One of the few open parks with nice fields.

Cool little event space in the Park Community Center, perfect for small celebrations or functions. Ladjphotobooth . Com was awesome and provided everything needed for our event. Thank you to the helpful staff. Keep in mind, if you are providing services here loading and unloading is not vendor friendly. No Wi-Fi and event space logistics is up to client. Kitchen is convenient but also keep in mind there is only a heating oven not an actual oven to cook food. Great place, definitely recommend.

This park is great. Back in the days 43years ago it was a great park. I played softball there. Now I take my 4 year old grandson. It is still the best. The bathrooms are awesome so clean. Take your kids there ;)

We had a wonderful Baby shower for my grandson and his wifes first child. The families are excited as we await our special gift. God is good.

Nice park to come for a bit. Has a wading pool, two playgrounds, basketball courts and more. It is a bit ghetto though. There’s always people”hanging out” smoking and homeless who ride around.

The groundskeeper does a really good job of taking care of the place picking up the trash and keeping the grass green used to be dry it out but this new guy really has helped the grass grow greenthey have a couple private soccer teams theyre all short people which I find odd. But its nice that theres a place for every group of people. Most of the people that hang out of the park or homeless that is the ones that dont play sports. But theyre safe enough I pick my kids up off the bus there all week long and dont feel threatenedPeople sign up and rent the outdoor picnic areas for family stuff like birthdays theres also a indoors room you can rent to. They have a computer room and game room for kids. If you can get the kids off the computers theres lots of Outdoor Equipment basketballs in playgrounds with sand you can climb on stuff. A couple baseball diamonds basketball courts in a handball court..

This park is nice and big its very green has a lot of green grass has a lot of trees for shade. The only thing I dont like is that the two player areas are with sand. I dont care for Sandy Bottom because then it gets in your shoes and everywhere and in the kids eyes but other than that if you dont mind the sand then its four stars. I did not use the restroom so I dont know what the restrooms are like. But a lot of people use this park for parties.

Nice and Quiet, Its Under Renovation right now, but still a good place to go aro u nd with my LUCKY (name) Dog, kaya Napagod sya, She Really Enjoying with me for a SHORT TIME Shes Staying in this World, Shes too Old and Sick. Its BIG Trial for Me to TAKE CARE of Her

Not the cleanest Park in Lakewood. But still has a great Community Center for kids nice playing area basketball courts. And if you like Pokemon go it has a gym. Also at Fourth of July it has a nice celebration with games and Booths 4 kids

It was nice and green. Im older, so a nice stroll through the park was exactly what I needed.

Between the King David Hotel and the First Station entertainment complex is this city park- green lawns and groups there were having activities and events. Its nice to walk through- not much more than that. The story is that King Herod- or his wife Mariamne (or both) are buried here in a closed locked out-of-the-way tomb, but we didnt have time to look for it. It was disappointing again to find visitors from the eastern neighborhoods of Jerusalem who were running wild and unsupervised and making a mess of the special Lions Fountain that is at the end of this otherwise nice place.

We celebrated my aunts 60th birthday here. Very nice and low-key park. The rental space was perfect for entertaining.

Plenty of parking and shade. Two playgrounds, toddler and regular.Peaceful park.

Quiet and playground for little ones. Good parking spaces. Have fairly clean restrooms.

Nice hall rental at the park. It has a large Kitchen and restrooms are outside of hall. Lots of parking.

This park has improved in the last few years. Upgraded playground equipment is a vast and drastic change from the metal robot rust towers of back in the day. Safer too

Used to be you go to Lakewood parks and enjoy it and kick back and sometimes thats the place where only homeless people have to go and now theyre making war against the homeless people that dont go dont know even what theyre doing nowadays something but anyways God is working in homeless peoples lives and hopefully things will get better

Went to this park for a comadres babyshower. There was an open shaded area for reunion and or visitors. It was good but floor was very dirty! There is playground for the kiddos and a kinda not deep pool for kids to get wet.

At night its super scary and they shouldnt run the sprinklers for so long because the excess water runs on the sidewalk and your stepping in puddles when it didnt even rain
