Great condos, great pool, wish COVID didnt have the hot tub closed.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Staff refuses to wear masks. Dont go if you care about not getting Covid.

Clean Amenities open with covid restrictions. Practicing safety precautions and social distancing while still providing quality services. Other than the complimentary hygiene soaps, everything was of satisfaction. Cliffs At Peace Canyon has been our most consistant place to stay in Las Vegas almost every year for the last 9 years.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is a great place to stay. Daniel, (the resort manager), and his staff go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Any question or issue that we had was answered or resolved quickly. Example ; the toilet handle in the guest bathroom was inoperable. We called the front desk, and they immediately sent a maintenance person to replace it in less than 30 minutes. Last year I held a retirement party for a friend in their community room. The staff assisted in setting up the event and decorating the room. It was a very successful and memorable time. We have had vacations at the Cliffs since 2003, and have NEVER been disappointed. Just a great place !

I understand the covid limitations but the hotel failed to notify us or update their website changes. They asked for a 30$ resort fee to cover Wi-Fi shuttle to and from the strip, and grocery store. Ok no problem. I paid it. Then the next day (we checked in at one am) I went to call and ask what time the shuttle runs and I was informed that the shuttle has been cancelled due to covid 19. Understandable but why does your website not have the updates? Why wasnt I notifed? So Im paying 30$ for Wi-Fi??? The hot tub had a heating issue so it was only a few degrees warmer than the pool its self. They changed the pool hours from 8 am to midnight to 8 am to 8pm. Failed to notify. The signs werent posted on the pool untill two days after I checked in. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. I called an voiced my option and nothing came of it. They sent someone to spray my room. Did nothing. Im really upset. Im accually leaving early cause this is bull. Im very understanding but this is too much. The only up? The pool was pretty. The waterfall sound is relaxing. Thats about it.

The property overall was very lovey and the hotel room itself was very nice and mostly clean. Enjoyed having my own parking spot. The pool area and gym was nice. The shower water pressure was good. The night hours were quiet and peaceful. Only a few minor issues, the front desk staff seemed a little disconnected, found a couple of dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a Waterbug in the closet and the lady at the desk who kept trying to sell me a timeshare was a bit much, nice lady but still a bit much.

Im a RCI owner and this is my 2nd time staying at this resort. Although there were issues with my room and checking in, Daniel the manager made sure to make it right. Majority of the staff was nice with the exception of 1 woman at the front desk. I expressed this already to the manager and trust he addressed it. This resort is a nice getaways from the strip and as you can see, the management of this resort makes sure the guests are comfortable.

A nice place to stay for a vacation the staff was great! I would recommend it to family and friends to stay there if there ever in Las Vegas..

The room is huge for a 2 BR timeshare which is nice. And when asking for anything like more towels or maintenance they have been quick to respond. However the place is FILTHY. I am not exaggerating when I say that your feet are completely black walking from one end to another. Like they have not cleaned the tile nor the carpet in years. We cleaned the tile ourselves which helped but the carpet is still very dirty. Theres mysterious food or some substance stuck to the ceiling, all of the counters, table had food stuck to them and were not clean, all the dishes were dirty and needed to be rewashed. Toilets and showers completely filthy with body hair everywhere that had not been cleaned up. Theres no way this place has been cleaned properly. In a time of Covid-19 and higher expectations for enhanced cleaning, this place gets an F.

So disgustingly dirty. Floors are black, I went and got a steamer to clean the floors. Other peoples hair in the blankets, huge clumps! Hair and dirt all over the shower and tub. Toilets are also dirty. Dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Its so dusty our allergies are horrible.If you stay here, make sure to bring disinfectant wipes, blankets and other cleaning supplies. My kids were literally dirty and black after playing for 10 mins in our room and needed showers.Edit: The response to my review from owner or property management has nothing to do with how dirty our condo/apartment/timeshare is.

We just love this place of peace. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool side view was great. The staff is pleasant and very respectful. We will be returning next year without any questions.

Beautiful rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, safe location away from the hustle and bustle of the strip... yet only a 15-20 minute drive to go and enjoy it.

Clean, comfortable, lots of room for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys! Very nice property. Great area of Vegas. 20 minutes to the Strip. Close to Target, Starbucks and Walmart. It was too cold but the pool area was beautiful. We won’t stay anywhere else in the future!

It was surprisingly bigger than I expected. A nice place to stay if you don’t like the smoky casino hotels and the vibe of the strip. We needed a place o stay for a softball tournament and having a kitchen was great! Just wished I’d brought my swimsuit to have enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi.

Unit was clean and well appointed with coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. Worked out great.

Nice accommodations but more like an apartment complex. Short walk to shopping and food. Certainly, off the strip and away from touristy areas.

I WAS KIDNAPPED IN LOVE AND ALLOWED TO ENJOY THE PEACE OF THE CLIFFS AT PEACE CANYON. The clubhouse, the pool and the room was amazing. It felt like a true getaway in my own city. In case you cannot find me, you will have an idea of where I possibly go...OH THE JOY OF PEACE...

Very nice...a bit dated but very nice. From the boxes and demo trash in the dumpsters it would appear a revamp is in progress.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean. Very nice place to stay the location was excellent.

Positive: The Cliffs is the best. Staff was quick and polite. I just walked in, checked in, and relaxed. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Not sure why there would be anything less than 4/5 stars for this place. Exceeds expectations! Negative: None. Will stay there again...

This is a great place. We have stayed here every year for the past 6 years during soccer tournaments. The only big problem they have is that their exercise facility is the absolute worst thing I have ever seen. The cardio equipment is at least 10years old and looks like all of them are broken or at least on their last leg. Definitely don’t come here is you are planning on getting a workout in. Other than that the pace is great for kids.

My first time there is was great very clean sparkling pool ... Quite ... Jacuzzi and gym awsome ... Fresh made coffee and news papers in the morning ... And best of all great friendly staff .. Walked around and found they even got a charging car station .. So those with smart cars welcome thats a big pluse one stop shop ... Highly recommend ... Kudos

Property felt like home right away. Ease of check in and communication of amenities was incredible. Suite was more spacious than we expected. Pictures did not do it justice. It was close to everything we needed. Staff was very kind and professional, very accommodating.

Love this place. Off the strip in a lovely quiet location. Only ten minutes to the strip. Beautiful pool. Great staff. Huge two bedroom and full kitchen, complete with balcony. Will be back.

Great place to stay, the inly thing is that their is no internet service.

It was nice and quiet. Outside of town a little so theres not a lot of traffic and noise and people. Swimming, hot tub, game room, pool table. The shuttle was fun. The guy driving it gave us some good tips about how to get around without walking everywhere.

Great accomodations. Rooms are contemporarily styled and comfortable. Everyone has least one covered parking spot.The facilities are nice, but a little on the small side for keeping our distance in these days of Covid.Staff is friendly and helpful. It also in a nice laid back neighborhood with easy access to shopping and recreation of the canyons and mountains of the west side of the valley.

You will hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. Staff was great, but couldnt relocate us to a quieter room.

Terrific place. Clean, large apartment.One major issue was when the wifi went out and needed to be reset. Apparently, the wireless router is located within a guest room and members of staff do not have access to the the room while the guest is off premises. So, the whole property having internet is dependent on one guest room that is occupied when the property itself is less than half full. Poor planning.

Not like wyndham resorts. We had some noisy people fighting wee hours of the morning, our neighbors were loud. Over all the grounds well kept and friendly staff.

Covered parking. Shuttle to local entertainment. If they were able to shuttle to airport, we wouldn’t have even needed a car.

Love the Cliffs at Peace Canyon. Its quiet and peaceful place and a break from the business of the strip vegas. They are friendly staff, very efficient at checking in, and out, the housekeeping staff were efficient and changed our rooms regularly although the floors in our room hadnt been cleaned or mopped for sometime, my grandsons socks were dirty within a couple of hours, my own slippers were also black by the time we got to the end of the first day. But on the whole weve had a pleasant stay.

We asked for a room in the back side of the property. It was very quiet! We were on the 2nd floor, and had a 1 bedroom suite. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids. The kids slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. The bedroom had a very nice king size bed. The closet in the bedroom was a huge walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The bathroom was nice and big so multiple people can brush their teeth and so forth! The bathtub was actually a large oval soaking tub (not a jazzuzi tub). The check in and out was pleasant. The staff were cordial and polite. There was no sales pitch during our stay. We stayed over the New Years Holiday and my kids swam in the pool - they said it was warm, and I guess it was! We will definately stay here again. We were very happy with these accomodations!

I liked this place because is Quiet, clean. The unit is like a complete department all equipped. I dont liked it. Its to far away from Las Vegas downtown.

Overall this property is great. For us, it was a perfect location...2 blocks from our relatives and super close to everything you could need. Only 1 complaint...we were on the first floor and the noise from the floor above us was annoying. Great customer service! Would definitely stay again.

Cleaning staff stole my Apple TV after I checked out and left it there by accident

I own a week timeshare here. I love it. I like that its smaller but they have a great pool thats heated and outdoor space for grilling with a fire pit. They also have a small gym which was great in the AM. Staff is pleasant. My only complaint is the unit we were in needs updating as far as the kitchen. Very worn. Appliances were new so maybe its in the works.

Pristine condition. Outstanding maintenance. Friendly staff. One br condo was immaculate and nicely decorated. Nothing to complain about.

Nice place to stay during vacation.

The location is beautiful, spacious and clean however we had a issue. The teapot in the room provided was very much faulty and caught on fire. We did not hear a smoke detector go off and we were in the bedroom. My sons came running to me in a panic. This entire incident cause my anxiety to be on high the entire evening along with a uneasy and feeling of lack of safety. When I notified the front desk the only thing told to me is that the equipment has been checked recently and their empathy and concern was non existing. Our stove along with the pot was on fire and this was a VERY scary for my family. The teapot should not be used and it should have NEVER caught on fire. Terrible situation along with them just bringing me another faulty teapot which I wont used and should not be.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Lots of space. Nicely furnished! Easy to get around, convenient to lots of places. Very nice!

Enjoyed my stay here. They are renovated apartments, so they come equipped with a full kitchen and washer and dryer, a living room area, dinning room area, separate bedroom with a walk in closet. Within walking distance of a gas station and some stores. The strip is about a 15 min car ride (unless you get stuck in rush hour traffic).

Duhh! Its not called the Grand Canyon for nothin.

We are RCI owners and we often stay here at the Cliffs because its our home away from home. Its very clean inside and out. So many amenities to enjoy. The friendly staff and shuttle bus drivers are all very courteous.

We own a time share here but have never actually stayed. We decided to take a tour of the property and look at a unit. It is a really nice place. It is off the strip a ways so if you want to be on the strip it may not be the place for you. However they do have shuttles to the strip.

1st time renting an apt bt it was so lovely. If back in Vegas that would be tha 1st place i look

The living spaces are huge. Grounds beautify kept up. Love the outside fire place. Staff friendly. Best of all they have a free shuttle van to the strips.

It just a RCI resort that is clean nicely decorated, roomy for a 1bd AND A POOL / HOT TUB AREA AND SOME GRILLS. Other than that being in a residential area not much else to do !!

Do not book this resort at all until the virus is gone and you know you plans are firm. Due to the virus I have had a business conference that was in May move to late June and my daughter’ school is now changing their summer break so we can’t make our trip work. We had to pre-pay through an RCI program to get this booking and we have lost everything. Beware!!!

Lovely resort, it was very clean with excellent staff. The rooms were lovely and the units well stocked. We would come back.

When we got here someone used my shower and soap in shower & sink before checking in my room. They left my rug and floor soaken wet. Also left there night cap. Outlet in my bedroom & kitchen broken. Ive been here a few times never had this issue before.Love the pool..

Its just old, heater is so noisy we couldnt use spare room, when you showered or flushed, the pipes shook like someone was trying to come up threw pipes, we asked for pool view, they said book a year in advance, seriously the place was 1/2 full at most. They wanted to charge extra for tpaper, coffee, soap. We stayed twice, but wont stay again.

So Peaceful and RefreshingI recently stayed at the Cliffs at Peace Canyon eight nights. I was looking for a place where it was quiet and not Vegas, if you will. Thats exactly what I got with my stay at the Cliffs. I was in Las Vegas for a wedding, and to rest and regroup, myself. It was so peaceful and quiet there.My one bedroom unit was spacious, perfect for my needs. I was able to cook myself some meals, as I wanted, by picking up supplies at the nearby grocery store. (They offer free shuttle service to take you there for shopping.)If I didnt feel like cooking, or wanted to shop, there was a huge outdoor mall with tons of restaurants and shops just around the corner.The Cliffs also offer a pool that is heated, year-around, to 83°, as well as a hot tub. I have to go back there because I ended up so busy that I didnt get to take advantage of them!!

This is my go to resort in Vegas. You dont want to leave. Very peaceful...20 minutes West of the Strip in a residential areaShuttle takes you to strip and shopping15 minutes from Red Rock Canyon National Park. The staff is excellent..they cater to your wishes....I always hate to leave after my week stay. Reasonable shopping in walking distance.. Kohls, JCPenney, Target, Walmart. etc.

Weve stayed here a couple times and will be staying again later this year. My wife is fairly particular when it comes to hotel/resort rooms. So, just the fact that we will be staying here again, is a kind of a big deal. Units are pretty clean, however they could definitely be cleaner. Found a few miscellaneous items under the bed & dresser. Not a deal breaker, by any means. The unit is appointed well enough. Its a smaller complex, so the noise isnt bad. Check-in only takes a few minutes. Most parking is covered, which is nice. Pool is nice as is the hot tub.TIP: Write down your car model & license plate #, before you go in & save yourself a trip back out to the parking lot, to get it.

Our condo was dirty! So much soap scum, things left from other guests like a handle to something and a hair roller, so much dust and cobwebs, used cotton on one of the window ledges in the livingroom, and food under and INSIDE the pull out bed! Also it was really frustrating the pool was broken for over half our visit. Lastly I sent an email to express my frustrations and got no reply. The very least they could have apologized.-The Russell Family

Very clean, beautifully decorated, and great price. Only downfall, if u r on the bottom level and someone is above you...holy cow. The floors are paper be thin, bring earplugs.

It was great except the shower was to small.

Room was not clean at all, had to sweep and mop when we arrived and clean all the sheets and blankets due to hair being all over them, not ours!

Rooms are a little dated, otherwise no complaints. Great service, nice pool, quiet stay. Very nice bbq area near pool. Fitness center is terrible. One treadmill was broke, the other on its way out. Huge windows allow the sun to bake you while exercising.

We checked out yesterday and wish we had skipped staying on the strip and had stayed here our entire trip! Our villa was very clean and cozy! The pool was soooooo nice- we sat poolside the better part of two days. My daughter had a great time! We wish we had stayed longer. The staff is incredibly helpful. We wish we had stayed longer!

Relaxing apartment style condo hotel. Pretty well furnished

One of the best Vacation Village Resorts. Clean, high quality bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, & lovely staff. We loved being off the strip, but not too far away. Equally as close to Red Rock Canyon. If youre unsure if Vegas is your kind of place, the Cliffs will convince you otherwise. It worked for me!

Friendly helpful staff, great location, beautiful units, could use more pots in kitchen, we didnt take advantage of amenities, except morning coffee and reading materials. The pool looked great.

The hotel and staff were all more than friendly. The hotel is well kept and the housekeeping is superb. Money well spent!

My family has really enjoyed staying at this resort and would definitely recommend this place to other family and friends. Dunia and Daniel (at the first desk) went above the call of duty to have our room ready and waiting us when we got into town August 2019. After a long trip, we were just grateful for their hospitality.

This is a great resort. Close to, but far enough away from the strip to relax.

The one BR was very spacious; and clean; the pool area was very nice and fitness room was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze.

Pretty dumpy and in need of cleaning and renovations. Only gave this place 2 stars because of the pool and some of the people working there were nice. The 2 BR/2 BA condo we stayed in was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and hair in the beds. We ended up doing 4 loads of laundry to clean the sheets and blankets. Empty bottles of water were left in one of the bedrooms. The furniture and decor were pretty dated. Insult to injury was the fact that when we checked out, we had to take all of our trash from the condo to a dumpster on the other side of the resort vice any trash bins actually close to our condo. Ive stayed in many Vegas condos during the 10+ years Ive been going to conferences in Vegas and this one was at the bottom. I recommend you avoid this place.

Great place to stay!

This was good time share experience. Very happy for a TRUE smoke free room. Also a good location for all the sites we visited, including shopping & restaurant needs. They even have recycling options. I definitely recommend the Cliffs to other vacationers.

Service, showers, beds and most everything was great, only complaint was upkeep. The tiles in the kitchen were broken and moved when walked on. The room was organized well with lots of room, but needed updating desperately. Plus it poured on us on to go outside because the gutters needed maintenance. (Likely a rare problem, but was relevant for us in January). Cleanliness needed some definite improvements, but overall was good. (The shower had hair inside and out).

The only thing negative about this place is the check out time. To pay so much, to the check out time needs to be a little later than 10am

This is part of Vacation Village Timeshare group. It is quite a ways from the Strip and that was exactly what we had ordered. It was very clean with a full kitchen. Ours was a 1 bedroom, 1 Bath. The staff was very friendly and our 2 week stay was excellent. It is very close to the Red Rock Casino if that is what you want to do. It is also close to many shopping centres. It has an excellent pool and work out area. The BBQ was a little out of the way but was very clean. We used this opportunity to go Golfing and ventured out to Red Rock Canyon and of course the strip.

This is our second time here. We brought kids and parents this time. Everyone enjoyed it. Something for everyone. We dont like the strip so the west side is perfect. Everything you need is close by.The accommodations are perfect. It was like having a home away from home. The carpet needs a deep clean, but everything else was nice. Pool and A/C make a summer a great time.
