I was disappointed with the offer I received on my necklace but it came with a clear and honest explanation. The customer service was great and well informed.They had some very unique items for sale. Cool place to check out and spend some time.

I went late at night to sell a Sony a6000 with kit lens and Sigma 56mm 1.4 lens combo. Their offer? $100. No doubt most of the good reviews are related to nostalgia from the show, and honestly I was a bit excited just to be at the place. But realistically the camera and lens combined used sell individually from $300 bare minimum each. I was expecting a $400 low-ball not a $100 low-ball. lol

For someone who hasnt heard of the show, it’s actually not a bad place. I buy and sell video games as a side hustle and the prices here were lower than eBay (market value). Not a bad selection of retro games, overall I was impressed even if it was a small portion of the shop.

We were actually impressed with the shop. Lots of items, clean, small gift shop area with t-shirts. Was exciting just to be there in person.

However it’s still got nothing but cool stuff!! I love the historical items they display...It’s worth the visit! Good tourist spot while in sin city! Grab ya a shirt or pawn something! It was great if youre a fan! We were even lucky enough to be invited to be part of an episode back in 2019!! Made the trip coming from the Netherlands even more special than it already was.

Ive got to say. I wasnt really impressed. Thats not to say that the shop didnt have interesting stuff but overall its small. I guess my expectations were a bit too high after watching the show for years but I was thinking there would of been more. I tried to justify it a bit by thinking that maybe the volume of people would make it hard for them to maintain a certain order but then I crossed the street to the toy store.It was way nicer, had a wonderful selection, it was more interesting visually and more open even though it was in a small space. I dont know. This is obviously an initial reaction but I dont see myself going back.

Actually really impressed! Tons of cool jewelry pieces and the staff was really cool. I went when it was slow so I was one of two people in the store. It enhanced the experience for me and I received a lot of assistance and personalized attention for all of my browsing! Walked out with a divers watch and I cant to try it out!

Love the show love the shop love it but I had to wait a few hours to get in and if you are five don’t wait not much that a five year old would want but I thing it’s the best pawn shop and I will go back I thing you should go to you would like it to

I have never been treated so rudely by an employee. The guy behind the counter had an attitude. We were l9ok9ng to sell a seiko limited edition watch. We have sold other watches to the pawn shop before. None of which were Rolex. He rudely said we only buy Rolex or better. When I tried to explain that we had sold watches there before he said no you havent. So thank you mr ponytail for calling me a liar! I know me being only one person they are not going to care but you just lost a family of viewers and customers. We have bought and sold there a few times.

Its the best place to go in Vegas. As far as a pawn shop, you can always talk the price down. Owners and employees are very friendly. I go there all the time when Im in Vegas and always buy something.

The floor manager was very friendly, he took time out of his busy day to help find a ring for my fat finger and then helped me find one for my wife and even cut me a deal on it. I would reccomed this place friendly staff and great customer service. Ill definitely go back. Enjoyed the experience. Most people go there because of pawn stars I went there cause I was in the neighborhood looking for good BBQ and a new ring for my wife. Give cashier 450 a raise.

Look...who isnt a fan of this place? Well, Im a diehard fan and love everything about Pawn Stars. I think what is going on, is the locals do talk on the street about how boring it is coming to visit here. Mainly saying you can literally tour the entire place in 1/2 an hour. And it would be a miracle to ever see one of the guys there, let alone catch them filming. But I say this...the pawn shop is legitimate and is conducting regular business during the day. The guys wouldnt sit there all day, when they have many other business ventures to attend to. It is what it is at the end of the day, a hole in the wall pawn shop in the middle of the desert. But is the coolest one there is. And soooo worth checking out. Who knows, maybe youll get luckier than me and get to see one of them when there. Oh yeah, the rib joint next door has amazing food. Lots of fun to come check out, easy and free parking.

This place is highly overrated, overpriced, and will not have what you think you are looking for. The service by the overweight woman was rude, I came to Vegas for an item they said they had from Campeche Mexico for big disappointment. This was to be a present for my sons first birthday, been waiting 40 years to get this present. As a disabled war veteran, i would suggest to go anywhere else, unless youre going for pictures.

Fantastic shop with really friendly employees. Definitely worth a visit. Prices were surprisingly fair for a pawn shop, and the items in here were really neat and interesting to look at.

Not my kinda pawn shop but everyone is friendly and they have what they have. Expected to see more guns, there were no tools... Just kinda boring for me but still a few neat items.

The place was disgusting, literally run down and dirty. The staff were all rude, not particularly happy to be working there. I’ve been in the past and it was never this bad. Sad to see. I doubt the Harrison’s ever step foot in there anymore.

Very cool to see the famous pawn shop, and the best part we happened to be there when they were filming so we got to be extras while cory was there doing a deal . Fun to check out if you like the show. The store is very small and waits are long. If you legit want to pawn something and are just going to complain about the crowds and prices, go to one of the 400 other pawn shops in the area.

What a cool place to visit. I enjoyed looking at all the treasures and could have spent hours in here. The staff was super friendly and you were warned before entering the establishment that you may only take photos. It was all around a great experience

Pretty cool spot to hit while in Las Vegas. It seems bigger on tv, but doesn’t everything?? Lots of great art and memorabilia. Kind of out of the way, but take an Uber and you’ll be fine. Worth a stop for sure!

Parking can be tough at peak times. Expect a crowd and be patient inside. It’s not as glamorous as an episode of the show, but fans will be enthralled. And, of course, it’s a really good pawn shop all things considered.

If you want to go just because youre a fan of the show, dont do it. Its in a kind of rundown area, small and just not that impressive. The show is cool, the actual store is pretty blah and way overpriced. From what Im told they guys from the show are very rarely there unless theyre filming.

This place was great. Super polite and helpful staff and even free parking. Occasionally, one of the cast members of Pawn Stars will come by and you’ll get to meet them. I met Chumlee. Definitely stop by here, it’s pretty cool.

Pawn Stars is definitely a great show and visiting place made me appreciate it more. It was nice to see all the cool items they have gotten over the years. It feels less like a typical pawn shop and almost like a museum. The things in here are very cool and I was most definitely tempted to buy something. Very cool shop!!!

They still operate as a Pawn shop, but these days this location is mostly a tourist trap for fans of the show.They have a huge merchandise section and in the event of one of the stars stopping by you can only meet them if you buy something for $20 or more. They day we visited Chumlee was there.The TV show itself is not filmed in the shop. They built an exact replica of it behind the shop which is setup for filming.We were hassled as we parked for some timeshare affair which may or may not be affiliated with the shop.Beware of the area. Even in daylight this is a very dangerous part of town. If you must visit, take a cab/Uber or rent a car.

Was very interesting. Its WAAAY smaller than it looks in T.V. I really appreciate how they do not charge for you to come in . Very nice of them.I also like the little building next door where they have cool stores and Rick has a BBQ restaurant. It was actually pretty good. The closest thing I found in Vegas that tasted like real food!!! And they had Dr. pepper! Back to the Pawn shop, as an artist I was impressed with how much art is displayed there! It was almost as good as the art museum. Its worth the side trip to see.

Ive watched a lot of the episodes so it was a nice surprise to bump into this shop. I wasnt exactly looking for this pawn shop, I was just walking around the area, trying to get to downtown when I suddenly saw a familiar sign. Naturally, I decided to make a stop. The security was really nice and inside the shop, there are many interesting collectible items and artifacts. I didnt really ask anything to the shopkeeper as I only wanted to see how it is inside. Its bigger than I had expected. Youre allowed to take pictures, but not videos.

Very busy but the staff are very accommodating and appear very knowledgeable. The shop is smaller than it appears on television but its still a great shop. I definitely recommend a visit if you are in Vegas.

I took part in the Pawn Stars tour. We were promised to meet Chumley or one of the pawn stars and a no show. Bus ride to the star, no stars at counter, items over priced and food had to be purchased. Best part of your was the I custom cars store the we visited the Tanked showroom.

Loved the show but totally different once you are inside the store as you are sort of expecting to see Rick and the crew doing their thing. Worth the visit though if you are like Pawn Stars.

Being a regular viewer of their tv show, i was eager to visit this place during my vegas trip. Shop looks rather smaller and different than what it appears over television, but still there collection is awesome. I purchased souvenirs from here on my first visit.This place remains a bit crowded as it became tourism spot after coming over television.

The home of Pawn Stars. This is a cool place to go it youre a fan of the show. Be advised this is a tourist attraction. If youre looking for more of a standard pawn shop experience, this probably isnt the place for you. The line can get really long to get inside and there is a lot of people. They do have some cool stuff, though.

Not only is it cool to be able to visit the famous pawn shop for free but they actually have good prices. We bought our wedding rings there because my husband is a huge fan of the show. The staff was very friendly and helpful even while they’re packed full of visitors. Was a good experience during our trip.

Wonderful experience! I came in with a sword l found in a storage locker l won. Barry tried to bid me up and then just when l thought it was won l heard yuppppppppp. It was Dave Hester, I still won it. Anyways l came in with my sword and Cory was at the counter and l knew he was gonna give me a low price. He offered me $20,000 but l wanted more so l called in my expert and he said it was worth $50,000 so l sold it for $49,000. Good day

This place is small and lame. Rick is very cheap no matter what he wants to buy everything at the lowest price just to make profit dont sell here or buy anything here plenty of other pawn shops that are more worth it.

Yo yo, Gold and Silver Pawn Shop was pretty cool. They had a variety of art, jewelry, memorabilia and unique historical merchandise. It was weird to be in the actual store having scene it on tv so many times. The parking lot is safe. The atmosphere is busy. Store is clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and professional.

Very cool place. There is a TON to look at and now there is a small cluster of shops with a restaurant in the same parking lot. Plan to spend at LEAST an hour there. The employees were all very friendly. Lived up to the hype. Cant wait to go back!

Ok, theres two ways to look at a place like this--as a pawn shop and a TV studio. If you come in here looking to make a fortune off of some treasured knick knack, think again, its a pawn shop. When has anybody ever scored big at a pawn shop! Rare at best. Their whole job is to buy low and sell high. That truly is the definition of a pawn shop. If that offends you, you need to take a good look at where youre standing, again, its a pawn shop! However, if youre looking for a scene from a TV show, youre in the right place. I give it three stars because it doesnt really qualify as a five-star TV studio but its not so bad that it qualifies as a 1 star pawn shop. Its small, has a lot of knick knacks, lots of overpriced junk and souvenirs but neat to see. And hey, you cant blame a guy for trying to cash in on his fame. Youd do it!

I was short payday because I made the mistake of using the Bank of America app to take pictures of my check - instead is going to the bank and getting cash. It was Friday and the money would not post till Monday! Oh no - needed to pay rent or get a fine.So I went to Gold & Silver Pawn Shop - and just like its name says, they gave me a loan based upon my 22 karat gold chain.The annual percentage rate is 168.31% Let me write that down again so you know it is not a type error. The annual percentage rate is 168.31%Banks do not give survival loans to normal people - unless you access your credit cards, or they also get you for bouncing checks. I am looking at you Bank of America! Anyway, when you have no choice - you take what you can.The location has a 24 hour window to do your after hours transactions. The place closes doors at around 5 or 8. Not sure.I went inside, as the business was still staffed and opened. They did not try to rip me off - like others did, they weighed it, tested it and I guess gave me a fair price.$200.00 loan on a 22 karat, 30.6/yg size 20 whatever that means. The finance charge is $85 dollars and there is a 5 dollar fee for the paper work.Could have been worse. I felt safe inside. The outside was sleezy, with a porno store / peep show across the street ( ah hem... review on that maybe later ...) Anyway, got my loan and paid my rent.All in all I would recommend Gold & Silver Pawn Show if you are in a super bind and in need of a pawn shop and no other viable options are available to you.

I came here back in June 2019. I’m a huge fan of the show. I got to meet the stars and it was Fantastic! Things are going to be overpriced here, but it’s worth it. I purchased a couple of T-shirts, one of the few trains that they had, and a statue of Chumlee.

Nice shop, lots of cool star wars things, old Vegas memorabilia, and lots of really cool old coins. Staff was very nice.

I was excited walking in to see all the things they had displaying. The back where they had art and fossils was my favorite. Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, Norman Rockwell to name a few.On the way out my eyes where caught by the antique gun a 1730 Flintlock Pistol made for Royalty. I’ve now added this beauty into my wishlist.It was like walking through a free museum.And now some History and Real Estate Fun Facts:In April 1981, Harrison and his wife and three sons moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he and his son Rick opened Gold & Silver Coin Shop in a 300 square foot shop at 1501 Las Vegas Boulevard.In 1986, he relocated the business to a larger building at 413 Fremont Street.The businesss lease expired in 1988. As a fan of the show, I had to stop by and take a picture while in Vegas. It was cool being there, except the crew only shows up during filming. Free parking and entrance to the place is free. Ignore the people handing out raffle papers when you entered the parking lot.
