Not a horrible place to live except the rent goes up every year. No breaks for long time residents, calls to the office are not returned at all. No real amenities, the playground is over run by teenagers in summer leaving trash everywhere, its almost impossible to rent the club house and cars travel way too fast through the park. LPD is here pretty much everyday and Management is only concerned with selling homes and collecting rent.

It was great this is our second time renting the clubhouse once for my mom 90th birthday and today for her 94th birthday we had a ball

Do not move here. They will increase your rent every year unless you buy one of the trailers.

Well i went and put an app in for a place got everything approved is what they said. I received 2 letters in the mail for approval, phone call, and an email stating that i was approved. Keri told me to just bring my deposit in and then we would sign paperwork. I was told multiple times i would receive a call back and never did. I am 8 months pregnant with my second child and had got my daughter excited we were finally getting a place of our own back. The management here honestly is terrible and now looking at these reviews i am so glad that it fell through.Jayme Tran

I liked it cuz thats where my dad lives our house was pretty decent and a pretty good-size.

Visited my aunt. Homes are beautiful and area well kept. Would give 5 if people remembered that at the end of the day its still a trailor (cheaper & thinner materials, no basements) and price it as such!

Nice clean park but high lot rent

Expensive rent but its well kept and mostly quiet. Nice community area. Its Busy at the nearest intersection to there but you wouldnt even know it from inside the park.

It has that out of the way place to live yet close to everything.

Visiting from out of town and I have to say that the pavement is enough to make me not want to drive in, after driving across country, I needed an alignment once I returned home... very sad

Staff is very eager and helpful to have you move in, very poor customer service not willing to go the extra mile after moved in as prior to moving in.I have asked about my driveway if the curb could be more backing out friendly doesnt matter what angle you try and have to keep braking and stopping to back out otherwise garter bottom out on any car that has tried packing out, and when I run the faucet in my bathroom sink there is a smell of Sewer Gases that come up from the drain, my number was taken and told someone would be back with me in a couple days, Still Waiting on that one. Definitely want the Rent and you will get a notice to vacate immediately after the 5th. Last year signed my lease agreement online through Sun Communities was told it was never sent to Them and they continued me at month to month for a few months and charging late fees I emailed the verification letter that I signed for a year stroke with Office manager numerous times received eviction notice was told to contact Sun Communities which I also did monthly, asked for a more direct #, Office stated to find it myself nobody else has a problem with it. Finally after this nonstop monthly argument and Had My Son with me I suddenly Im told they have copies in the office all I have to do is ask!! 4 months of arguing back and forth wasnt necessary in my opinion and should have been told that after the first nastygram I received on past due payments. No one deserves that sort of treatment for the money we pay on a lot nor should I have to smell sewer gas everytime I turn on my faucet for that kind of money. I live on a fixed income .

A great mobile home community with private park for the kids and family. All newer homes and very clean. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new place at an affordable rate.

There crooks ! They had me believing my home was being taken off the lot and made me move sent a letter offering another home at same rate of rent on different site and was willing to waive there ridiculous 1500 dollar transfer fee ! Emily is a crappy landlord she dont her job she barely is in the office they kick u out for one late payment I refused to pay them at the last two months of my leasebecause of the circumstance! They are rotten they have crappy homes they dont fix anything one maintenance man ! There money hungry not resident friendly worst mistake I ever made was living there !

The only reason I visited that part was to pick up a girlfriend

Looks like they need to do a lot of work on their mobile homes outside half of the homes had skirting missing or blown off trash scattered everywhere throughout the park siding falling off of homes other than that looked pretty good

Nice place older mobile homes mixed with newer ones. They are trying to make it a nicer place cracking down on crime. But there is still alot there

I love how they try so hard to help you to move in. They been very very good to my family and I love that. I like how they look at you as a person and they treat you like a human being. I love this company thank you!!!

I love Emily she is so awesome. There is a huge BUT THOUGH. I feel unwanted in this park by my neighbors. They are all white around me. Any MINOR mistakes turn into a yelling match... My kids football touched the edge of one neighbors grass she came outside yelling at my kids... My kids walk between trailers and the neighbors across the way told my kids get your black ass off my property (they also record my kids without my consent) .... Today ANOTHER neighbors dog pooped in MY yard. He comes out yelling at ME..... I feel like I am stuck in a hostile environment because I dont want to violate my lease. I feel unsafe and this has been going on since about march.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! ITS A TRAP.Better lock your doors. Swat team rated our neighbors home for drugs. Our entire house was surrounded by police. We were informed our neighbors had weapons and to stay inside. We have had lawn equipment, shovels even salt bags stolen. Shed was broken into. I have asked management to break our lease no one has gotten back to me. When we moved in I asked our landlord to fix a door that had jagged nails sticking out and 5 months later nobody has been by to fix it. Maintenance sucks. Rentals here are nasty they never clean or changed the carpet out. They over charge for water bill. Please consider moving somewhere else for your safety. I cant wait to move out.

The places are nice, but the prices are way more than I expected. The advertisements were a little misleading.

Cops and swat teams are nothing out of the ordinary here. S-c-a-r-y! Lot rent increases without much notice. I feel bad for the elderly people who are not safe there. Its sad, when you need 4 deadbolts on all your doors! AND you still get broken in to!

Me and my family have lived here for 3 going on 4 years never had any issues until last summer when my truck got stolen from my driveway then when I got it back everyones vehicles have been getting broken into every time there is any type of vacations from school now this summer we got a letter saying yard and outside of our home inspection is at the end of May but there is a fat guy that rides on his golf cart and does inspections daily in our written agreement it says our lot rent would go up $50 a year until it reaches $540 and now we pay $325 and got a letter saying its going up to $540 in September the trailers werent ever really taken care of there was black mold in our walls that we found after they talked us into buying the trailer this has been the worse year yet and nothing about this park gets better more and more people are giving their homes back to the bank every day because they are getting so unreasonable with their rules they put violations up on your door or vehicles daily just for fun at the end of the day when you are looking for a place to live save yourself some time and dont even consider this development its awful
