Beautiful hotel, great service, great food and very clean. The casino was not very generous but hey...that happens.Robert at the taxi pick up was awesome! We needed an handicapped accessable cab and he hooked us up with an awesome cab driver that took us around to various places and came back to pick us up whenever we called him. It was great! Ask Robert to hook you up with a cab driver named Chris. We ordered room service the 1st night we got in and it was much better than expected! Pricey but very good. The Conservatory is beautiful and worth spending some time at.We went during the pandemic and many of the bars were not opened unless they sold food also but the staff was also diligent about keeping people safe by social distancing and mask wearing. The shopping opportunities were endless and of course the fountains speak for themselves! They are much better at night however. All in all a great 4 day stay for us and I am sure we will go back!
Bellagio Hotel & Casino is probably one of the best Vegas hotels. The water fountain show is simply amazing to watch. The lobby is stunning. The staff was always willing to help including the gaming staff. There is only high end designers in the mall, which isnt bad, but TBH, it doesnt appeal to the masses IMO.
Bellagio stands tall and massive on the Vegas Strip with their amazing musical fountains entertaining everyone without any expectations since forever, most fascinating sight in Las Vegas . Their indoor decor is gorgeous, changing with seasons . The casinos are always super packed, with herds of people walking around. Their luxurious shopping arena with all possible high end stores is a cherry on the cake . Having said that, it definitely needs remodeling, rooms are old and fixtures outdated . We booked the fountains facing room, the view was definitely amazing but the rooms and its decor are need big makeover . But the staff was friendly and parking for guests was ample and free . Overall wonderful experience.
Come for the fountains, stay for one of the best experiences on the Las Vegas strip. Most visitors are here for the water show out-front: the Fountains of Bellagio, but there is so much more to this hotel and casino. Fun fact about the Bellagio Hotel and Casino: the Bellagio was built on the site of the demolished Dunes hotel and casino. Inspired by the Lake Como town of Bellagio in Italy, Bellagio is famed for its elegance. If youre in town and looking for a nice place to bring your lady, staying at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino is always a good choice. Located in the center of the strip, you cant go wrong here.
Elegant and spotless. Endless things to do right on the resort. High-end shopping and dining $$$$. Dont miss the chocolate fountain! The conservatory is breathtaking and very well maintained. Pool area is amazing and spotless. I think I counted 5 pools. Room service is rude and slow to order unfortunately but delivered with a smile. All in all would definitely stay again.
Love everything here, the fountain view was amazing!!!! We stayed in a king bed room with fountain view during covid 19 time, no shows, no buffet...the only thina just okay is the interior of room in main building is a bit outdated. Except that, its totally worth it with the comfortable bed and fantastic fountain view.
Very beautiful hotel, courteous and well trained staff. The moment you walk through the front entrance finding your way around the hotel you will be totally captivated by what you see.Such beautiful interiors and exciting colors, makes you feel that its worth every penny. The Casino is huge and they have big bets. The only thing i felt was not upto the mark was the room. We got a room facing the Caesers Palace. It was a pretty basic room though it wasnt cheap. I have stayed in a better rooms in another hotels. But other than that everything was great. And the O show at this hotel is a must watch.
I had such a beautiful experience at Las Vegas this past fall. The Bellagio water works is breathtaking and a definite must! I found it relaxing and the music was magnificent. They have many standing areas around the lake for tourist to safely stand in. Unfortunately there is a lot of homeless people there but it makes funny stories to retell. I had a blast and definitely recommend!
As always a very enjoyable experience. Exceptional Covid precautions in effect. Well lite, staffed and secure establishment.
At the Bellagio you will find the most dreamy experience in Vegas. Also, they have the best all you can eat brunch buffet I have ever tried in the whole world. Yes! In the whole world!!!!Chocolate lover? Go check the certified by Guinness World Records largest chocolate fountain in the world.
Great stay. Booked via PopSlots two nights and only paid resort fees. $102 for two nights. Stayed in a King room (basic) but was well worth the $50 a night. The amenity kit with the customized face masks are an added bonus. Check in was easy and was able to check in on the app and there is kiosks where you can get your room keys so you dont have to have face to face contact with anyone. I definitely recommend and would stay here again especially booking via PopSlots or MyVegas.
We loved seeing the Fall conservatory setup and cannot wait to see the Christmas one soon. Always love watching the fountains show here too.
Drink options at the slots have gone downhill significantly. No more frozen drinks since they got rid of the bartenders... Otherwise the casino is great!Rooms are not being cared for like they should.Edit*Bellagio responded below. My response to them is....I will definitely be back!!!! I wish youd bring back things like frozen drinks and your signature drink the bellini.Also. Attention to detail is needed in the rooms. Ive brought it up a few times to the manager about room cleanliness. Mold on the ceiling of bathroom and around grout specifically. Please pay close attention to details in room inspections! Small changes that dont cost money! Attention to detail!Otherwise I love it there!!
Positive: The location, The pool Negative: The service by hospitality staff. The clogging of the drains
Overall it was a disappointingly underwhelming experience. We stayed in a one bedroom penthouse suite. The room was beautiful and huge, and their covid precautions were exemplary. However the service fell incredibly short. For some reason we never got a new coffee kit each day. Each evening we would call and they would send one up which was fine, although still a pain to have to call to get 2 new k-cups. However on Friday night we called to get one for the next morning and were told we would be charged. After explaining we never got the refill for the day we were told housekeeping was no longer in the hotel so they wouldn’t be able to bring one up. Given that this is a casino in Las Vegas on a Friday night that clearly isn’t true.Overall we wouldn’t stay here again, for staying in a penthouse suite I expected a significantly better experience. I don’t want to have to pester people to get basic service.
Great place. Amazing view. Perfectly loacted. Awesome pool. Had to walk to Cosmo everyday for Starbucks though since theres was still closed. Room was great, loved the bathtub. Just wish it came with a personal refrigerator and not just the mini bar. But all in all, will be staying here again absolutely!
Than you Bellagio for your hospitality and generosity my friends experienced an amazing 21st birthday get away the service was phenominal. you should team up with circus circus and make a new casino/hotel that is inclusive to those leas fortunate and fortunate. thank you once again to the security and staff they are shining examples peace and love. i spoke to two amazing managers that really helped me feel safe and secure with my decisions thank you again i really am excited to see what is in the future for this establishment and its employees. love you all
Stayed here for 5 days. What a beautiful hotel. The professional staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The beds are very nice, I got some good sleep. The Fountains are so beautiful and worth going to watch. The only criticism I have is for the restaurants. Employees really need to know or ask what is in food when I guess asks. I purchased two items today from Cafe Gelato and turns out couldnt eat either of them because my food allergies were in both of them when I was told there were none. It was a waste of $35.
So our actual room was nice, the view from our room was nice, the staff was pleasant, very clean, great location on the strip. The water show was so nice....! Now let’s get into these 3 stars....! First you have to have a room key to get on the elevator which only takes you to the casino floor and your room floor... great security feature... ok however we had some kids running through the halls knocking on the door like they were the police, tilting the lights all the way down the hall way!!! Oh the hallway was like 2 blocks long of a walk if you get put at the end of one. There is no refrigerator or microwave accessible for guest. Something they should tell all their guest upon check in is DO NOT MOVE ANYTHING IN THE MINI BAR IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DRINK IT “they charge even if you look at it and put it back or use it to store your food as a fridge”. The vending machine on our floor only had water in it. Due to Covid the pools closed at 7pm but once they reached capacity you had to go on the wait list which took 3 hours before we could go to the pool. Out of our 4 day stay we went to the pool once. The traffic to get to the Uber pick up location was crazy we had drivers tell us that they had been waiting to pick us up from the Main Street for 25 mins. Even though the Uber app says they are 1 min away...!In response to their comment:We called the front desk to ask about a microwave and fridge and they young lady stated they don’t provide them.
Incredible experience, accomodations, gaming, food, and service. One of best trips ever to Vegas!! Will definitely be back!!
Lined with upscale casino hotels, the neon-soaked Strip is quintessential Las Vegas. As well as gambling floors, the vast hotel complexes house a variety of shops, restaurants (ranging from mainstream to high-end), and performance venues for music, comedy and circus-style acts.
It is beautiful as always. The water show was running. Only disappointment is the beautiful seasonal decorated area next to the lobby was being worked on. I took new friends hoping to take lots of holiday photos together since we wont be gathering on Christmas day!
This is the second time we stayed at Bellagio and we just love this hotel! We booked a fountain view room. At first we were assigned a lower floor room when we did the mobile check in, then we asked the frost desk if we could switch to a higher floor. The lady was so nice and accommodating and gave us a room on the 17th floor with a perfect view of the fountain. The room was spacious and elegant and the bed was so comfy. The only small negative is that there was no fridge and microwave in the room. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!
Beautiful casino with a lot of table games of many varieties. Most table games are $25 or above. Most blackjack tables on the main floor are 6/5. There is much to do in and around this casino and it is conveniently located in the middle of the strip. This is a classy establishment and has many high end stores and restaurants.
Clean, spacious rooms with amazing view (fountain view). If you havent watched the fountain show from a room yet, you definitely have to do so. 27th floor was perfect to watch the show. We loved it. Would come again!
Negative: Not enough cleaning stations and multiple hand sanitizers were empty.
We stayed here at Bellagio and we had an Absolutely Fabulous and enjoyable experience! My 3 favorites were The Famous Fountain of Bellagio’s Dancing water fountain, Bellagio’s One of the most stunning features of the Bellagio resort is its 14,000-square-foot Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. The resort, beautiful pool! We had an Amazing and fantastic time.️
Always a great time visiting Bellagio hotels. The observatory has its fall decors, but there is a line to limit visitors viewing the area due to COVID-19.
I love this place!!! My only complaint here is, the servers take way too long with taking drink orders... They need more servers... 3 hours on the machines & tables gambling, spending money, & a server came only twice... I cant be the only one to complain about that. But the hotel is beautiful, & our room was perfect... Staff was great...
Love the indoor garden!! Great service. And they are practicing social distancing as best they can there.
FYI- $125 PER DOG FEE. We traveled with three 5lb Chihuahuas and stayed 1 night. We booked our room over the phone directly with the hotel prior to arrival. We told them we had 3 small dogs and they said it would be a $125 pet fee. We were given our total for our 1 night stay (including pet fee). Upon check-in, we were told that we should have been charged $125 PER DOG! I explained that that was not stated over the phone when booking. I have never had to pay per dog when staying at a hotel. I feel they should not have charged us since we were not made aware and I would not have stayed there if I knew it would be $375 just for my 3 tiny dogs! We asked if the hotel manager could waive the additional fee. She said she could charge for 2 dogs instead of 3 dogs. We felt they could have done better. The hotel is nice but the room was very average.
This hotel is for the high roller. Stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was amazing. Had a view of the fountain. Customer service is great. Food options are not for those on a budget. The location is great. Near plenty of other hotels. The only thing I wish the room came with was a microwave.
Always a pleasure staying here! Do not miss the flower exhibits! Also be nice to your Bellmen! Ours was awesome! He even walked us to our car in the garage because valet was not available. Also you never know who you meet. He is the uncle of a famous musician! Anyways, this place is the best. I highly recommend booking early and paying a few more dollars to get the fountain view!
Easy and quick check in. They follow the mask mandate and made sure every room was clean. The tub was so nice it is the best way to relax after walking around the casinos. The curtains are so nice and they open and close with a button. The bed was soft and great to just plop down on. The pool was so freezing cold, but it felt amazing. The casino was fun. The botanical garden was gorgeous.
Coolest water show in front they have it it every hour. Inside you can go to the shops. Plenty of Restaurants. They have a cheese cake factory. Also they have a beautiful flower exhibit inside. Along with the gondola rides. Plenty to do if you dont gamble
Its iconic and popular, but they still manage to give it a luxury and boutique feel. The conservatory is well worth a visit, and its always exciting to see how it changes. I enjoy the art gallery as well, which fits nicely into their refined Italian luxury theme. Speaking of theme, they are able to carry it throughout the property in a tasteful way. If you like architecture/design, youll really enjoy the property. The level of service and attention to detail, is fantastic. I also enjoy their Stay Well rooms, which are designed like a normal room, but have an air filter, aromatherapy, a foam mattress, and few other items to enhance your stay. The rooms have an understated and timeless style, and feel luxurious. They pull off the perfect balance between large LV casino, and a boutique feel.Gambling has always been good there for me, and the cocktail waitresses are always there when you need. All the staff are attentive and friendly.
Bellagio was a great experience from the facility, staff, gambling, shops everything was what I expected and more. We did have one minor issue in our room, we called down to the front office just to let them know, within five minutes maintenance was at our room addressed the problem at gave us a voucher for $25 off on food for each guest in our room was really impressed.
Positive: It was clean. Negative: I had no issues.
I loved the Bellagio, the pools were awesome and had the nicest server; Wendy, she should really be put in a management program, we had a lovely conversation and shes a Rockstar. The Bellagio needs to capitalizing on that talent. The lobby & conservatory is always gorgeous with amazing floral artistry. We enjoyed dinner at Prime & it was delicious. The one thing that I would say is that I do think the rooms are ready for a refresh. Overall this was the luxurious relaxation that I needed.
One of the most impressive hotels and landmarks on the Vegas strip. In front of the hotel sits 8-acre pool with a water fountain show that airs nightly year round. If you stay the night, the have plenty of upscale rooms that feature artwork, marble bathrooms & tubs, plus smart TVs. Dont get me started on the fine dining options, some of which have front-row views to the fountain show. Options include PRIME steakhouse, Lago, Spago, La Cirque and Picasso. The casino is also immaculate and has over 2,000 slot machines and 40 ️poker tables. Dont forget the spa and art gallery, plus 5 outdoor pools. The hotel does have handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms throughout.
I am very pleased with my room, the view of the Bellagio Fountains and the exemplary customer service. The casino floor very clean and a shout out to whoever came up with the handwashing stations besides the sanitizer stations!Spago! Amazing! Ask for patio seating near railing. Spago a must.
What an experience! Such a beautiful place! I really enjoyed the pool area and the conservatory. So beautiful. The check in staff was super sweet and I feel so bad I didnt remember her name. Love her! I would love to come back. Oh and tell the gal from room service that I learned my lesson and will remember to call from my room phone from now on. She was not happy with me at all...The room was beautiful and super clean. I wish I could have stayed a couple of days so I could use that HUGE bath tub! Thank you to all who were nice to us, we had a blast!
Seems to be one of the better hotels in the strip. Feels more upscale than the rest and then you have the fountain show. Great free exhibits inside too.
Gorgeous and the water show is amazing!!! Had a blast here. Great customer service and very polite employees help at every chance to ensure youre having fun and are comfortable.
Great place to relax and walk through they used over 30,000 roses to just make hello kitty in here. Always peaceful and beautiful place to visit for flower lovers. Great art work when they have it up.
Free fountain water show since like 1992 still impresses me.
My only complaint is that valet parking was not open and we had to self park. I like to leave my car and not see it again until my trip is over. I did mobile check in, so went right to the room, then requested a fountain view room which they did upgrade me to. The staff was great. I spoke to the front desk, room service, housekeeping and they were all very nice and helpful. There is a hand washing station in the middle of the casino and hand sanitizers through out. At the entrance to the building and to the elevators are disposable masks, which came in handy when I went downstairs and forgot mine. Overall it was a great experience and they are doing what they can to protect guests during this time.
Bellagio is beautiful! The fountains, the garden, the stained glass, the piano bar... So enjoyable. Bellagio is definitely the place I recommend to out of town visitors. My ONE critique is: now they dont let people, other than guests, park in their parking garage! I understand paying for parking but not refusing parking to guests of your casino.
We loved the Bellagio and cant wait to go back. We stayed there for our wedding, everyone was great to work with, all of the employees were so nice, helpful and professional. Love the food, especially the Strawberry Cake! The fountains are my absolute favorite reason for staying at the Bellagio!
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Beautiful fountain view i had from my room, especially at night. The staff was very helpful. I did have to make multiple noise complaints and staff was really helpful in moving me to another room. Overall I had a great time. Everything was pretty close.in walking distance too.
I had an amazing time with my mother at the Bellagio! I really enjoyed my stay after the previous nightmare I experienced at the Hilton on the other side of the strip. It was such a beautiful hotel, and I fell in love with the Bellagio Queen Suite!! Only suggestion I would make here is to allow microwave requests for each guest. I don’t understand why they only provide a personal fridge upon request, but no microwave, which is really weird for an upscale hotel and casino.
Had a great time! Stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Food was on point. Definitely going to stay again.
Its a very beautiful place to stay, but covid has really taken away the waitresses at the casino
The view of our room was super nice, just like the picture, we could see the fountains, Paris and it even looked better at night. The rooms are super nice, with a big soaking tub and they even give you robes. Check in was super convenient, there’s this kiosk or little tablet were you can check in using a QR code and that was easy and fast. The bed was extra comfortable, that made me take a nap in the afternoon, being in Vegas, that is something! The only thing, people were kind of noisy, running through the hallways in the morning, but otherwise we had a great experience.
Great place to go very clean hand washing stations they are cleaning the machines all the time fun stuff
Great customer service all of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was amazing other than the fridge not working but they replaced it right away. We had a penthouse suite with fountain view so you get front row seats to the water show whenever you want. My only issue was that after them already holding $150 per day for room charges/incidentals (which I never exceeded) I then noticed on the day before we were leaving that they had authorized another $180 from my bank account. Apparently I was getting close (around $300 of the $450) to using the original amount they held so they just took it upon themselves to hold a little more to make sure I could cover all my charges at the end... so basically they assume people will spend money that they dont have. Of course the unused funds will eventually be released but we all know how that 7-10 business day game goes. Im sure thats probably the policy for most of the resorts here and an easy fix is to just not charge anything to your room so that they dont hold anything past the initial $150/day. I just felt like I should have been advised at check in that they will micromanage my funds for me. Other than that the hotel is beautiful the room is awesome..make sure you check out the conservatory with all of the floral arrangements its awesome! Oh they also make you wear mask at the pool unless actively eating, drinking, or swimming and they do walk around and enforce.
Beautiful hotel! I would stay again. Updated and lavish rooms. Cleaned and sanitized. Polite staff
Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very very clean. Lots of high end shopping. Excellent food choices. You do not have to leave the grounds for anything .
We booked at the Bellagio for 4 nights, in a king fountain view. This is our wedding week so we decided to stay half the week at the Bellagio, and half the week at Cosmopolitan. The Bellagio was nothing but a disappointment. I will never stay here again and I will suggest to anyone I know not to stay here. This is supposed to be a five star resort. We had to change rooms twice because of issues. The first room had a clogged sink and broken lamp shades. The second room smelt like sewage. The third room was finally nicer than the previous two but on our final day there, smelt like sewer just like the previous one. With the amount of money we paid and the complaining we made we still werent comped much. They only took off the resort free... I highly recommend staying next door at the cosmo. Better customer service and a real 5 star resort feel.
Beautiful property and always a great fountain show. The fall garden was also spectacular. Definitely will always come back each visit to Vegas.
The Bellagio has a great location with skyways for easy access. The casino is a great time but the staff seems limited as it took forever to get service from a waitress. The room was great and whether you have a fountain or pool view it’s still a great view. The pool is by far one of the best I experienced due to the amount of space and staff on hand.
Excellent service from front desk, bell boys to room cleaners. Great view and good food from a restaurant called yellow tail. Ribeye is heaven.
Really depends on what your looking for. For the price and the rooms its not really worth it. Its a good location on the strip but there are other casinos just as close with way better food choices and things to do. Their restaurants and food choices good and no good coffee in the morning. Next time I would choose somewhere to stay at
Love it! Amazing Hotel and Casino. Nice and clean, the fountain show at night is beautiful.
Beautiful, Comfortable, Amazing. And The Best Inside and Outside Views.. With The Best Ice Coffee
The Bellagio Hiyel & Casino, is still very pretty. But, there have been some changes throughout the Hotel & Casino. The display at the conservatory is smaller from years past. The display, is very pretty. The Casino floor appears to have been redesigned. I noticed that there are not that many slot machines for people who just want to play 2 credits. Also, there is too much of a wait for a cocktail server to come by and ask for an order. I waited over 55 minutes before a server final came by to the location I was playing slots. This was definitely disappointing. A bit disappointed in that the fountain show has been shorten to 2 songs. I realize that changes have been made due to the CDC Guidelines. I was definitely impressed with the Hand washing stations, placed strategically throughout the casino floor, with disposable masks available at the wash stations.
At the time of this post the parking was free... which is a good thing! As entering the Bellagio Hotel the view is captivating! The details are amazing! I recommend asking for a room as high up as possible... facing the fountains water show would just make everything more memorable! 23 floors up and you can see what I mean!! Hope you enjoy the pictures!
The Dancing Water Show& Botanical Garden is Just Gorgeous All Year Round. Highly Recommend every1 who visits Vegas to go see Both, Best part is its FREE!
Although I spent 1 day after booking 6 days here... It was ASTONISHING!! If it werent for my family emergency I would still be here. Rooms are magnificent House sizes. Id recommend this place 100x for Adults. Only thing is nothing for kids to do at this location
Property is nicely built. Rooms are disinfected. Facilities are good. But window is pretty thin, so you can heard loud noise from street or machines. Didn’t get a good sleep.
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful clean room. Stunning fountain view. Great restraunts, and very friendly employees. What else could you want ?
Went to look around (Im a local) and play a little slots. Played $20 for 2 1/2 hours on Smokin Hot Stuff Wicked Wheel. It was a lot of fun with many ways to win. That machine was da Baum. There are only three of them clustered together. Just missed winning $13,000. Check it out. Looked at the poker room. Looked very nice will go back for that. Had a Coke, it tasted like Coke. Bathroom was classy. Bellagio vs Venetian: Bellagio is classy while Venetian is fancy.
Positive: Nice size room Negative: No
Beautiful hotel in a great location on the strip. Everything is in walking distance from here. Our suite was amazing. The staff friendly and helpful. Had a delicious breakfast at their cafe. Super yummy!
Wonderful staff!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable about area. Great location- 3 block walk to Union Square and other shopping areas. Very clean. Double occupancy room was a bit small. However Id still recommend. The pillows were very comfortable.
Positive: Location Cleanliness Customer service Negative: No complaints!
Its big and nice inside. They have the conservatory, its really pretty. Family with young kids should visit this place.
Went here for my wedding and honeymoon. I wouldve given it 5 stars if it hadnt had a lot of HIDDEN charges.. The place itself was beautiful tho!
Gardens and fountains oh my! Loved watching the fountain and walking through the gardens. Such a beautiful site!
Fun, clean, classy. Everything you would expect from Bellagio. Water show is very enjoyable. Great photo ops from premises.
Without a doubt this hotel has a beautiful view, since the show of the fountain is unique. the rooms were flawless from the time I checked in until the day I left I had an incredible experience. Unfortunately the reason why I am going to give 3 stars is because the rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave, they do not offer water and the closest are the vending machine and it costs 5 dollars !!! The most unfortunate thing was in the Casino, the girls who offer drinks are unprofessional, since you ask them for a drink and apparently they “forget” I had to ask her more than three times for a drink and in the end she was very rude to me and my wife. I hope you will consider these opportunities, since the purpose of going to a Hotel is to enjoy your stay.
We stayed at the Bellagio Suites for my parent’s 25th anniversary. It was elegant and very clean. The hotel service was accommodating and understanding - we were able to rent out a wheelchair for my brother hassle-free. We were treated nicely. What a great experience.
Beautiful hotel and Awesome view from our room! Casino could have treated us better, but all around had a terrific time!
Positive: The fountains are the best part of this hotel. Negative: The beds are terrible. They are not comfortable.
Very disappointed in prime. I booked a reservation a week in advance for a very special day. I requested water front seating (I was told water front seating is not available so I said no worries, and made my reservation 30 minutes sooner just so I can wait for a water front seat) the woman taking my reservation said she would put a note in the system that I’m highly requesting lake front. Upon arrival, I was told a private party has reserved the entire water front for the night. I was already very disappointed at this point because I did not receive any call to give me a notice or anything. I then asked to be sat at least window side, and that couldn’t be accommodated either. With how disappointed I was with prime, I decided to not dine with them. Now our entire big planned evening is ruined. I’ve called several other fine dining restaurants and everything is fully booked. Thanks prime. For a ruined night
We had the salone fountain view suite and it was more than I ever expected! The view was spectacular. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from making the reservations, to arriving and checking in, and during our stay. The room was clean and had a tape on the outside of the door declaring it had been wiped down thoroughly and ready to be used. The jets in the tub worked just fine. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to ask what kind it was along with the kind of mattress pads they use. Robes and slippers were provided. The bathroom had a toilet and bidet. The bathroom mirror had a TV in it. There is a pull out dual-sided mirror on the wall. The bathroom had its own thermostat. The plumbing worked great and hot water was available quickly. The bathroom floors were tile and they felt very clean and glossy. The curtains had a remote on the wall by the entrance and king bed. The bathroom curtain had a remote on the wall by the door. There was plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable in. There was a mini bar in the fridge, but no room for anything else. No microwave available. They have room service. The ice machine room has a vending machine and every drink was $5. The vending machine didnt have a lot of options. There is a general store in the casino which was pricey. A bottled water was $7. The conservatory was beautiful and there is a line to get in to limit the amount of people inside. The pool area was nice and clean. Towels and lifeguards available after 9am. Overall, a wonderful experienc. I cant wait to go back! Thank you for the lovely hospitality.
The 5th star could have been earned if the bathroom for the twin queen room was cleaner. Otherwise the stay was quite comfortable. The room was fountain facing and believe me there is lot of difference while seeing the fountain from front and from top. Top view is just magical. The Casino at Bellagio is huge and gives you options to loose/ earn the money, the way you like it. They have dedicated kids area for games and choice of restaurants and cuisines is good as well. If you are staying at Bellagios I would recommend you to try the room facing the fountain.Room service and front desk were up to the mark, staff is friendly and deserves the applaud in maintaining the standards Bellagio promises.
I stayed at this hotel for a week. The room was clean and very wide. The night view of Vegas and the fountain show were so beautiful that I could forget about time. The experience at this hotel and the casino next to it was very valuable to me.I would like to use it again next time.Thank you for your wonderful experience.P.S.I uploaded it again because there was a problem with the photo I uploaded before.
I did not stay here however, I did visit the conservatory and watched a few fountain shows. The conservatory was beautiful and the fountains were romantic/exciting. Every one should visit at least once in Vegas. Especially if you love art . Did I mention both attractions are free.
The flower/garden Autumn displays were awesome. No problem with social distancing.
Great place to stay on the strip, right across the street from the mall and other great places. Staff friendly and helpful, we arrived at 9am, hours before regular checkin time, was offered a room upgrade that was ready right away for a fee, it was worth it. It was a fountain view with water show right from the bed with a great view of the Vegas strip as well. I enjoyed our stay despite being in middle of COVID19, atmosphere was a bit annoying at times with a COVID cop at every corner checking for masks and you have to show your room key often for crowd control I assume. I expected to get some relief at the pool but to no avail. I understand the reasoning but it was still annoying. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. The rooms were clean and updated, no noisy hallways which was a plus after being on the strip all day, we looked forward to a quiet turn down when finally reached our rooms. Could be improved with an indoor pool area. We have already booked my next stay in Vegas with Bellagio, I look forward to visiting after the restrictions from the pandemic have lifted.
Amazing and spectacular view from the 22nd floor. It was clean and organized compared to other casinos, equipment seemed more unkempt and service was great. Pretty phenomenal fountain show that rotated new songs and synchronized show to accompany the music from the room. Slight negatives was the bathroom made a loud flush noise, rattled the toilet everything we flushed. Also, after we left the room at 1pm, room service did not come by to set the room. Not a deal breaker but a nuanced service that should be noted. Mini bar if needed is available. Location of the hotel is smack in the middle and conveniently located along the strip.
Love the Bellagio especially the fountain view rooms. The hotel is gorgeous, has great restaurants and is so centrally located. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend staying here in a fountain view room.
The hotel has very nice rooms. You can tell the hotel tales its time in making sure everything is clean. I also have to the staff has been awesome. Each person I have some by says hello and asks if I need anything. Its nice to fell like you are being treated like a VIP.
Travel there, its fabulously fun, as well as exciting!
Extremely comfortable with this casino and hotel. Hand washing stations in the middle of the casino area. Temperature checks upon arrival at registration. Room was sanitized and sealed upon our arrival. Im not cheap, but $72 for a filet mignon was too pricy and we enjoyed the same great meal across the street.
It’s so much fun at the hotel and casino this is a five star for sure
The Bellagio has always been a premier casino resort on the strip. Despite the pandemic and covid guidelines, the Bellagio is still vibrant, well staffed and hospitable to visitors/ tourists and guests. The harvest theme (fall) was on full display and a shame that more people cannot enjoy it, but that has not stopped the hotel from doing their best.
Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. I can say it is absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and very safe with this whole Covid-19. The took extra measures to clean and provided us with face masks, and hand sanitizer. Definitely makes you feel a little safer being there. Cant wait to come back.
