My girlfriend and myself came to the Excalibur this past weekend. My one and only issue was how often/pushy people are on the timeshare opportunity. Which we did go to the seminar about it and we did get our vouchers as promised; but we did get asked every day by employees if we had/wanted to do it. That aside, we had an amazing time at this hotel. I loved that if I played any of the games at the bar they would give you a complimentary drink. The arcade was really fun. Theyre were redoing the floors in the arcade our last day there so we couldnt turn our tickets we had accumulated in, but they did compensate us for the tickets so that was great. All around great service really. If we ever come back to Vegas we will definitely be staying here again. It connects with so many stores and activities you almost never have to even leave the inside.
Been to Las Vegas many times. On a road trip to Utah decided to book a night here for rest. One of many great Casino and Hotels in the city that I have stayed in.The hotel room was very clean and comfortable with windows that overlook the west side of the city which looks amazing in the evening. The Casino was clean and equipped with sanitizing stations. It was nice to see people enjoying their time here. They have many shops here and a very nice food court with many different food options to choose from. They had a video game arcade that we couldnt access because we arrived just before closing. The Excalibur is kid friendly as well and would love to bring the kiddo back here next visit.Guest services were professional and courteous.I had a very pleasant evening here and would love to stay here again.
Definitely a good hotel, stayed for 4 nights and had wonderful service as well as good prices and a definitely good casino. Unfortunately because of covid the shows are canceled and all restaurants are reservations only but its still Vegas. The rooms are clean and housekeeping daily if you prefer that. Otherwise it was well worth it. Will be returning.
Not the most expensive hotel on the strip, but I couldn’t fault it. Fantastic experience, the staff were great and housekeeping were lovely. The food court had several options, even for the most fussy eaters.I recommend the cheesy broccoli soup, it was amazing.Great experience would definitely recommend for people on a budget.
Theme of this hotel is just amazing. This castle theme is outstanding 5-stars for it! The way this hotel is made i am impressed by it! This hotel is nicely divided into 4 different towers. This hotel is like all rounder place. You got everything here. Starbucks was available at very entrance and more food options-were available too! And rooms were neat & nice. Pool was really big & nice. I just wish to have a dip in it again. Am sharing pics of me & my friend’s visit to this hotel. Would definitely say. one of the finest hotels of the city. Keep the good work going on
I wouldn’t stay here again. For being on the strip, I expected more of this hotel. Outdated and dirty. Missing knobs, dirty walls, windows and headboard. There seamed to be a toddler in The room before me. You can see the greasy handprint on the window and headboard. Restroom is rusty. Also, neighbor’s conversations were interesting
Every time I have been to Las Vegas I have always stayed at the Excalibur hotel. Rooms are a great size and always clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools are big and clean. The casino is massive with plenty of tables and slot machines. Free drinks are given out if your sitting at a table or putting dollars into the slot machines. Cant wait until I am next back at Las Vegas as this is where we will be staying.
Positive: Location Negative: No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in the room
This is the place where mom and dad can bring the kids and know that everybody is going to have a really awesome time the castle theme throughout is just incredible the environment is so clean they have a new non-smoking area the arcade is full of so many games I cannot wait until tournament of kings reopens this is definitely an excellent place because it is so close to New York New York which are which is also another family friendly location but you’re going to get really top quality service here and the prices are meant to be set up so families can afford this ... The food is expensive but the entertainment isn’t expensive and the fun is all there if you really want to go mid evil this is the place to go
Positive: The pool and Dicks last resort are the ONLY good things about this Hotel Negative: Everything was horrible except Dicks last resort and the pool!
Casino resort hotel, with a medieval theme, where its building is mainly a medieval castle .With restaurants in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and large, but in need of renovation. Spacious resort area with swimming pools with bungalows. The casino hotel is located on the well-known strip, with many pedestrian connections to other surrounding casinos. easy to move around. there is a tram that connects to Luxor and Mandalay for free. There are reports that say this casino will be demolished to make way for another one.
Castle medival type of casino and hotel. Always have loved the outside. Didnt do any gambling but passed through and got a drink. Pretty empty but covid blah blah blah. Will spend more time here next Las Vegas visit.
The Excalibur was a very good experience..the people were very friendly and helpful...they were very accommodating to are every needs...I only wish that they had smoking rooms and more restaurants were open...( Covid-19)...ugh....I will most definitely be back and stay again at the excalibur.. thanks for your help and support
One of the best hotel and casino in town. In terms of the price the rooms are outstanding, we stayed for two days and other hotels for another two days. In comparison, Excalibur was far better than any other hotels. Beds and bathroom were great but my only complain is it offers less amenities. There was no refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Otherwise it was a top notch hotel room. And, dont ask about the casino. Its just downstairs and offer lot more than you ever expect. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in Excalibur if youre visiting Vegas
Positive: I enjoyed the price and location Negative: The bell service was horrible
Really loved this place. My biggest issue was there is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms this was pretty frustrating when we had food leftover or drinks..but everything else was absolutely awesome!!! And Id stay here again...room was clean.. we were given a care a package with masks in them & hand sanitizer.. was much appreciated.. my daughter loved our stay she is still taking about it actually!!! They had so many restaurants onsite including Dairy Queen.. the pool food is delicious but a bit pricey. Check in was easy & checkout even easier. I recommend you going here atleast once. The kids will thank you. Keep in mind the pool does a waitlist right now to keep it under 50 percent occupancy. Which we didnt mind, we just spent more time in the arcade.
Well for a quick overnight on a cross country road trip i.e. no intent to drink/gamble this will do. The beds were firm, the pillows actually quite nice- a cotton/down blend. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom had hairs and splashes of some kind of fluid on the door and wall. Smelled of stale smoke and didn’t have a coffee maker or mini fridge. A lot of the food/ coffee options are closed due to Covid so it’s a long walk to the only open Starbucks in the hotel.I didn’t gamble but there were hand washing stations and plexiglass through out the casino floor!
We loved the Casino here. The Hotel room need Coffee Pots in room. There was only one option and it was a super busy Starbucks. I highly recommend this Hotel if you have children. Pool was amazing.
I stayed here 7 nights and had an overall great stay! I slept so well on the comfortable bed that was the best part! I would wake up early because I slept so well! View was nice as well, and the room looked quite nice for the price. During covid times the prices are rock bottom!Only complaints were the same as everyone else- no fridge or micro, (they want you to spend money on their restaurants obviously which werent too overpriced actually), there is a musty smell when you come in the room but it fades away eventually, Starbucks always has a 10 person line in the morning so I leave to drive to an actual Starbucks, and theres no bathtubs.Overall would definitely recommend if you dont want to spend too much money and enjoy this good location and enjoy great sleeps on their comfy beds!
First stay here. Check-in was flawless, no line and immediate professional service. I was located in the Resort Tower. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was average, but fine. The single shortfall was the TV was smaller than average with no HD, so the reception was lousy by todays standards. Parking was phenomenal--there are side lots at the hotel which permitted me to park a short walk into an entrance to my Tower (on weekends these lots are probably full, but midweek there was tons of parking available). The location was good with bridge walkways to New York New York or the Tropicana. The casino was average. It was an exceptional value at midweek rates. I would definitely consider staying at Excalibur again.
Experience the past history, today medieval times sorcery, Kings and Queens and the royal court and jester. All theres missing is Robin Hood and his merry men? A treat for the family, although Las Vegas is an adult paradise. Make room for the kids?
I give Excalibur Hotel & Casino located at 3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 FIVE STARS. This place has MANY food options and lots of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Can also be Loser, Loser, Nyquil Boozer. s
Positive: the COVID-19 safety measures
The hotel rooms are spacious but the cleaning crew can do a better job. We were not able to get our rooms connected as requested! Also some of the hotel amenities are not available like the Spa and the shows. But overall it’s a decent hotel with easy access to the strip and other hotels!
I liked that it was a little less crowded than the other casinos. You could move around better. The air filtration system worked better, too. Overall, a nice place to stay and play in Vegas.
Saw Austrian Beegees at Thunder ballroom. Sound was amazing. Group was a lot of fun and encouraged group participation which made it great. What made it bad was over controlling staff asking me to put mask on while I was taking a drink. Totally insane since no one within 15 feet of me except for security in my face causing more problems than helping. Hotel itself has lots of things closed and is getting dated and smells like old smoke. Also, very noisy. Nice place to visit but do not think I would want to stay there.
Ok, so I base where Im gonna stay by the pools that they have. I was sadly disappointed. 1 was closed, 1 was packed, 1 cost MONEY & 1 was only 3ft deep... :( The rooms were nice, the hotels appearance was beautiful but it wasnt what id call, kid friendly. Their arcade was closed. No Buffets open... Your looking at $15-$50 per meal & per person... The hotel clerk was courteous and the staff were really Sweet. The promoters where annoying and when you check in they target the 1st timers. (just give them a thumbs up and they should leave you alone. So, overall,no I can not recommend this place. Id recommend either Mandalay Bay for their pool, New York New York for their variety in food, Circus Circus if your bringing kids or MGM grand if your a sports nut.. . Hopefully this this novel helps..
Positive: The location Negative: No mini fridge and the view was the backrooftop
Positive: Clean and the veiw Negative: No
To be a 3 star hotel is very good. It has the amenities needed. Due COVID some areas are closed (Kids area and Dairy Queen). Its at start of the touristic area of Las Vegas about 2km (1.3 mi) of Cesars Palace, Venetian or Balagio that has pretty outside attractions and malls
Positive: Good Square footage Negative: Bathroom needs update
Fun even during the pandemic. Clean rooms very safe and plenty of social distancing. Love it.
Positive: The room was amazing and so spacious
The stay here was good. The rooms were clean the front desk staff were nice. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bellhop was being rude and short with my friends and I and was demanding a tip before we left our luggage.
I used to love Excalibur, booked here a few times before, because of its affordability, the dining and entertainment options. But, after my last stay, maybe never again! The walls are peeling, the sticker painting on the headboard wall is peeling, dirty air-condition vents, moldy bathroom with pubic hair and cotton buds everywhere. The cabinets has trash, the room doesnt smell clean and doesnt look clean, which is important during the pandemic. The quality totally has gone down. Reservations at restaurants are fully booked as early as 5pm on a Holiday, eventhough they close at 12 midnight. I can go on...
Nice variety of slots. Clean and only a little smoke. Some patrons improperly wearing masks. Think all casinos should be smoke free especially since pandemic is raging.
Negative: It was very dirty out side and very hard to breath inside.
Negative: Room a little outdated the tv was not working very well .
Excellent place to stay in Vegas. Nice casino and closely located near other casinos and attractions. Several food options and very nice staff. I visited during the shutdown so I didnt get to see all they had to offer inside due to the shutdown. Hopefully next time everything will be up and running.
Positive: The location Negative: Long waiting line for the elevator
Positive: Beautiful and clean Negative: No
Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the EMT requesting to take temperature. The check in process was wuick and simple. Will was very professional and friendly. He made sure I knew the location of the room. Moreover, the supervisor Lydia was great as well. She acknowledged everyone which is excellent. Making certain all guests felt welcomed. Kudos to them!!
Positive: The ease to come and go from the location. Negative: The amenities.
Positive: Room square footage space Negative: Bathrooms need to be upgraded
Meh. Not great. Room seems “cheap”. One light above the bed has exposed wires. The toilet was loose, and it felt like i was gonna fall over. I had no bathroom. The shower was gross. There was no mini fridge in my room. The lampshade was busted. There was a weird stain on the wall. The office chair had a bunch of gross stains on it.
Positive: The view Negative: needs a little work done inside the room.
This corner of Las Vegas strip New York MGM Tropicana and Excalibur has most hotel rooms in the world on these 4 corners of the strip. You can easily walk to and go inside all of them very easily with the walkways Vegas has to cross over the streets on the strip. The streets in Vegas are very clean and always being wiped down.
Positive: Everything clean Negative: Did enjoy everything no comments
Positive: Price Negative: Missed a refrigerator in the rooms. Older decor and hotel but nice.
Not all its cracked up to be. My rooms smelled like sewage. Had to be moved. The new rooms still smelled like sewage. View was terrible, beds were dirty and walls had a blood colored substance on them. Really weird. No compensation for the issues. Stay somewhere better. We will never stay here again.
Clean casino, fresh clean rooms, Everyone wearing masks, Masks Gloves and hand sanitizer available to you if needed, safe comfortable environment,Friendly curious staff. I will enjoy coming back soon
Had a very nice time during the 4 days I was there. Staff was excellent, and accommodating. Recommend this hotel to anyone coming to vegas for a few days
Positive: Easy access to Las Vegas blvd. Quick check in. Temperature screenings. Negative: Dirty hotel room, marijuana on the floor.
I love this place. You can still get some good food inside the hotel on the 2nd floor. Lots to choose from. The rooms are nice and everyone is very nice. The Long Island Iced Teas are good on the casino floor also. The covid virus is under control because the have masks available for everyone. They even give you a couple while staying In their rooms.
Positive: Location Negative: Old
Positive: NICE PEOPLE Negative: COFFEE??? ONE TRASH CAN??? AIR CONDITIONER SUCKED
It was a nice experience. Great service but the rooms didnt have simple things, for the price. They could have at least had a mini coffee pot
Love this hotel. I love how you can check on using the app. Rooms are Always very clean and up to standards.
Positive: The hotel was clean the room was nice Negative: No
Positive: View Negative: Bathroom wasnt all the way clean
Stayed for 4 days and wasn’t bad. Bed and restroom was clean. I’m a bit weird when it comes to carpet, so wear shoes or sandals when walking about in the room(weird i know). Not found of smoke but that’s what you get with casino hotel. Almost everything is in walking distance on new strip.
Excalibur Las Vegas. Awesome sight walking up to it especially all lit up at nite. Cool castle theme. Everything you need is there including casino, restaurants, food court, 4 pools, full gym, spa, some shopping. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Good for the low price point. Convenient to walk to other hotels. Families with kids & couples too.
I did not like the stay. On arrival I went to my room and it was not clean. I was moved to a new room and then there was no hot water. Maintenance had to come and fix the and the furniture was dusty. I cleaned the room myself
The room doesnt have really any amenities i could have used a fridge and a microwave, and the bathroom has black stuff on the ceiling in the bathroom and smelled funny until I aired it out also the air filters are obviously not changed often either. The casino is nice and the food is great no complaints there. Overall Im not mad because of how cheap this was but I would like to see this place take more pride as a business.
They have a giant arcade for kids downstairs. Really stinks like sewer out by the parking lot. Didnt smell it anywhere in inside the building. Offered Stay Well Suites. Thousand dollar medical grade air filter it in the rooms. Even has a light indicator indicating poor air quality or not. Chlorine removers on the shower head. I think even doctors on call. Good pool. So much more.
So much fun. Great shows and awesome shops
Super friendly staff. Very helpful. The room was incredibly clean expect for the chair at the desk. Fabric is stained.
Great experience, Hands down! Rooms were clean! Not to sure why others say the hotel was dirty that is not correct. Maybe they are used to a 5 star hotel. Only thing I would give 4 stars would be customer service. They sounded so mute and not to happy. I think the CEO should fix that! I got to win some money. Only down side no refrigerator or microwave to keep food and drinks. I LOVED THE SECOND FLOOR it had all kinds of food choices. I would say so far I like this place! Thanks for the stay!!
Positive: Location, character, pool with slide Negative: Hotel charges resort fee
Decently priced hotel close to the airport and on the edge of the strip. Easy walking distance from other hotel/casinos. No refrigerators or microwaves though.
The casino floor was nice! This was a stop on the hop on & off buss tour I had booked. The wife and I got off here and went inside this establishment for a bite to eat...
Positive: The location Negative: yes resort fees
I was excited to stay at the Excalibur during my very first visit to Las Vegas. The hotel offered a 4 day comp special meaning I would only pay the hotel resort fees for each day of my stay. I was ecstatic and booked for a total of 6 days. However, on the day of my arrival I found my hotel room to be subpar. The room was very outdated, needing repairs and in dire need of a deep cleaning. I immediately looked for new accommodations after the hotel staff seemed unmoved by my complaint of the room. Very disappointing and not what I expected in customer service and satisfaction. No one should be required to pay for subpar services and subpar experiences anywhere! These are the pictures of my Excalibur hotel room booked 10.4.20 on the day of my check in. Very Very disappointing!
One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Think it would stand out it having a good reputation and being in Vegas, but I am very disappointed. The room not only has a horrible view, and has one of the smallest king size beds I’ve been on, but is also missing a refrigerator and a microwave.Haven’t been to a hotel without a fridge in a while.Everything looks old and used, and the toilet has old stains that probably won’t come off.I’ve stayed at a 3 star hotel that was better than this. This is my first time in Vegas and have been let down hard.
It was okay but the hotels on the strip isnt Worth it, to many fees and taxes for each night its best to get hotel off the strip at least youll have a refrigerator and microwave and better rooms.Royal hotel was a lil better then the resort at Excalibur hotel. Just being honest. But I enjoyed myself.
Positive: Location Negative: security
I loved my time here. I go to Vegas 1 or 2 times a year to visit family and we switch from hotel to hotel because of prices bad experiences and other stuff, but Excalibur was amazing My family loved it. The arcade was great, The view was amazing, amazing for children with the medieval theme. I could do with a mini-fridge, but it was okay since I brought a cooler, Overall, amazing stay and I hope to come again for my birthday.
The hotel was nice for the most part! The casino was nice and the location was great! Due to COVID there wasn’t as much to offer as there normally would be. The buffet isn’t open. The hotel room shower and sink water took forever to go down so when you took a shower you would be standing in a bunch of water. The pool was very nice and clean. The cabana was def worth it and keep up cool during the hot summer days!
Great place to stay if you have kids. They have good arcades for kids and good prizes. Good varieties of slots for adults to gamble. Rooms were clean and nice as well they were big. Staff was very friendly.
Positive: The room was beautiful And the hotel was amazing
Loved this place. Used my Pop Slots points. My husband loved it.His first time to Vegas.
It was great it was my first time to Vegas and cant wait till I can go again with more time to see the citys main strip
Positive: Proximity to airport Negative: Cleanliness was below standard, & unacceptable especially during a pandemic.
Love this place! Its very affordable, free parking, on the strip, has connecting bridges to New York, New York and Luxor. We have stayed here multiple times just as a couple and now with our little ones. The staff here are friendly. They have masks at entrances to the casino and numerous sanitizer machines throughout the casino floor. Also a handwashig machine in the middle of the casino. Every other machine is blacked out to keep social distancing. The arcade is open as well and on the second floor they have a few restaurants open. Also Buca De Beppo is located in here and is open as well. We enjoy staying here and will stay here again.
Positive: Negative:
Was nice we were just there to hang out/gamble but when we walked in we got tricked in to go to a seminar to get some free stuff. The young man told us it was gonna be less then half hour we end up staying their for an hour and 30 minutes. It was extremely cold so that was not nice
Positive: The hotel is in a great spot and it has a good ambience. Negative: The room was dirty even though the room had been sanitized. There was a french fry on the floor, sauce spots on the table, and a dirty rag in the bathroom. The room had no fridge, luckily we happened to bring a cooler just in case this happened.
Positive: Low Price Negative: Unknown 150.00 deposit. Resort fees too high for just using the pool for an hour. Had to wait on a list for the pool
I like this resort will definitely come back the receptionist were very sweet and the security were very helpful. Love the room. The TV could have been much better. . Otherwise nice . Very nice place to relax and have fun so much to do .
Positive: Price Negative: Old stinky rooms.
Positive: Everything was great Negative: Not at all
Charged for wifi and soap. And our AC didnt work. Hopefully that gets fixed for the next visitor. Otherwise the rooms were good.
Very well prepared for the pandemic. I enjoyed my stay here. I hope they never go back to those big bed comforters. It felt so much more clean and fresh without them. No one messing in your room unless you requested it.
There is a good show here called the Tournament of Kings which I have bought tickets to ever since I was a kid. The price of admission is pretty reasonable and you get to eat a roast chicken and broccoli with only your bare hands. I dont think that I would want to stay in a room in this particular hotel however because the inside of it smelled quite strongly of cigarettes whenever I walked around.
Negative: Nice
Much nicer than I expected. Casino is not overly smokey, hotel is very clean and roomy. Employees are friendly. Doors are easy to open for ease of wheelchairs, etc. You just wave at the sensor, no button to push.Close to everything you might want to do in Vegas.Weve been very impressed!
This is my first stay here. Along with me family that came. Automatically, we get here and the reservation my brother made 6 months ago, doesnt matter to them. It’s whoever checks in first...so we got downgraded. We had three different rooms. The room I am staying in, had a couple different broken stuff. The lights behind the bed only work for a minute and then they turn off. The bed light is ripped out. The vent in the bathroom doesn’t work. And one of the drawers continuously comes out on its own so you have to put a stopper in it...this is my first real stay in Vegas, and we will NOT be returning to this hotel. The only good thing about the stay is the view and nice staff. Only reason I gave it a 2 star instead of a 1.
Positive: It was clean Negative: There was no fridge or microwave in our hotel room. Nobody would help us with our luggage.
Stayed here for the first time. The rooms need updating a bit more but overall not bad. We rented a cabana by the pool for the day and it was awesome and the servers were very attentive
Negative: None of the low remarks are hotel fault....coronavirus stopped too much stuff from happening
