King Arthurs court its not a good place to live!! They keep rising the costs of rent and other services. They have a lot of empty houses so they always find the way to charge more for the services to recover some money. When I was trying to sale my trailer home they gave me a hard time. They told me that the trailer was not in good shape from the outside, but there are a lot of trailer home that are very trashy from outside and in worse condition than mine. The people in the office are not good. They never tell you the whole information when you have questions. Theyre very useless. They keep the office close with the excuse of the coronavirus just to makes people hard to pay rent or communicate about other issues.I bought another trailer and I have to apply again to get approve even Ive been living there for a long time. I was regretted to buy the trailer, but I already have given my word. I couldnt save my self, but I want to save you!! If youre planning to live there think it twice and learn more about the place.

This used to be a great place to live, until the new management took over, now its a joke. You can tell just how much of a joke they are, nobody wants to live here anymore. There usually isnt this many empty houses in here. Alot of ppl are leaving.

Staff is rude theres bed bugs going around in the trailer park. Broken glass in some parking lots cars parked in the road so you cant get through half the time. Theres trash almost everywhere you look and on top of all of that the park equipment is very low maintenance has horrible things wrote all over the swings and slide... Im sorry but Im not. You could all do alot better.

Very quiet and clean Mobile home Park. I have lived here and have had friends live here my whole life. They do have a code that you have to follow and keep your property clean as well as aesthetically pleasing. who knows maybe in the future Ill buy another place to live here and once again join my fellow knights at the round table.

Office staff is a joke. Closes before 5pm. No access to amenities after 5pm. They think of every chance to fine you. Way to expensive for a trailer park.

Its a mobile home place that isnt complete trash. So thats better than a lot of places. They also have a pool, a playground, some basketball courts, and a cheap clubhouse area you can rent.

Pretty nice trailer park, seemingly. I have family that stays here, and they have good neighbors. maintenance seems to keep the grounds up pretty well too.

Cant swim with my kids, it is unsafe, as life jackets arent allowed but they refuse to get a lifeguard. Then they mowed right over my childrens pool last year. And today the maitenence men destroyed a BEAUTIFUL tree that I enjoyed shade from and my kids were always excited as they watched birds land on it. Now theyre devistated again.Management wont return calls. They continue to raise rent, its not worth it.

Many of my family members live here or use to live here its a great place with a pool and a playground but the maintenance man are kind of rude while having my little sisters birthday party they were mowing the grass and blew grass all into the party. They are close to town and if you like to fish or hunt they are not far from the country side of life

Use to be a nice place to live. Was promised that the maintenance guys would build me a shed pad to move my shed to our new trailer since we moved and had just purchased the shed, that was 2 months ago and still nothing. Now things we had left in shed (nowhere to store at new place) are gone. Someone stole everything. Let management know and not only was I interrupted mid sentence, but I was blown off. When I asked again when shed pad could be built, they said it would only take an hour and wouldnt be a problem.... that was a couple weeks ago. Still nothing.Update : After nearly a YEAR, the pad was finally built after a lawyer was mentioned, shed has not been put up, but still sits in the box on top of pad.Update #2: Shed finally put up months later. Wood platform had already been exposed to lots of rain and already started to rot.Incredibly high lot rent for what you get. Place has gone downhill. They dont uphold the same standards. Roads are filled with pot holes. They only ever pave the very front entrance so it looks nice from road. They let people keep junk outside, and lawns get super long.

This place is a dump. That by homes. A bad place to live..The roads have Huge holes where the sewers are. Roads have been paved over for so many years that the sewers set a foot or more into the pavement creating a hole. Lots of them..Also management does nothing about the trashy homes.

Its the greatest trailer park this side of the Winslow estates.

Its a very pleasant place to live. I have lived here for a total of 5 years and I love it.

Because this has been has been my home since Oct 26, 1996. The management is very slow to act on basic general issues. The park still has that charm of old time knlghts in armor, Robin Hood, its cool. In all honestythe condition of about 3/4 of the trailers in the park are very unkept just not maintained and the yards are unkept. Jackie Mudget was in charge upon my arrival to the park and things were beautiful and tidy to a tee. Keep this once top mobile home park in our prayers, it is something I think we could do again! Ive lived in KAC a couple different times since 2003 and I like living there. It is very well kept and management is very nice.

Family lives there. Nice place, lots of kids. Playground etc.

Nice place to live have new manager and staff so far I find them better then what left. The area that Im in is dead quiet night and day

It has a lot of space, extra gated storage space, nicer looking mobile homes.

Definitely can use some professional grounds care.

Nicely kept lots, but management needs an attitude adjustment. (Rob and his wife) someone told me that they may have gotten new management but I cant confirm that because I refuse to even deal with Rob again

While the new management is friendly and appears willing to help, they are extremely disorganized and do not follow through. Moved out 2 months ago, and am still waiting to receive my security deposit back.
