Great drinks, fast service. Table games were managed with little to no problems. Also, everyone seemed to adhere to standards outlined in regards to COVID
This is a very nice casino, by Las Vegas standards. The staff IS CONSISTENTLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND rampart, THE GAMBLING EXPERIENCE IS LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR.
It is very close to home. It is nice to not have to drive an extended amount of time that it would take to get to some of the bigger casinos. But yet you get all the bells and whistles, (literally) pun intended!!! The employees are always so nice. They make it an enjoyable experience.
Visited the casino, nice easy layout and had breakfast at the promenade cafe. Staff were excellent. Had a great breakfast, deuces wild $8.99 and a hot Tea. Pancakes were fab. Friend had pancakes with blueberries they were massive and delicious. All too much came away way too full but a good start to the day. Thumbs up!
We are locals and always gamble on the strip. We have the highest tier card at Cosmo. Lately because what was going on the strip we decided to gamble at rampart casino.Worst casino player experience we had . The casino host brenda park called us left us message if we wanted to stay and have dinner because she saw how much we gambled $$$$ that night . So we called her back on october 13 told her we would like to stay on October 16 and 17. On October 16 we arrived, we meet her at her office, she told us we dont have room available. I cant believe she had 3 days to follow up with us to confirm about the room. I cant believe its Marriott. All she did was apologize. She blamed reservations department for her mistake. She must know someone to get a job as a host at rampart because she definitely doesnt know how to do her job. She had our information on a napkin which was very funny. I seen more professional people working in a 3 star hotel. We will never gamble there. Thank you for nothing.
My first time visiting. Was fairly surprised by the size of the casino.. it was bigger inside than what I expected, judging from the outside.
Best Comps in town period. Nice people that work there as well. Props to the bar tenders at the Round bar! Like most casinos today, the poker and slots are tight. Buffet has been remodeled and is really good. Parking is pretty good as well. The tapenaki grill is excellent. Nice local casino. If only I could get Lucky & win more!
Rampart, JW Marriott is an amazing get away from all the drama and pos on the strip.. definitely a great beautiful casino, hotel
Very professional staff. The pool is so beautiful. I enjoyed myself. I would recommend
The best casino in my viewI get a win 80% of the time.Best slots. Good company,,,
Nice environment. Had a few drinks lost a hundred bucks but thats the experience in casinos
Awesome casino beautiful outside gardens and around the pool. Will be visiting more now that we know it is in Vegas.
Had a great time at Rampart Casino today. I love their sports book and betting options are plentiful.
This resort is beautiful and the perfect place for a wedding.. absolutely stunning.
I recommend visiting the Rampart Casino. The various dining has something for everyone’s hungry tummy. The “ching ching” bells are always ringing so that tells me the machines are very loose. Yes I have came up and either doubled or tripled my ‘walk-in’ pockets. There’s a lot more I can add but time is of the essence. Visit and experience the atmosphere for yourself. You won’t regret it.
Best Pool in town. Amazing Staff. Will return soon for sure!
The fact they hired a live dj to spin during Covid ....the atmosphere is top notch
Went to the new Earl Grey Cafe. Great service. Good. Food.
Since Corona Virus this place is a money pit. I went through $140 before my first bonus and that was only $8. Absurd. I play Buffalo Machines and not only did they take some out, the few that are left had every other one disabled. Used to go on weekends and have dinner and play but cheaper be far to just go to a give star restaurant and have dinner. They should just close the casinos till this pandemic us over. I had 3 comps to the steakhouse that I put a lot of money out tobearn before the pandemic but they all expired when they were closed and would not Honor Them....now how honorable us that?
Good social distancing... Temperature check on the way in; every-other machine was turned-off to keep people separated. Employees visibly wiping machines and chairs.
Save your money during this covid thing they wiped out your points and you can drop a hundred bucks in there in about five minutes not win anything and they wont even comp you pack of cigarettes LOL looking for a new favorite
I love the Market Buffet at Rampart! Its just big enough, but not too big. Its clean and neat. Most of all, the food is really good! The price is right AND I had a coupon...even better!!!My husband and I will make it our dinner spot from now on.
Good service, friendly and clean. Not cheap with the free play and good deals on great food.
Ate at the cafe had to send lobster ravioli back it was terrible! Taste too fishy.water taste like perfume. I dont think Ill eat there for a 2and time
Had a nice time. Enjoyed ice cream at clubhouse deli. Had a good time on the slots. Good to get out of the house.
I havent been to Vegas for many, many years, but slot machines have totally lost their appeal by being electronic. No excitement of coins pouring out, no buckets to carry around, no longer fun. As for the rest if the casino... being a non smoker it is pretty difficult for me to sit in for any length of time. I can hardly tolerate walking through. Seems like casinos over all could do a better job of cleaning the air at the very least. As for the buffet... the dessert bar was delicious, the salad bar was decent, but the rest was mediocre at best. The $8.99 lunch price (with players card) was worth it, but I wouldnt have paid anymore.
Beautiful, being there doesnt even feel like your in Vegas. Im a local and I enjoyed every bit of this place.
Went to the Horthone Grill. Good food and great table service. Will definitely go back and reccommend it also.
I decided to visit the casino - very good service. I give a rating of 5.
The staff here are amazing- Always Helpful-Always Kind! The casino is intimate and I found the payouts to be better than most LV Casinos.
Adjacent to the JW Marriott in Summerlin,Spiedinis Italian Restaurante is a great dining experience at reasonable prices. From Chopped Salads to Osso Bucco, Calamari, or a Meatball Appetizer, served in a classic upbeat Art Deco Dining Room.New Hawthorne Grille, new Market Buffet, new Asian Fusion Restaurant named Jade. The Promanade coffee shop is enclosed in Glass to null out casino noise a cigarette smoke.New sports book with an Clubhouse Sandwich Shop.Tables games craps with 10X odds. Blackjack games with doubling on splits. Lots of new slots with improved lighting in main gaming area. The parking garage capacity has been increased by 50%.
I didnt win not even a little or get 1 drink!:(
My favorite casino. Great clientele
Great place to both gamble and eat the employees are friendly and helpful
If youre old you will like it but man its boring lost 100 dollars in 30 seconds never to return
My wife and I always eat the buffet and then we play. Food is good and people there are nice. Its more of an older crowd (avg age is probably 50) which we enjoy better and we are in our 30s. Everyone I walk by usually has a smile and is very polite and respectful. The sportsbook has nice screens and the bar is decent. I have nothing bad to say about Rampart, it has always been good to us.
It is a beautiful place..friendly staff. Shaun gave exceptional service at Earl Grey. Thanks.
Nice machine pay a little to keep you playing
I still. Hear playing Bingo, I really like. This Casino
Quiet and clean. Perfect for the senior community. I love this place
Right now its awful....machines are tight, not too many people in casino. Staff is always friendly.
Nice food and drinks gambling is good.
Many years of enjoying the Ramport.
I Bowled had lots of fun . thank you .hope i can.coms again !!!!!!
A nice neighborhood casino hotel in Las Vegas away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. The atmosphere has the same buzz in the casino as strip casinos 5 times its size. Quality places to eat and regularly scheduled entertainment. Great staff.Conference rooms that can cater to most sized events. Plenty of parking thats free.
I have not won or seen anyone else win since they reopened. Not good
Went to Rampart Casino today (Valentines Day) for the first time in several years and all I can say is that I was not impressed. The Buffet was fair but did not have much of a selection. Quality was average to slightly above but nothing really stood out for us. Gaming was also about as expected. The nicest thing was that the area around the Food Court area is all non smoking.
The place is usually full by the look of it, especially Friday thru the weekend.Masses of people gambling - hopefully not their paychecks away.Several different restaurants, depending on choice and prices. The hotel and rooms are very good, away from the Hussel and Bussel, so quiet. The grounds are fantastic, and spectacular views towards the mountains.
We went here for breakfast. We were disappointed to find out their cafe was closed for remodeling. They were using their buffet area for breakfast. It was very good. The food tastes awesome. They provided a lot of variety. The servers & cooks were awesome, very pleasant & eager to please. Ill go back for sure & hoping they make a breakfast buffet a regular thing.
The buffet is excellent. Not only attractive but quality of food is excellent. The Chinese was light tasty. Delicious. I had ny steak very tasty.. Same with desserts. Real ingredients. Highly recommend oh and the service charming. What a nice experience
I was impressed with the buffet. Normally There isnt a whole lot of food. I like at the buffet. But there were several things that I found that I enjoyed. The casino itself is nice. Its not smoky in there.
I went to the buffet last night for the all you can eat crab legs. My first complaint is the wait time was way too long and unorganized. There was three lines. Two of the lines were general admission. One line was for the VIP players who were able to walk right up and get seated while the rest of us had to wait a long time. I get it with the VIP players. They play often and spend lots of money, but the three lines should havebeen rotated fairly. It took other guests to complain to a host. The host had to show the other hosts how to rotate the lines so all can be seated fairly and in a timely manner. A frustrated guest was told by a host that the guests in the vip line had made reservations thats why they are seated quickly. There is no reservations for a buffet. Just totally unorganized. It was hot in the line and I started to get nauseous waiting so long. I also went early to beat the lines so I thought. Secondly, the crab legs barely had any meat in them. They were skimpy as ever. I also noticed they raised the price on Fridays to 35.99. I kid you not when I cracked open a crab leg, it was empty or just a very thin piece of crab meat slid out. I was very disappointed and frustrated that we stood on line over an hour and paid 35.99 per person for those crab legs! I use to enjoy the Rampart buffet but now i have to look for another local restaurant that serves all you can eat crab legs. I dont want to experience that again.
Had so much fun here up and down with winnings but such a fun time and always leave ahead!
We went to the buffet in the casino. The food was AMAZING and flavorful. I enjoyed every single bite. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Our drinks were never empty.
I have lived on this side of town for more than 20yrs and have only visited the Marriott/Rampart Casino a handful of times. Huge mistake YES! Hidden gem absolutely. This place has incredibly/lush outdoor spaces to enjoy a coffee etc. Being smaller service felt personal..definitely going back!
Love this place just wish I could win some money
Really enjoyed our visit for Thanksgiving. The valet staff was really friendly and pleasant. We had dinner at the cafe and the Thanksgiving dinner was perfect. The waitress and restaurant staff was also just very friendly. Visit you won’t be disappointed.
Best price food in the NW Las Vegas. Check out the Earl grey cafe.
Well keep secret. Its a casino that is off the strip and well worth seeing. Great sports book. Many slot machines. Mature visitors. Good food. Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious.
The slots, are tight, Jade food was good but 42.00 for few pieces of Duck with a side of bread, I fill should had come with soup or salad. My $10.00 slice of cheesecake taste good, but was so small, should be $5.00 or no higher then $7.00. Might come back.
Everything was perfect..but the eggs at earl grey Cafe were powdered eggs and I got a stomach ache...the place is beautiful and the roo.s are to die for
Rampart Casino is beautiful and upscale and has very low minimum bets to keep the money flowing
Our waitress treated our family with superb hospitality. She had the most wonderful smile that lit up the room too. We hope to return soon and get the same wonderful woman.
Driving in from Rampart Rd. was a little confusing for the first time ( in the dark.) Once in, it felt comfortable and friendly. I used the 2 for 1 buffet coupon they sent me in the mail. To my delight, they had beef borsht soup (one of my favorite Ukrainian specialities.) It was good, as well as their tempura shrimp, and Hawaiian dishes are honorable mentions. I was favorably pleased with their variety. My waitress was quick, friendly, and professional. What is there not to like? My cost with the 50% off coupon was $8 and change out the door!!
I used to be a most loyal patron of this casino for 20 years .But since the management changed last year and casino is doing some renovation it is impossible to have any play time there.$ 300 last you one hour without having any fun.The employees are wonderful that is why I stop there from time to time there .The hosts on the other hand ( with small exemptions) are very rude and standoffish. They don’t make you feel welcome there anymore .I noticed all regular customers are not coming to Rampart no more. What a shame !It used to be my home away from home . People have many other choices when they can enjoy gambling without going bankrupt!
I just found my new favorite casino and buffet!! Brunch is delicious love it and price is reasonable. Casino is nice and the waitresses do a good job making sure cocktails are refilled while playing. Sports betting area is very comfortable and the drinks are good. Theres also a little cafe next to the sports betting area and they sell good sandwiches and the desserts hit the sweet spot yummy... Would recommend to give this casino & buffet a try.
Worst casino and especially management.. power went out.. and their decision was to close all table games.. which is fine... even though I deliberately come to play there and after losing $300 I had to leave without a chance to get it back. what is not fine though that their cashier stopped working aswell..and their solution to the problem was to tell us you can always come back without giving any incentive to come back... basically theyre making their customers pay for anything that is going wrong with their business.. which is really bad business practice...
Not sure what happened to Rampart. We visit family here twice a year. Every visit includes multiple recreational gambling stops at Rampart. They were always enjoyable, even when losing. But our visits this holiday season revealed a stunning drop at Rampart. A number of the pitch blackjack dealers were borderline incompetent: inability to count hands, failure to control players at the table, and poor pitch skills, with cards regularly bouncing off the bets rather than near the player, causing us to reach over and around our checks to grab our initial two cards. Is it that hard to toss the cards somewhere in front of the player? Do the surveillance folks like seeing us repeatedly reaching over our bets to grab a card that shouldve been pitched in front of us? And the hospitality at Rampart this holiday season was the worst Ive experienced at any casino Ive visited. Tremendously disappointing. I hope theres improvement in these areas on our next visit or we may be headed to Suncoast or Red Rock instead.
Beautiful property. Lots of food places, spacious sports book. Love the wide open rotunda with table games. So worth the drive!!
Nice casinoNice serviceVery clean
Good food before they shut down.Liked the buffet too.
Really enjoyable,not super busy
Phillipino cashier was mean,no one ever offered water are a drink. Machines were horrible lost $400
Wow, talk about a make over. The buffet and sports book and the place in-between AWESOME. Now it just needs looser slots. LoL. Even with it being a smokey casino it doesnt feel dingy its very bright and alive. The new entrance way is brighter and welcoming. I Love all the changes. They really spruced up the place.
The worst place. Like a ghost town
Terrible! Machines are not paying. Cant get bonuss on slot games. When you pay a higher bet slots dont pat at all. Lower net of course you get less than $1.00 back. Be ready to lise if playing slots.
Great people.
The casino was staffed with some very nice people. They have recently done some remodeling and it all looks very nice. Again the dealers and Supervisors were extremely nice.
I love this casino. Never too crowded and the main casino pit has such a great feel. Great floor staff and it is always a pleasant experience. Nice selection of table games and your standard slot selection.
I came here for Veterans Day and it wasnt super packed in the buffet. Since the last time I visited this casino there has been quite a bit of remodeling. The sports book directly across from the buffet has been updated and modernized. The same is true of the buffet and it has outdoor patio seating which is really nice. I will be back to check out the additional upgrades and catch a football game in the near future. Would recommend paying the Rampart a visit if you are in the area.
Employees are all so very helpful from valets to drink girls to club staff! Thats the most notable difference than any other casino! Bravo!
A fantastic experience. From the staff in the bingo hall to the casino hosts (especially Keith), everything about this place is top notch. They take care of their patrons and are always willing to go the extra mile. Cant say enough good things about the Rampart! A+
Remodeled buffet is very impressive. Food variety and quality was excellent. Casino was average not a big variety of table games but there is a nice compliment of older and new slot machines.
A locals place-recent renovations. Really bright and clean. Lots of food areas and a popular Bingo room. Easy parking.
Fun little (I appreciate the size) casino. The buffet is good for $16 (with a players card) and the other restaurants are decently priced.
Nice place to gamble. Less smoky than most casinos.
My friend and I went here for a $9.99 steak and lobster dinner. The casino itself is owned by Marriott and it shows. Its a lovely place with high ceilings and nice Casino decor. The cafe where we ate was nice and comfortable. The service was a little slow but friendly. The steak was extremely thin but despite that fact it was cooked rare perfect to my liking. The dinner was served with a delicious baked potato, bread, zucchini and summer squash and of course the lobster! It was a very small tail but it was delicious! It was a filling meal for a great price at a good location. Id definitely do it again when Im in Vegas.
Had lunch at the Market Buffet. It was delicious. What a great improvement. We definitely will be returning. The food was very good...best local buffet around.
It was actually pretty good.
The people at the tables are really nice and seem to know their games very well. They take the time to explain uncertain and confusing things about the games without sounding condescending. In particular Michael was very nice even giving us directions on where to go in the casino and restaurant tips. The person at the rewards center desk was very friendly and helped us sign up with very little time or energy spent trying to figure it out. Even let us know about special promotions while he was typing. In general I would say this is one of the nicest local casinos that Ive ever been to in Las Vegas.
It is beautiful, if youre not staying really nearby its a little bit difficult to find. It seems to be for the medium to high rollers. They have great games but not all of them are at the price point that I want.
Wow! We live in Las Vegas and went to the newly remodeled buffet yesterday. Looks great, lots more room, more dinning tables. Staff very nice and helpful. Nice selection of food! Reasonable priced! We will return! Thank you!
So we literally just showed up, signed up for players card. Not much information shared. Parents signed up, with another individual, received t-shirts? Same membership. Not that we need the shirts. Not well ventilated. So far, not liking the Rampart. Went to an Italian restaurant to be told they are not taking anymore customers till 8:00! How about a sign up front, before I make a person with a disability walk all the way up to the restaurant. Strike 2!! Decided to eat at Jade. Was seated within a timely manner. But no menus! Waited on waiter for about 15 minutes just for water and menus. Thats all I have to say about our first time visit! Just WTH!? Im sure this place is great for some. We definitely didnt see it!
