This community is under new ownership, favorably outstanding they are. As a maintenance employee, improvements are being made daily. On-site management are outstanding individuals and will make you feel like you are right at home, tenant, employee, contractor, vendor, ect. I am very pleased with the new ownership and the results Within. Thank you Riverview Estates

This park is not to bad quite for the most park and everyone seems to be nice and friendly but plz fix the roads they are so bad and seem to be killing my car

The roads in the community are in need of repair again. Many of the trailers could use repair work. There are many new trailers also. Most new trailers are vacant.

The new management is doing a great job of cleaning up the park and making it a better and nicer place to live. I’m thoroughly impressed so far. A lot of really nice new homes have been brought in and old ones torn down since I moved in a few months ago.

Im really disappointed in this park. Everything from the roads to the homes themselves are so dilapidated that Im surprised this place is even still open. However, that still didnt stop us from trying to buy a house.The maintenance guy, Mark, was so charming that we figured wed try to apply. He showed us a trailer for $1500 that he said he could probably talk down to $1000. We didnt know if the electric, plumbing or furnace worked.Well, 3 days later we see that every available mobile home that needed work was $700 advertised on Craigslist and also included an inspection of the plumbing, furnace and electric.Im really thankful that we did not go through with this purchase as it obviously wouldve been a money pit, much like the rest of the park. Theres a reason its the lowest rated in the city and the negative reviews just keep coming. Bunch of scammers.Update: to the owners response- thats not an accurate statement considering there was no furnace in the trailer when we viewed it but nice try I guess?

This place just looks HORRIBLE trash and junk allowed in the yards of the tenants, driveways of broken concrete severely damaged, nothing worse than the visible trash and debris in the tenants yards though it was just awful, I understand that people sometimes struggle financially but that has nothing to do with trash and debris of all types of things car parts broken toys and things of that sort piled up in yards.

An urban ghost town providing the best in sub-standard living!

A mobile ghetto of dilapidated trailers, junk, poorly maintained grounds and transient trash. Recent City of Lansing inspection yielded multiple dozens of violations. Should either be forced to full code compliance or leveled and turned into quality housing for responsible owners / tenants!

Bad upkeep and rude management even with a new owner they havent changed the one biggest problem which was and still is the management and matence people and the new trailers was just put over a bigger problems sewage,waterline and the biggest problem is what is propertys problem or what is the owner of the trailer problem no one thing is a forsure ever there is no straight from start list of plain black and white rules

Went in to check out some trailers and I will never return!! The condition of the park is horrible! Most of the trailers are torn a part and the ones that are occupied are falling a part!!

Lived here 1 year nice manager good park

The manager is hard to get ahold of to speak to him have to just bout chase him when he driving to speak to him. The park has a lot of water and sewage the park was told buy city to fix all.
