Its ur common run of the mill RV/MHP. Its not the kinda trailer park for up standing, hard working, law biding citizens or ur 55 and up communitys. To just put it that way...

Old busted not nice tenants or managers

Experienced for a year here and all are nice. Maintenance is especially attentive.

Not sure. They dont rent anymore and nothings for sale. Its clean from what years ago i remember

Quiet Lil Neighborhood

Will give a person or family a break but will also allow illegal residents from residents who rent to people illegally and then allow managment to put them out on the street. The actual resident knows whats coming then doesnt say till its too late. Contributing the sudden homelessness because the illegal resident is now spent out for rent and has no recourse. Apparently this happens somewhat often. So much so that the resident knows, the manager knows, the neighbors know and the illegal resident doesnt till its simply too late.

Own my place here... low prices... new management. Worth a gander

Weve lived here almost 2 yrs now and it has improved so much lately. The new manager and his awesome maintenance team are doing a great job cleaning this park up. I see alot of repairs, clean-ups, & improvements being made daily on the trailers, grounds, landscaping, and not to mention the whole neighborhood in general. A lot of the bad that was here...is now gone. I like my home, neighbors, and really enjoy living here.

A friend lives here and it is alot of older trailers...yes the old fashioned ones we now call manufactured homes. But she has good rent. No amenities

Its a good place to live... theyre still getting the trailers up and running. If you have bugs in your place the manager will work with you and try their best to rectify the issue.

Just moved in. Its quite, decent neighbors, and though this park has a bad reputation it is under new management and things are rapidly changing.

I live here. The manager is a poor excuse for a park manager. He never has time to address your concerns. I love my home but could do without the manager and I use that term loosely.

This is one of the worst places to live rats,and roaches. The office manger treats you like absolutely crap. I had no power for two weeks due to the office no putting a pole up. He didnt prorate rent or anything. He just worried about his trailer thats it . He also moved me into a trailer that was not ready to move into poop and pee all over the place.

Here in Keystone mobile home park The hard-hearted Management make you Feel helpless & hopeless after you have handed over your dividends $$$ after they have received your money any promises of fixing up your place they said they were going to do is now out the window.. that is managements way of being callous and obtuse.the Park was liveable at first,Till you find out the disused negligence of safety this park is supposed to have there is no fencing around it and a railroad track one block away where all the homeless people seem to journey through and campout anywhere on the premises as long as it doesnt bother the Managements family or home I am not the only one who feels this way about what happens around here a lot of people notice the negligence that goes on here The Highwayman/backbiter has turned this place into a walking nightmare... If this is a family park do not bring children here child prostitution Meth Labs and people randomly shooting off guns no child should ever be around anything as unnerving as this..!!!Stay safe and God bless America

My husband is the manager of the property..he was brought in to clean up the park and make it a better community for the residents..in the short 3 months of being here the park is 10 times better than it was when we started and still moving forward to make a better place for our children to live...awesome job from the maintenence men that have busted their butts to fix all the damage that was...

Well I live here with my kids...and i like the place and my kids they fell great being here...This is there home...

I loved ️ stay there the management treat me well threw out my stay there. And all ways fixes things when I needed it.

Drugs, drama, prostitution and violence abound in this trailer park. Unfair and unethical business practices are used to run and manage the property.The prices are way over priced for the rundown falling apart roach infested and termite ridden. I left of my own accord because I couldnt stand how I was being treated.

You cannot walk around especially at night without the smell of pot everywhere you go, it comes in my windows at night as well, not everyone wants to deal with that odor, and nobody is doing anything about it, i am convinced the lady across the street is selling, cars in and out all night.Management is trying i guess just to many bad people here

I checked the whole place out and cannot wait to move in! Forget those bad reviews, its gonna be awesome!

The real true reason why I give it one star is because its a fact that there is way too many homeless people who come through here and live in different peoples mobile homes as long as they can support them with drugs and it is ok with Park management and it is also OK with Park management that people whose he has evicted to come back and sell drugs through the whole park you would think that that would be bad enough besides the violence too but to top it off he has 5 kids his house that are his and their ages all the way down to around one or two years old up to around 10 years old you would figure if you didnt care for the residence that you would at least care for yourself and your own children and other children of the park thats just real sad to think of your own kids and other peoples kids like that and including the adults the ones who actually do their stuff right.!!!!!!!

The landlord is a slumlord he will not fix anything Ive been asking for over 6 months for him to fix everything that is wrong with my place, the trailer leans, u can see daylight in my bathroom floor between the tub and toilet, my ceiling done fall down from the leak Ive had since Ive moved in, the floor in front of my front door is giving in, holes everywhere, Ive got termites that you can not get rid of, the back door and front door has gaps in them, the back door when it rains leaks really bad, Ive filled out the paper for him to fix many times, but still will not do anything and now being forced to move cause he wants rent money without fixing anything, This place is not fit for a dog to live in much less a human being, I give this place a 0 for the way iv been treated, so if your looking for a place to live, look elsewhere this place is no good!!!!
