Its nasty and trashy! They say they r 55 and up but 3/4 of the residents are not over 55. English isnt advised! Bugs and rats/mice. They advise lakeside but there r no docks and weeds arent cleaned out around there! Highly NOT recommended!

This is a very quiet and peaceful place that is loated right on lake Season, it is also the 2nd oldest mobile parking the state of Florida. The owner (Dan ) is in the process of updating the whole park and he is very honest and easy to talk with . If you are interested in living in a quiet and peaceful area on a spring fed lake please take the time to go and talk with Dan to see what he has available.

Very peaceful place to call HOME

I own the mobile home on lot 87I spent my life savings to buy and remodel my home which I still own free and clear and have the titles to prove it and the taxes are paid up to date.I originally thought I had sold my home to a neighbor in 2015, but they never transferred the titles on it. They moved and handed my titles over to LDV, LDV is now CFD my house illegally to someone.I now have new titles and all of my taxes are paid up to date.I’ve called and talked to them, I got threatened by them and when I called he was rude and hung up on me.When I did talk to him about everything the manager which is her father told me I’d be responsible for all back lot rent when they are collecting it from the people in my house plus whatever they are getting illegally to sell my home for CFD.Do NOT BUY A HOME HERE! They are crooks!!

The park management is pathetic. They do not give a notice to the residents when the shut of the main water supply. This is supposed to be a 50+ residential park but yet there are way to many famikys with a lot of kids.---Warning---*Do not buy a home or rent one in this park!!!!

The park is run down and alot of the residents dont take pride in there place but theres a few that does its mostly quite except weekends and some weekdays after management leaves and most of the maintenance people there arent really that great if thats what you want to call them anyway the park needs alot of work

The neighbors are busy bodies who are involved in everyones business. One lady thinks she is the queen of the park. Not a place I would want to visit again

Im try to buy a mobile home here. The value of this is $20,000.00 and it will be 1 room and 1 bathroom. The manager said it will be remodeled. I give them $2,385.00 for the down payment and the last month of rent because the first is free. Its suppose to be ready in may 1,2018 but is not. I give them 10 more days and when I go to check for moving the movil have tiles broken, the cabinets are dirty, the stove are so old, the wood in the bottom of the close is old, no air conditioner, no cement around the steps, this steps are fiberglass and dont be attached to the movil home. When I ask they said is ready to move and I said no, you need to fix all of this. They said ok, before you move we do a walk around and fix all do you need. When I go to do the walk around they no be able to do this so I decide no wait and want my money back. They only give me $1,885.00 because they said the movil home is out of market, the movil home have the sale sign all the time, and they have to replace the tiles. In my opinion is a good place but have a bad manager.
