The park is big enough to social distance yet small enough to keep an eye on your children.
Just like any other amusement or water park its expensive especially for not having as many rides as I was expecting. Weve gone there 3 times this summer and every time weve been there has been anywhere from 1 to 4 rides that have been down. The lazy river is always dirty During covid you will find all sorts of masks in the water. The park seems to be a little bit outdated but then they also have a few rides that arent.
Had a great time with the grand kids.
Havent been there other than to drop my roommates nephew off or my roommate son I guess that looks like its going to be fun I got a couple of free ticket so that makes it look a little bit better and will report back when were done having fun there
Very fin the vip air conditioned cabana is so worth it the drink are not strong so have a few shots before you go in if thats your vice
Was not over crowded, staff was nice but you gotta keep an eye on your shoes
We have season passes since we live around the corner, but to be honest, every weekend weve gone theres always been multiple slides or pools shut down and both times Ive rented a cabana it has been a disaster and not worth my money. Still, you cant beat the heat much better than this place. Also, order the oreo churros at the snack bar!
Not to be a debbie downer, but there needs to be a dress code set for this place. Ive seen more clothes on women at a strip club. Its hard to hold my daughters hand and have naked women walk around a water park please enforce a dress code!!
Meant For Children & Families Food Cold Not For Adults. Frozen Alcohol $5.99 Taste Good
Not exactly impressed. We came from Denver, Co where we had a pretty decent waterpark and this by far doesnt come close. I was extremely underwhelmed by this park. Its old, small and barely any rides. The food area was completely disorganized as well. At first I had considered a season pass for my son until I actually had the opportunity to walk around. I think we will check out the other waterpark.
I went there today with family & had a horrible time. Lazy River was closed. Had I known that I would of waited to go. I brought it to the attention of a manager named Briana, & she acted like she could care less. Her customer service skills are not good at all. Thumbs down experience.
Nice place for a family outting. A place to enjoy the water rides.
If youre going to tear down the original then at least try to come close to the old wetnwild. This new one is nothing like the original, much smaller and just blah!
Paid $120 for a cabana that we had to ask other people to leave since they had set up and were eating in our cabana. It is very unclean and not just from those that were eating in there. We have now been here for over 2 hours and still cannot get a server to check on us!!! Maybe they dont want our money. They will certainly never see my money again. Waste of money...
No long lines it was nice and clean what it was nice people with social distancing 10 out of 10
Been goin to this park since I was a little boy it is great for anyone wondering
We had a great time today! The staff was super friendly, it wasnt too crowded, lines were short and our cabana was amazing. There was lightning for a little bit, so we had to get out of the water, so the lifeguards set up and played a bunch of games in the grass with all of the kids. So fun and great customer service!! We will definitely be back!
Perfect day. Only improvement would be to have the water temperature consistent
Was super fun .food was good n cheap (20 wings for 15$, bucket fries 10$ waived the drinks )nice slides and rides for the kids and I feel asleep in the lazy river. . .after 4 pm its half off n more adults . Bring water shoes ground is hot .
We were invited there last night as a guest. The place was filthy. We sat down to eat. We tried several tables they were all filthy sticky food all over them no one wiping them down. There were no towels in the bathroom to dry your hands however there was hot water to wash them. While waiting for food everyone was crowded together no social distancing and no masks being worn. Had always heard about Wet and Wild extremely disappointed.
The water is refreshing, especially the kids play area & they take your temp before you enter the park.
There’s not much to do with the kiddos in Vegas but wet n wild is always a go to in the summer. This summer has been “a little” different than most, but I still highly recommend you visit!
The water in the kiddie pool area was ice cold. The lazy river was packed full of rowdy teens. Foodcourt lines were ridiculously long, and no one was social distancing. Overall Id prefer cowabunga for a family outing. I bought season passes at both, but this place just didnt meet expectations.
Great family friendly place. A lot of fun rides and great views of Las Vegas as well! Well worth the visit and one of the best places to get away from the heat in the summer.
Food court needs to be managed better. You have to get out of one line to get in another just for your drinks and the food takes tooo long to be distributed.
I love it. Its just the staff are so rude!!! So, thats why I gave it 3 stars.
Great park. Friendly staff. Only complaint was fried food seemed to have been cooked in old grease.
Wet n Wild Christmas Town. Wet n Wild puts together a little Christmas Town while they are shutdown for the winter. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The lights were beautiful and they had other nice things to do. They had a an inner tube slide, a train, a light show, climbing wall, ice skating rink, and a paint ball shooting gallery. Everything was included in the price of admission except the paint ball. We had a great family time and enjoyed the lights!!!
Just too many people doing a covid-19 need to minimize the amount of people they have coming in
It was okay. We made the best of the situation. At least 4 attractions were closed and its not that big of a park.
Fun and scary slides to ride, good view of the fireworks, lots of slides, 1 pool with waves and 1 artificial river very fun.
Great fun for the whole family! SUPER value as well!! Best deal for season passes is through Groupon Plus.
Not much of a water park. Mask were only required to get in & food. Security didnt enforce spacing in lines. More of a wait than anything. Dont waste your time. Go to cawabunga instead.
