Great place to live, quite, great neighbors, and awesome landlords.

***UPDATE****It has been 1 year now we have been living here. Still feel the same. Quiet, grass is very maintained and I have a great neighbors. My backyard is a pasture with 3 bulls and it is so neat to just watch them. I had 1 very small issue with a fellow trailer neighbor about a hazardous condition that was neglected and Mr. Shane took care of it immediately. I saw where someone put the driveway, road or parking was horrible and Im not certain where or what they are referring to. The parking is beyond AMPLE and the road is gravel but it is also well maintained. Maybe they should have looked for a paved road. It is not very bumpy at all but it is gravel but I have never seen any issues what so ever with the road. Maybe be more specific on what they are talking about?!? We still love it and are glad to be Cameron Parish residents for the 1st time in our lifes. Great job to everyone that works or lives here. I have always felt safe.We will be moving in this very nice park (they accept a little older trailers but that inis a blessing for some so no need for judging bc every trailer is not BRAND new.) less than a week. I drove through to check out the park before talking to anyone. It was very neat, quiet and kept up. I asked a tenant and he had nothing but wonderful things to say.We spoke with the Owners/Landlords of Shandy Acres, Mrs. Tammie and Mr. Shane and they were very down to earth and great people. The lot note, area and landlords are perfect! Cant wait to write an update once we move in. Sf
