I love the combination of RVs and mobile homes. Weve met some of the nicest people. They have lots of activities such as line dancing, quilting, cards, bingo, concerts, shuffle board, luncheons, bowling, potlucks and more. The heated pool is an added bonus. The park is neat, clean and well maintained.

Older park but it is clean nice pool and cute laundry room . Everyone is nice and welcoming the park is close to I4 and the hospital is only 3 miles away and Walmart and Publix is only 4 miles away CVS is next door . The park is gated at night so you do feel safe the RV lots are good size some are back in and some are pull thru lots and dogs are welcome just pick up after them . This is just a cute clean park with lots of fun things to do you will not get bored here the lots do fill up fast so call or stop by to pick your lot out .

Not bad here. Favorably impressed. But we ended up renting a spot at lighthouse oaks 5900 New Tampa Hwy. It had a less expensive rate.

Very good. Nice swimming area, pool, laundry.And most sites are very roomy and cleañ.Management is helpful and cooperative.

Everyone here that I have met are very friendly. So very nice to spend time here.

Its more of a geriatric crowd here, but if youre retired, like shuffleboard and bingo this is the place for you. Very well-managed, everybodys friendly. Laundry facility is very clean, they have their own post office. Heated swimming pool is very well maintained. Wish they could pick it up, and move it to Tampa Bay area!

Nice mobile home park. Extremely nice people here. I reccomend it to anyone looking for a Florida home.

Turned away because of being a fully self contained vehicle. Told them Im in town for Fathers last days of hospice and they still turned me away. Low character actions. Wouldnt recommend this park based on the interaction.

This is the cream of the crop! I hope that we can be blessed enough to retire here. Weve already been Woodalls residents for a few years already so we know what were talking about.

I have no problem,all I do is park my truck, and nothing else, I havent had any problems whatsoever.

My husband and I stayed here in our 40.5 foot motorcoach this past winter for 3 1/2 months. We loved it!! Woodalls is well-managed, well-maintained, clean, the residents are very friendly and there are lots of planned activities throughout the winter months. It is close to everything. We reserved our spot for Oct 2016 - Mar 2017 before we left.@KellyRexrode: 1) You should have checked the distance to and from work before you paid rent, 2) When you rent an apartment and move out early, you dont get your money back. Why didnt you ask what their cancellation policy was BEFORE you moved out? Its not morally wrong...its standard business practice, and 3) do you always sign documents without knowing what youre signing?@DanCooley: Funny, our motorcoach was fully self-contained and we were welcomed there. Whats the real reason they turned you away??@EHS: Clearly, you dont have anything better to do...

I was at this park for work. As it turned out the company gave me the wrong address to the plant and I ended up driving 1 1/2 hrs to work each way. I found a park closer to my job and moved. After only staying in the park for 6 days they would not reimburse me any of the 30 day money I paid up front. They say nothing about if I left early Id lose the months rent. Thats just not morally right. The least they could have done was broken the months rent down into 4 weeks given me two weeks reimbursement, ( again I only stayed 6 days ). Plus $100 of that was for electric that I never used. When I returned the gate card so I could get my $25 back for it. Dee, had me sign a document that she had folded over and only the lower portion of the page showed I return the gate key and was getting that $25 back. No telling what was on the folded over top area that I signed for. I didnt ask to see the rest of the document because the way she was acting Im sure she wouldnt have allowed me to see it. She claimed she could have rented my spot many times to a person who would have stayed all month although they had many open Rv lots available. Basically they ripped me off. Ill never stay there again and if you do and you have to leave early, dont expect to get any money back.
