Nice place to walk. Trails have just enough uneven terrain to keep it interesting.

I love driving down the street and seeing all of the Jewish families playing and fishing and walking and boating. A beautiful path that is miles long and full of energy, exercise, and nature.

Ive seen Carsaljo grow for years and it still is a fun place to walk around and enjoy. There are many hidden places so explore a little! Safely of course.

Years ago very clean parks and rec took care of the place now the growth around the water make it hard to sit and enjoy and the Mpsquitoes are very bad. The one porta potty is Dirty someone turned it up side down and theres fees on the wall 9/3/2020. Nasty Someone spend tax dollars right

The lake need to be cleaned out they need to clean out weeds . Add more lights add more plants and flowers make it more presentable.

Had a great time in our new pedal boat. The lake wasnt crowed so it was very peaceful. Lots of wildlife and waterfowl really enjoyable to watch the ducks and geese

Very dirty and unkept, I grew up in this town and its a shame what it turned into all the nice scenic areas are now dirty overgrown small fields or big nice houses for non-tax paying people its a shame that systems allow things like this to happen where towns get taken over and run into the ground to make it look like the people who were there didnt take care of it but look what it looks like now worse than it did when we were there,we used to have parties by the lake bands clowns and fun times.so so sad!

I used to love come here to fish and walk my dog. But ever since the Jewish community sky rocketed, I can’t do those things anymore. Too loud to fish and them people run away when they see my dog, like what...?I suggest Toms River parks

Really nice nature nestled within a densly populated urban area. Provides a great Oasis if you desire a nice walk thats close to home, yet that feels of a distant location.

Quiet peaceful lake, nice place for a walk, some boating available, nice path for jogging, beautiful area that adds a lot to our town.

It has a swing set for children to play on. Its right on the lake and offers some nice views of wildlife and fall foliage. Quiet on Saturdays.

I went for fireworks on July 4, and it was great! The fireworks went on for almost 20 minutes! There was a lot of space (not that it was empty!), and the cops were keeping the place secure! Highly recommended for a jog, picnic, or boating!

Found this to be very peaceful. Only negative was ignorant people feeding the Canadian geese AND throwing their plastic bread bags on the ground when done. Bad thing to teach such environmental disregard to children.

Love the amphitheater for hanging out. The playground is nice sized, and the little bridge over the water is so nice to sit on with your kids or alone.
