I was here for over an hour and lost a considerable amount of money. No one Ever asked if Id like something to drink, the woman next to me had to go and Ask for coffee.They at least said hi when i walked in, which is good; but why were 3 employees just sitting while customers had a self serve experience.So . They should be grateful theyre still employeed.

Like I always say this is my favorite casino being a local I just have my certain preferences as to which ones I frequent but this one is one of the good ones the staff is efficient at their jobs and the slots are loose enough to have a good time/night.

Erin offers the best service, beautiful smile, and shes simply great supplying us with anything needed.

Service was good and employees were nice, although they kept bugging me to put my mask on when I was smoking my cigarette while I was playing. Id literally take a puff out of my cigarette and would be asked to put my mask on, not giving me time to exhale the smoke I inhaled. Other than that, I did leave my mask on, aside from when I smoked. I wasnt comfortable AT ALL given the fact they kept watching me over my shoulder while I was on the machine. I couldnt enjoy my drink or smoke in peace and gave me a headache to the point I just up and left. They also had people next to me doing the same but didnt say nothing to them.

I accidentally put $40 dollar in the tip jar instead of the $2 I had, and was the only one that tipped. once I realized it I go back and ask for it back, not only the tip jar was cleared. The lady at the register denied it, while the porter over explain why they would give it back if I did... Not happy

The cheapest cigarettes in town as far as i know, if your not a gambler. The service is usually pretty good. I play 4 card keno which seems to be very streaky, but they do have one of the best points/cash returns from play that ive come across.

Love this Dottys! Id give it 10 Stars several people around me were getting into bonuses and winning 600 to 1k. Staff is awesome and no wait on machines. Both nights won big as well as my friend. Plus, 58 free games. On Buffalo which was cool but only won 58 dollars. Fun times.

I love going to this location because the girl who works there I believe her name is SERIE well she is the best.

Drink service was horrible. You order a drink and wait 15 minutes to get it. Ash tray couldnt be emptied. Finish your first drink and have to ask for another instead if being offered one. And no play on the machines.

At one point it was a good place to go and enjoy yourself but, now its been taken over by drug addicts and dealers. Went in to the bathroom and there was a syringe laying on the floor in one of the stalls. I left and Ive never gone back.

First of all the cashier kept making rude faces every time we would ask her a question and she took it so far as making faces when we would talk to her to other guest as if we were not welcomed. Second of all me and my boyfriend were both gambling meaning we get free drinks she acted as if she didnt want to service us at all. When I asked her for a drink she told me you have to drink it not him I am a grown woman & liked to be spoken to as a grown woman and she continued to talk to us as if we were children. Mind you she never brought me the drink I asked for and I could tell she did not want to. Overall Im giving her only 0 stars if you cant treat everyone the same you shouldnt work in customer service.RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL, PREJUDICE, PROFILERS!

It is a nice environment. I only had a bad time when one certain employee worked. She was beyond rude. It seems like she goes out of her way to harrass the younger customers that come in from my perspective. As of late, she began acting polite to me out of nowhere. Meh?

There drink policy is horrible.I dont drink alcohol but you have to play 10.00 for a drink soda or water.So why spend my money there?????Waitress walks by to see how much your playing before a drink is even offered.All Dottys get down like that. Unless you catch a good waitress .Which they have a few.But the money hungry ones watch your pockets constantly.
