I looked at a trailer thats falling apart and needs a ton of work including a shower thats falling through the floor and a sagging kitchen ceiling. I assumed it would be a $500 handyman special but I was told it was valued at $6,000... Sounds like they are robbing consumers during a worldwide pandemic. Ill pass.

This place has been in dire straights for a long time. Poor management, upkeep, and abandoned trailers.

Wow, kristana mobile home park used to be a good place to live. I lived there for 10 yrs. Around 20+ yrs. ago. Raised my kids there most of their childhood. Always was good folks around and many kids. Very nice environment to live. Now its looking like a dead zone sorry to say. Dont know whats in its future but at this point doesnt look to promising. Hopefully someone will get their hands on it and turn it around.

Calm amd quiet. Too many potholes to the point of wanting to park out on Colan road to avoid ruining my car

This place is a horrible place to live. There are rats,roaches and bed bugs. There is trash everywhere. Substandard housing!

Very great community. And people. And soon to be upgraded and new trailers added. Great price for rent to .

The people are nice and they are replacing the old traliors with new ones but they took down the park so now the kids dont have anything to do

Drove thru there about a month ago. Very run down !!! I wouldnt live there even if everything was free !!!

This place is guite and not bugs in all places detains on how you live I know a lot who has no bugs

I was disappointed. No one was there, we waited 45 minutes. After i was told to be there at a certain time and we needed to pay rent. Very irresponsible!

Needs work

They dont do anything to fix this place up. Half the street lights work. No manager in the park other when they want to be there.

Roach infested went there to pick up kids i seen em outdoors in the summer gross.
