Ive been living in this park for 17 years and I like it and kind of dislike it I lived here my whole childhood and still living in it management needs a little improved but for me paying for $415 monthly better than apartments between $700 and $1,000.

A good friend if mine lives there. It is clean and quiet. Could use a little more parking.

Well my experience with June was great. She was friendly polite. I sent my 150. Refundable deposit and first months rent of 505. Total 655. We agreed upon a date the one lot would be free. Then I had a family emergency and couldnt make it down . I called and notified June of my situation. After a week went by I had called June to see about the return on my money I sent. June says she would call the owners. Long story short I still havent recieved my 150. Refundable deposit or my first months rent of 505. I wouldnt recommend the park to anyone after the lies and promise of no return. June, Good luck with your future management of the two parks your involved with.

This park seems to have TOO many m.homes of all kinds stacked in together. The manager has taken responsibility for delivering mail & that is done poorly. The rent has been raised several times in the last year. Water will be turned off for several hours during the day with NO warning. When i go to visit my relative that resides in her own home there there is NO place to park even 1 extra vehicle. This place is truly mismanaged!!!!!!!!

Its quiet you hate small. The employees are really nice.

Only if you like it quit.

A very small but quiet RV Park

Very unsatisfied with the park manager is very hateful an park is very run down went up on rent because of what was their electrical problem that lakeland electric said if wasnt fixed my rv was going to burn down..at 505 a month alot better places very loud an rowdy during the day an alot of bad things going on in the park

Quiet. Big spaces. Not nosey neighbors, but they do look out for the park. Pet friendly. Super nice manager.

Very helpful and responsive management, park is continuously improving. Way better prices compare to apartments!

Bathroom access floods and laundry facilities are usually in need of repair

Very poor friendly service,no improvements, have been made,,,but just received increase in lot rent,,,also trees on your lot that u rent is your responsible for there removal of said trees...
