Just bought our place a year and half ago. Everyone is very friendly, very clean, lawns kept up well. Lots to do or just sit and relax. Its a small park which is nice. Cant wait to get back down there. Feel very secure its gated. Lots to do around the area. Centrally located for travelling to parks, beaches.

Wonderful place to spend the winter months! Clean and well cared for, gated and secure, the park offers many activities to those who wish to participate, or just sit and relax in the quiet environment. My mother spent 15 winters here and enjoyed every one of them. When it was time for my wife and I to head south Imperial Manor was our logical choice.

Visiting my Mother and she recently moved into Imperial Manor. The property is well kept, clean, safe, and nope notch! Very impressive!

This is a seniors only trailer park. Its very secure and the people are very nice. I would highly recommend it for semi to low activity seniors. They have something going on in the club house almost everyday
