Live music was fantastic. Great to see that again. Unfortunately, the rest of the casino is not worth going to. Old slots, no payback when I was there. My wife and I played for a couple of hours and got zero playback. Not fun at all. I dont expect to win money every time but some playback would make me go back again. Wont return

Check in was quick and easy. Got a double Queen room pretty clean. For the price and the resort fee you cannot go wrong. There is everything here. Slots tables gift shop restaurants fast food. I think I found my new to go spot in Vegas.

Boulder Station has its own vibe. Its one of the older Casinos around town, where you can find some of the best slots. Mixtures of old and new. With Covid-19 updated social distancing, regular sanitizing, temp checks, and mask checks. Being a local, I like the Vibe here.

Our AC went out during the hottest part of summer so we took a little staycation. I searched the best Vegas Locals special. Since Id be paying for a new AC unit soon, I didnt want to spend too much. We thought we would give Boulder Station a try. The cleanliness of the 1st room was disgusting. That room was at the end of the hall, I can only assume the housekeeper was rushing to go home and forgot to vacuum, pick up the used cigarettes in our non-smoking room. The smell of weed was overpowering.BUT the staff was very kind and immediately switched our room. The 2nd room provided was much cleaner and didnt smell like the nuts of a bum.The restaurants were clean, the waiters and staff were very professional.The staff and restaurants raised the stars to a 3.

Love all the gambling table personnel. They made me feel at home. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities they have. The buffet has been turned into an event center worthy experiencing. The ex-buffet venue had a crafts and jewelry event that made my experience at Boulder even more memorable. I didnt see any hosts, though. Maybe casino management can foot the bill for one or two more hosts, which will undoubtedly aid the gambling experience better:) I always will remember pit boss managers David, and Mike (s), because they were able to make me feel like family, which aided in me gambling in more table games, resulting in an overall great gambling experience. And, of course, every dealer I gambled against celebrated my wins, as well as consoled me when I lost, which made for an everlasting comfortable gambling experience.

Exceptional value...resturants and gaming options.Red Rock Experience was much different.Room and view was amazing. The door to the commode was off the track.. First hard to open then it slid quickly almost throwing us out into the bath/wash area. Maintenance showed up but made it worse. Without repair it could cause a potential lawsuit. Room 17147I cant believe that was your only response. Youre a huge Vegas corporation at complimentary stay should be in order after all youre suppose to be the elite Station Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.Guest satisfaction?? At this time I think not.

Needed a time out after 11months of not going out we went to Boulder Station Casino on my husbands birthday. We had a great time. We always wore our masks.

Went there to pick up our free Christmas glasses. Buffet still closed. Boulder is an older casino, really needs to be updated. Free parking is nice.

I like the staff. They really try to make your stay as inviting as possible. There are many gaming choices with all the popular slot machines and table games.The rooms are decent for the price. No frills but clean and comfortable.Security is ever present. I always feel safe here.Dining options are not extensive but what I have sampled was fair to good.From here to the strip is about 15 clams using lyft. About a 20 minute drive?Give Boulder a go. Recommend.

It was eeh. . . Got put on the pet floor for some unknown reason. Lamp didnt work lamp shade on the working one was busted. Box spring covers falling off. No Ice bucket in the room. .Drinks were expensive. 4 bucks for a beer can. Every 20 minutes ugh . . Prime rib dinner was delicious. So theres that

Its a decent hotel/casino, good especially for locals like most Station Casinos. The look is a bit outdated, but inoffensive. The rooms are okay, but the walls seem to be pretty thin as I could distinctly hear conversations next door to us. The casino floor is really large and has a wide variety of different machines to choose from. And everytime Ive needed assistance with something there, employees have been helpful.

Broiler...Amazing Food. The food was cooked to perfection. The Chef came to check on us. The waiters were on top of everything. Topped off with a perfect table visit from the manager. My girlfriend cant stop complimenting on how great everything was. We will be back. !!!!

Friendly, clean, many different slots and poker machines to choose from. The atmosphere is relaxing. Bingo room, bars, live music, restaurants, theater and a few small eatery/take out spots. All around nice local casino to spend couple hours and relax.

Positive: The room was clean and sanitized against Covid-19! Negative: On the day of our wedding the elevator alarm went off and all the elevators locked leaving me stuck in my wheelchair on the third floor. On the second we asked for clean towels and sheets. We begged three more times and we never got the towels!

Boulder station was my stomping grounds for quite a few years before my family and I relocated to Arizona. The staff in the different restaurants/buffet, slot hosts/hostesses, players club attendants, slot attendants and of course, the cocktail waitresses/bartenders are all amazing, and the rewards you earn with your players card are absolutely incredible! At one point I was a President card member and had earned do many great benefits, such as, New Years Eve celebrations, slot tournaments for president & chairman card holders in which I placed 2nd one week and 1st the following week, free meals/rooms, and the veterans benefits were great! I can go on and on but I will leave this review at the greatest part, I won more $$$ at Boulder than any other casino in Vegas and other states Ive traveled to and gambled. Really deserves 10

I consider Boulder Station a neighborhood Casino. It was closed because of the pandemic. Since it opened I have been their many times and find the casino to be clean and the workers are very nice and helpful.

Long walk from the parking garage, rooms werent that great, no microwave, had us at the end of the hall by the stairs and complete opposite of the elevators. We decided to use the stairs. We got locked in the stair well and had to call security. Our room keys didnt work properly twice so we had 2 call for help twice. We couldnt utilize any amenities because we are exempt from masks. And refuse to use them. The dog potty spot was disgusting. No bags and smelled horrible with poop all over.

I love the fact that theyre taking temperatures at the door. But obviously no ones walking around policing people keeping their masks up because they werent. Everyone that refuses to protect each other by wearing their mask properly is such a continuing disappointment for me. So I left after seeing at least five people with their masks around their necks. Definitely save some money, Boulder stations lost

I didnt give them 5 star because of a couple reason. I like the room and the price during weekday stay is priced pretty good. The room was clean. The casino when you walked in you are greeted by a guard to see you had a mask on and takes your temperature. A good thing but the smell of cigarette smoke is bad. For a casino not that filled with people it was light the air condition or filter wasnt working. The elevators tell you to make sure you use sanitizer before pushing buttons and doors. Only 4 people to the elevator and at one point people dont read because a family came in our elevator with 6 of them. You are supposed to be wearing the mask and some didnt. In the casino some people took mask off too. The block of machines had 2 movable chairs. Bingo parlor was great. Smoking is in a room to themselves and you had to keep your mask on unless you were drinking or eating something. But they were in you to have it on. They had seats spaced as well. And bingo machine were deposited into a basket for cleaning before they put them back. The 24 cafe to order and eat food there were also spaced and you view the menu on your phone on a app. The food needs a new cook. My husband had prime prime and said it was the worst he has ever had. The rest of the food that was available was very bland. Nothing was cooked to order. Simple breakfast had everything opposite of what I ordered. Overall the days we stayed there was good and friendly people working and helpful.

Nice off the strip hotel and casino... I didnt stay there, but I visited the casino area. Building is easy to drive to and has plenty of parking. The casino is huge and has a good selection of machines including an area with the old-school slots. Lots of quick restaurants in their food court area also. One of my favorite places places to stop without the Las Vegas strip crowds!

Poorer casino on east end of Vegas, far away from strip and tourist sites. I dont recommend going to this casino as there is nothing that makes this place special. Area around casino is sketchy and casino is not nice enough to warrant a visit. Go visit Sams Town instead as they are a bit nicer with better pricing.

Loved it love going to the strip even though im getting bored with Navada i still lovee it and enjoy it i enjoy myself every time i hit the strip turning heads look but dont touch im taken and feisty

Visited their Sportbook. The supervisor and staff were friendly and helpful with my sports betting app! Security did Covid temperature check as soon as you walk in which I loved and showed they care about the safety of the guests, not many places do that!

The food and slot play were pretty good, most of the staff were good. Three star rating is only because the stay was so disappointing due to the night staff, security, cocktail waitress and housekeeping were very disappointing. We had a hiccup with my husbands cpap the night we checked in and the front desk refused to get us pillows my husband needed to elevate himself to sleep with out choking. Not just that she cursed at my friend making the request. Super unprofessional. So my friend went down to talk to her but she got security on him like he was the bad guy. After he talked to security, who were extremely rude, he was able to get pillows. But not more than a couple minutes after my friend returned to my room security was knocking on the door harassing us. This staff that couldnt spare one person to get us pillows could now spare 8 security guards to harass my friend. They told my friend he needed to leave and all because the lady at the front desk was bent. As soon as my friend was out of the building security was back. This time to harass us. They told us if our friends came back they would kick us out. And about 6 came back up for that. Mind you this is a place that couldnt spare one person to provide a service we paid for and this was just the first night. The next day we went back to the casino for slot play and drinks just to be told their is a minimum on the slots to get drinks. Funny that minimum wasnt there yesterday. I hate think it but Im 90% sure we were singled out by security. And lastly, we had a do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping knocked anyway. Come on Boulder Station get it together. People pay to stay with there no one wants to have that kind of experience. There were a couple good things, the bar tender and server on Saturday were very pleasant. And the front desk worker who checked us out was very polite and very helpful. Those three people are the only reason your not getting 1 star.

We Love eating at the Guadalajara grill at Boulder Station. We already still to get the same waiter which is great because he makes sure we have enough pico and chips. Since COVID the salsa bar has been closed which is my favorite part but the staff made sure I wasnt missing anything

Nice off-strip casino on Boulder Highway. Comfortable, clean room with a mini fridge but no coffee machine. Great poker room and casino. Friendly, attentive staff. Everything we need to be our home base for the World Series of Poker! Recommend.

A real bargain. Simple rooms but great service from friendly staff and a big, beautiful casino. Place is bigger than youd expect. Strips is an easy 1/2 hr bus ride. Lots of restaurants. I loved sitting at the bar in the mexican place. Also has a movie theatre! Good choice when on a budget.

This is a great place to stay and play. We had a nicely appointed room with an incredible view of the city and surrounding mountains. There are ample dining choices available for whatever your palate desires. Every game you want awaits you, all in a warm, festive decor.

We like a basic breakfast, and are given a large 3 egg breakfast here inexpensively (under 6 for platter). It was quick and worth the short drive for us from the strip. It was nice to be able to order a nice tomato too! The tomato was fine. All in all,its a good place to swing in for a fast and filling breakfast meal.

If you want to talk about the safest place to be with virus there was no one there I havent been to a hotel in two years and you want to talk about safe literally empty and beautiful and looks brand new

Had family emergency while staying at hotel that required the security staff and they were amazing at handling the issue with discretion and empathy that went well above and beyond what theyre required to do and it allowed for us to alleviate the situation privately versus having to involve any more outside sources which ultimately was what was best for my family

Rooms where clean, limited eateries, but the one that where open the food was good. The tables and machines were fully functional. Nice crowd everyone wore their mask. The room rates were great. I had a nice time!

One of the best Casinos in Vegas, it is the only place where I can WIN every time I come to visit, plus they have everything in one Casino from movies to different restaurants around the Casino and a place for the Kids too. A very beautiful Casino a must visit to see for yourself.

On the pandemic time they allow groups come an enjoy their gaming areas and food restaurants inside of the premises, I love to come and eat at the cafe the steak and eggs so good and at all the time good service.

One foot in the bed it just hasnt been sewed. A decent spot for the locals, whom are keeping the lights on. Clean, modern and an effective distraction.

Great place to stay, far enough away from all the drunks on the Strip :-) but yet close enough that if you wanted to dont play you can. Loose slots and comfortable beds.

Not only is this place wayyy over the 25% occupancy but its way to smokey inside, no matter where i went it was a heavy cloud of cigarette smoke and it smelt disgusting!! Even in the restroom. No one is social distancing inside and strangers were literally next to each other at the machines. I walked in and walked right back out. Ridiculous!

I often stay here and they consistently comp me rooms. I wish I got more free play but the rewards center staff is unbelievable the hotel staff is great and the games are fair.

Boulder station is a great place but it use to be way cooler. It has a good atmosphere and a great variety of machines to choose from. The cafe is super yummy and its got a lot of potential. They only really have one problem in my opinion and that is their choice in staff members. Most of the employees look miserable they are rude so rude. The security staff walks around all puffed up and they are intimidating people and using their position to kick you out forever because you dont agree with them or you have a question. They need to relax and remember they are not the police. The rudest of all tho is the cocktail waitresses. They rarely come around and when they do they have attitudes and treat you like you owe them. Slots are tight they need to loosen them up a little and a happier staff that would make the casino almost perfect.

Positive: The suite was pretty big! Negative: The air wasnt cooling enough, the laundry room smelled AWFUL. There werent sanitation available everywhere.

We spend 3 days here, rooms really clean great customer service! and the kids Quest really nice and clean for kids they also provide care if you need $11 per hour per kid Great !!!!

Went to boulder station for breakfast. instead of ordering my breakfast I decided to see what elese there was to eat on the menu,so I choose the shrimp cocktail, as I began to eat it,I noticed a grittiness about the shrimp, I stopped eating the shrimp, and noticed the entrails were stiil in the vain, called the waitress over told her,she in turn said Ill take it back,asked me if I would like anything else, so I ordered the chicken wings which were delicious with the hot sauce,ranch dressing.During my breakfast the manager came out,instead of asking me how about my experience with the shrimp was she went to the table next to me and asked them if they need anything else.The manager went out of her way to avoid me even though the waitress told her who I was.As I was leaving the dinning area I approached the manager and told her about my experience with the shrimp,she says to me oh yes the waiterss said something to the fact she was unprofessional about my situation, cause I could have gotten sick from eating the shrimp cocktail again never eat the shrimp cocktail.The manager should have reassured me at the time I was eating,that she notified the chef,cooks,or waitresses not to serve the shrimp cocktail to anyone else. Even as I was leaving the restaurant she was still being aloof trying not to notice me. The next bad experience was at the craps table. The person who was throwing the dices had a six on the line to hit but she hit a seven so she lost, it was my turn,the person who works the table didnt even ask me if I wanted to throw the dices she just went back to the person who just lost.I know the rules of the craps game,if a person thows a seven without hitting thier number on the line they loose.So due to these two bad experiences I wont be going there anytime soon .I would like to have had a good time there cause its by my home.

Hotel room was nice. The resort was nice. Internet was bad. I paid for the upgraded package. Never had more than 5 seconds of speed above 1mbps.

The room was nice, king bed, decent shower, furniture was ok. Lots of security in the parking garage, but my window was broken and luckily I keep nothing in my truck. But the 6 dollars in ones I had was missing.

Stayed 3 nights. They cancelled my reservations EVERY NIGHT. My toiletries were stolen in my room. Never again.To answer your return statement.....I did try to resolve issues....EVERY DAY. Every employees are rude. Pit bosses are horrible. No room service, but they will come into the room and steal. Never again.
