They are a nice family oriented park

Place needs help! Roaches, bed bugs, mold, mildew is infested in these trailers. Owner not local. Park Manager has bad customer service skills. Not good communication with tenants. Owners nice guy but he needs Real Professional Property Managers that knows how handle business and be honest with people. All tenants knows everyone else’s personal business which is violating the Hippa law. Tenants are suing right now due to multiple laws being violated.

Property manager is incompetent and very rude. The owners of this community need to hire someone who knows what they’re doing with some good customer service skills.

Ok place to walk around a bit
