Nice homes, clean, safe park. Have completed several home inspections there. Always good nice places. Check it out.

Bought in August 2018 I havent spent one night there. Their long list of rules are ridiculous. They dont even keep the rules. I paid lot rent but starting in January 2019 they returned the rent checks all of 2019. They are trying to steal it.

II have lived in Beacon Terrace for 34+ years. Great community.

Its a lovely little mobile home retirement community. My husbands grandmother has lived there for 35 years. Ive been there to visit twice & its very well kept & quiet.

Beautiful area. Two ponds, very nice community center/club house and pool area. House we were in had a nice nature trail next to it.

Very quaint, well appointed neighborhood. The friendly interaction among the neighbors is heart warming and the Christmas lights just put up this weekend twinkled over the lake as we left the park that evening. It was a fitting closing on a special place that I could only dream of retiring to in about 10 years. Keep the magic alive till then! Thanks Gary! Jen and Chris Robb, Installer.

No motorcycles at park and I arrived at meeting not knowing this fortunately I was allowed to park.

Very well kept homes and grounds. The residents are friendly and polite and ACTIVE! I especially like this park because there are always people out and about. Seems like a very warm community. I would love to live here when the retire.

Nice place but hard to navigate literally no street names just numbers

My husbands Grandparents have lived here about 35 years. This is my first time to Lakeland. He & I have only been married one & a half years. It is absolutely gorgeous here.

Great experience. Weve been here for five years and thoroughly enjoy every day. Our HOA and community management have our best interest at heart. It truly is a great place to live !!

The trailers in this park are falling apart and there was a bunch of old people who expect you to drive like 2 mph.

We love how the homes are so well maintained, the people are friendly, & the pool is great!
