We went on a Friday because we love their clam chowder and had heard about the fish n chips. They were REALLY good. The burgers are also fantastic! We were able to enjoy a great meal with extremely wonderful service (ask for Gabe) and even caught a hockey game. We will be back again and again.

Excellent hidden gem! Fish and chips (fries, not onion rings) was perfectly cooked. Steak sandwich (medium rare) was great and served on the best roll!

Pretty good food, great prices, but terribly slow service. Ill definitely give it another try, but maybe at one of the other locations.

We just moved to the area last month and have been here about 4x already. Weve had wings, tuna melt, steak sandwich, potato skins, taco salad and more. Everything has been really good! The prices are very cheap especially for the Summerlin area. Probably because of the older clientele who are typically retirees. Definitely recommend!

We love the Village Pub. The food is consistently tasty, service is friendly and attentive, and its hard to beat 2.50 for a mimosa or bloody Mary for weekend brunch.They are offering dine in (limited seating to ensure physical distancing) and take out (must walk in and place order, then wait outside/in car, they will text when your order is ready) during the pandemic.

Cool spot, but too quiet for me. The service was reasonable. They could use some menus on the bars. Average age was def over 50. I guess the location is great, but I havent seen the lake view. Do they have a water front? They have matches at the bar. I think its a smoking spot but I havent seen a smoker in there

Disgusted that my family of 6 walked in, followed social distancing guidelines for the pandemic were all wearing mask. How dare you not give service to my family of 6 who followed every guideline but you don’t want to seat 4 adults and 2 children. I get it if I don’t wear a mask or anyone in my family does not wear mask or if we don’t live with each other. But we live with each other and had mask. If mask work then why am I denied. You will never get my service again.

The lunch cook can never get my order right. Alway have to send it back. I order different items everytime.

We went to dinner for our 24th anniversary and the food was fantastic! We had the baked potato skins for an appetizer and steak dinners with baked potato and garlic green beans. Had the chicken and wild rice soup and the wife had the house salad. Every thing was delicious and the staff was very attentive to us as we enjoyed our dining experience.

The Village Pub & Casino is located off the strip and is a local favorite. You can expect a group of locals that come every day to eat and gamble. The drinks are solid and the staff is friendly. Its seriously one of those places where everyone knows your name. There is a decent menu, not a crazy amount of options but a solid amount. And as a vegetarian I found the salads accommodating.

Its a good place there just never open anymore...

Met my buddy Mike who lives nearby but never knew or forgot this place existed. He was delighted to have made its acquaintance! Sunday afternoon, da Bears on the tube, and we got down to some fish and chips, as I have been raving about these to him. First, we finished off a couple Stellas on tap.Great little spot in Desert Shores, never disappoints!

Decent food. The service was a bit tawdry. The hostess was great, but the servers werent. Couldve been cleaner.I actually suggest that you keep it cleaner. With the location it is at, will really help.I would still visit again.

1st it was quite smoky when we came in and it did linger into the dining area!Had it not been for being with a group I would have left. Prior to ordering we asked if it would take long for our food & were told No However, it was quite L O N G time, 45 minutes!!

Village Pub is my local bar and its the best. Great food and the service is A1!!! They have the best bartenders in town. Especially Pullman, and Alex! Check it out. 5 stars!

Delicious breakfast! The potatoes were so very good and waitress Vicki was friendly and attentive; however, I don’t recommend this restaurant if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke because the stench wafts in from the casino and is very strong.

My family has been going to the Pub for more than 20 years!!! We always have plenty of choices from the menu and the servers are always friendly, courteous and prompt. The Pub has always been our little hidden gem in the desert!

Only this location has Janette! A waitress that comes with flair and genuine traits to become a friend. Her waitress skills are spot on. Warms you when she seats you with polite conversation. Then tells you the specials. She speaks slowly to show she is not rushed by society and its detachment to peoples efforts to communicate. Janette is all star and her speed of waitressing will sure get your beer buzzing for more but no need to call for another, its already on your table. Many thanks! She even sang me HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Terribly smokey. The bar is open to the restaurant. We had to rush our meal because it was so bad. The ribs were delicious! They come with potato salad and Cole slaw. You can substitute baked potato instead. What they didnt tell us was there is an upcharge of $2.00. So if you plan to substitute, just order the baked potato as a side for $2.99. That way you get all 3 sides for what is really just an extra dollar. Sadly the smoke is so bad I could never go back. I thought Clark County had an ordinance where you could not smoke where food is served. There is not even a wall to separate the bar from the restaurant.

I was amazed by the taste and quality of the food..the servers were very nice and prompt. Love the location, and there were no smoke where the dinning area is at. Planning to go back again!

Been going to the Pub for 5 years, been out of state for 5 years, moved back and so thrilled to know the food is just as fabulous as before. The fish and chips are the best in town.

Great atmosphere, laid back feels g and food was delicious. I would recommend d trying g their fish and chips. One caution, their steak fries are a little wimpy, soggy. I prefer mine to be a little crisper, like Steiners.

The prime rib special is fantastic! the sides however need work. my rice pilaf was so cute crunchy like the rice had been sitting out that it was inedible. the veggies were undercooked with no flavor (squash and zucchinis). Id say go for prime rib and get a salad and baked potato. the drinks are priced low but mixed drinks are not strong and the beer selection is bare minimum. weve been twice in the past 2 weeks because the prime rib is phenomenal but have had mistakes in our orders both times. in person and for takeout. and when we dined in we waited about 30 minutes for someone to come by and ask for the check even though half of our party had already left.

We went for late dinner after midnight. We ordered bar drinks, loaded potatoes skins, sliders, and fish and chips! Alex the Bartender provided superb service as bartender/waiter since the restaurant seating area was closed as it was after midnight. The plate pedestals that were custom fit to the woodwork on the bar proved excellent stability for the plates on the bar! The food was perfectly cooked! Excellent quality ingredients for outstanding superb food! Village Pub has the best service and highest quality food in Vegas! They take what would be average food in another bar to a Zagats quality level! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Village Pub in Desert Shores for a relaxing drink and dinner anytime, day or night!

First time visitors today for breakfast.The restaurant seemed to be clean.The server, (Karina), was pleasant. The food came out quickly and tasted good.Personal criticism.... the portions were small, and the ice cubes were not clear, (a sign the ice maker needs cleaning).All in all, it was pretty good.

Been coming here for nearly 30 yrs, big bar with lots of gaming stations, and a nice little restaurant with good prices and plenty of selections, and friendly staff.

We love going to the Village Pubs around town, for its great homemade tasting food, and awesome prices.This visit was our first time at this location, in Summerlin.To start things off, the hostess took our drink order, and they had no syrup in them. (Coke) We let her know, and she had the guy fix the machine.The (older lady) waitress finally took our order, after walking by us at our table several times.We ordered the prime rib specials. She brings us our soup, and we finish it, with still no drinks. The hostess (younger girl) walks by and says, oh, you guys still havent gotten your drinks yet, and we say nope. Pretty upset by that point. It honestly felt as if because we werent a regular customer of that location, that we were intentionally being ignored. Especially since the older waitress made it a point to chat with every other couple she was helping.Our food finally comes out, after almost an hour, and both of our prime ribs were terribly dry. The green beans were cold, and the potato was almost there as well.We arent ones to complain, so we did not say anything. My wife could not eat hers, although I did try to eat mine. Trying not to waste it.A male waiter, and possibly manager came over to clear our plates and asked us how it was. I had to be honest and let him know the meat was very dry, so he said he would comp one. Not what we were expecting, but a nice gesture. He asked our waitress if we mentioned it, and she said no. Of course, because we didnt want to make it a big deal. He did still comp one, so that was nice of him.Definitely wont be back to this location, but will visit our other favorite locations around town.

The service and the food were OK. We were in the restaurant but the smoke smell was very heavy. It was coming over from the bar/casino area. Good price here for the food has been creeping up and is no longer the good buy that it was a few years ago.

Im on a low carb diet so I thought Id be stuck with some out of a bag salad but the chefs salad was done excellently and the lettuce was crisp and crunchy. The ham and turkey was moist and very flavorful. I also appreciated that I had a choice of dressing and it came on the side without having to ask for it that way. I would definitely order the chefs salad again and recommend it and this Village Pub to anyone.
