Management is biased and not very helpful. Even when trying to right things, they do not listen, even when people are struggling. Dont move here. Ever.

I own a mobile home in this park and Ive lived here for almost 23 years. I have found it to be extremely safe and certainly convenient to all community Resources. Such as grocery stores hardware stores restaurants Hospital you name it. Im retired and I own my own home now so all I pay is lot rent and utilities to live here. I have wonderful Neighbors and I am a pool attendant during the summer here. Delta Township is a wonderful place to live and they have many community activities.

It is actually a pretty nice trailor park. Quiet and in an amazing location. I have three boys and money is tight so the lot rent is very affordable and fair. The pool is nice. I love delta township and west lansing.

Wonderfully kept park. Polite management. Very well kept lots.

I knew someone who got kicked out of this place, they were crack heads. So the standards are set somewhere.

Very clean looking place. The pool is well maintained by a new maintenance guy that seems to be what this place needed. Keep up good work and get more guys like that maintenance guy to keep up the appearance of the park.

Convenient, quiet and well maintained.

I have lived here almost one year now and love it. The community is kept clean and the management is easy to work with. Its location couldnt be better. Its close to anywhere you would want to go..Its so close to shopping areas and interstate access. Also great schools to attend for the children. Ive noticed that there arent that many children in the community as most of the residents are probably 55 or older. But my feeling is that having some children around keep us young at heart. I dont have the first complaint about this community.

In general, the staff are easy to get along with, but can be inattentive to the needs of all residents. Things are fixed and rules enforced, but its the squeaky wheel that gets the grease. For those who believe that things should just be done and done for all, things seldom happen. In the end, amateur management does a decent job for an absent owner.Location saves the day, however, as everything is within five to ten minutes and one of the best produce markets in the State of Michigan is within walking distance.

The management is fair and the neighborhood for the most part is very clean. Its still a trailer park but its very well maintained by the park and its residents.
