I dont understand why this place has so many bad reviews, Ive been here maybe 9 or 10 months now and I have no complaints at all, I actually enjoy living here other than my neighbors will complain about literally anything possible but thats not the parks fault or the owners problem. The owners of the park seem like very sweet people I always see the son and his wife with their dogs, my boyfriend gets along with the son about dirtbikes, the manager and her husband seem very sweet and I have no complaints about them either, everyone keeps to themselves most of the time, Im actually trying to get a friend of mine to move into the new trailers that were just put up, any problem we have we go next door and ask the managers husband for help and he doesnt have a complaint or attitude he gladly does it we currently have a breaker problem and he gave some good advice on how to fix it. Im glad I live here and look forward to maybe meet some people here.

It is definitely a diamond in the rough. When you walk in, the ambience of the restaurant smooths out the edges. Service is prompt and the menu selections covers a myriad 0of palates. Steak and Fish, Beef Fajitas and Fried Chicken, all created with a Cuban flare was perfect. Great value, enough to satisfy any hunger with plenty to take home.

I would give this a no Star but it dont give me that option... They never fix anything or do anything... This place is a joke and nothing but a joke... I wouldnt advise trying to get a place here they half do everything... They never get the job done correctly... Arizona mobile home park is a trash place to live. They have never fixed anything ever it was always excuse after excuse why they couldn’t fix that or this. The owners are trash

None of trailers are up to code graft should mow this place down with the rest and restart

Its a nice little family park no problems the owners and managers are good people and I have noticed that alot of the people making bad comments are the ones who were evicted or turned down due to criminal records just saying theres good people in the park and also the owners are good too

Its a run down Trailer part with a very shity sketchy collector that goes head and tells you and demands you to do everything at her expense the owners are very nice but the person that collects rent is a pain in my ass if you want to live in a trailer park with a bunch of stupid Mexicans that dont speak English Arizona mobile home park is your trailer park
